Good place to sell scrap gold/silver. Kinda pricey on their used computers, I honestly found better deals online. One of the guys working there was rude, just doesnt have good customer service skills at all. Repair work there is expensive. Just not crazy about the place. Not the worst place, not the best. I wish there was a better place in Carter County!!!

New to the area, scheduled an appointment online for my computer. Arrived at 8 am to find this place doesnt exist!

Buyer Beware Just bought a gaming PC. Didnt have time to build myself. Worked fine except I couldnt run my elgato capture card in 1080P. I called to get an answer on buying a new graphics card in case my gtx660 wasnt enough for what Im doing. I got hung up on. I started having issues. I check for updates. Had to manually check. Outdated drivers outdated, cheap $20 motherboard. Its the rudest thing to get hung up on. Just tell me you are too busy and I can call later. Absolutely will not purchase, get serviced or ask for advise again. Do not buy a PC from these people. You can build your own 1/3 if not 1/2 price. I was paying for convenience, professionalism, and trust. Unfortunately I didnt receive integrity or trust.

Horrible computer store that overprices all of their merchandise and most likely services as well. They sell a 400-500 dollar gaming PC for 1000 dollars. They charge a 25% restocking fee so if you are not 100% certain about your purchase which basically covers them putting the inventory on the shelf to sell again. Actually dont even bother going here period unless you want to be ripped off of all your purchases because I 100% guarantee you that you can find anything they sell or do for much cheaper. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE BUSINESS NEVER GO HERE!!!

By far the best place Ive been to in a while they are family orentianted down to earth people. As a consumer I used to go into phones into cash and they have gotten awful so I tried this place and I cant tell you enough about them they are just awesome will be doing business here from now on and plan to send them a lot more buisness.

I can say from experience that these guys are some of the best. From the super helpful staff to the very decent prices these guys simply cant be beat. The only computer shop in the area that I can honestly say id trust my expensive computer with, thats for sure!

Having a small business with no tech department can be tough. I have over the years purchased items from these guys however, today I had a software issue and it was fixed and then informed on how to prevent this issue from happening again along with a tutorial on how to operate a totally separate system. 3 hours and a few bucks and I was back in business so to say. I will always spend local when possable but these guys went above and beyond. Tip your hats gentleman ... you rock !

This place is the best place around. I read the negative reviews on here and it made me laugh. You certainly cant please everyone. The manager, Candy and her assistant Brian have been nothing but helpful to me and all of my friends. These people go above and beyond. Are they more expensive than a Big Box Store? Of course they are- they are a small local business and they make up for pricing in customer service and their ability to get you the computer you actually need instead of upselling. I have been to Best Buy and other places like that. I will take Computer Pros any day of the week.

These people tell me that they will install their own version of windows 7 for only 60$ I sign my name to the paper they hand you and checked a box labled 60$ There was a space across from where I had signed my signature that I did not fill out because the man on the desk said he would take care of the rest. When I returned to pick up my computer the blank was filled in with 185, they tell me I owe 185$!!!!!!!! The man behind the desk said that the 60 was ONLY for the labor and that I had to buy windows seven from them. They lIed to me and now there is nothing I can do because I signed a piece of paper. I will be notifying the better business bureau after this!

Asked to repair budget Lenovo laptop format and reinstall win 10 and set boot order to enable boot from usb. They did not change the boot order and seem unwilling to do so. We were not allowed to speak with a tech. Had to deal with a woman at the front desk who was not knowledgeable about computers. We asked that she determine if the tech knee howto do this,and were refused. This is a simple procedure requiring no troubleshooting, if you know how to do it. It seems there has been a change in management or procedure designed to isolate the customer from the tech. I find them umfriendly, and I will not patronize this business anymore.

The owner was very rude & hateful to me after I asked was a simple question. He was unwilling to help me & then wanted to rip me off, by over pricing ALL the computers & laptops. I would definitely recommend that NO ONE use this company. Very unprofessional & rude.

I had several issues with an Acer laptop and a Dell laptop. I couldt figure out what to do so out of desperation I took them to Computer Pros in Elizabethton. They repaired both systems and upon my request removed unwanted bloated software and reconfigured both systems which dramatically increased their speed. I am extremely happy with that service and the price charged. While there I purchased an Apple Mini Tower that was refurbished and a very nice new monitor for an outstanding price, I have been ecstatic with the machine. They configured it as a dual machine with Windows as a virtual operating system so now I have the best of both worlds, Apple and Microsoft on one machine. Its an awesome setup. Thanks Jason and all the other employees that helped me during crisis repair and purchase of the new system!!!
