Never answers the phone during business hours. Visited the store on Sunday wonderful experience. But said they would call on Tuesday to let me know to see if Corporate fixed the promotion. Never called. Trying to become a customer but this is not promising anymore.

Lost my iPhone in Sugar Mountain NC and, because this store was the closest t mobile location, I traveled over and the experience was excellent! My man Curtis was very helpful and I was served with professionalism throughout my visit. I was hoping for a little more iPhone 12 Pro selection, but what I ended up with very well serves my need. Alex was a nice, professional and helpful T-Mobile rep. He helped me get my wifes old phone transferred over to a less old phone. Ha.It took longer than anticipated, and Alex patiently saw it all the way through. He also made sure that everything worked properly, before I left the store. Nicely done and a good job, Alex.

I came in to get a replacement for my screen protector, and the employee I was with had NO idea of how to do a warranty replacement. He had asked the other employee, and that individual said he has never done a replacement before, so had no idea what to do. The employee I was with said he attempted to make a few different phone calls, but said nobody was answering. I had to sit on the phone with customer support for over an hour, to get this taken care of. And the employee that helped me tried to tell customer support that I walked out on him as he was attempting to make another phone call. That was false seeing as he was trying to tell me theyre not a corporate office, and so they dont usually do replacements like this. Then the 2 employees decided to go out front and smoke cigarettes, while I was in the parking lot trying to get assistance. And now Ive given my number to 2 different employees, as nobody is talking to each other, and Im sitting here, waiting to get this taken care of. I REFUSE to ever come back to this store again. Their employees are COMPLETELY incompetent.

Best Sprint store!! You cant ask for better service or treatment than what you get here!! This store cares about their customers. The service is friendly, respectful and supportive. Jesse Duran is great at his job and takes care of his customers like family. Brandon Helbert is wonderful and respectful. I will do all my business here and with Jesse or Brandon and no place else!!

I recently made the decision to switch to Sprint. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and I believe did everything to make sure we got every bonus/incentive. My wife and I both got new phones, great service (MUCH better than what we had), added insurance and still came in under what we were paying. That does not include the other incentives we received for switching.

Went their for some help on my service.Instead of them offering to help they gave me the phone number of their customerService. I went home and called the numberAnd it sounded like a sweat shop.Had so many people talking in back ground I could not understand the lady who was trying to help me. She was nice and was trying to do her best to help but with the back ground noises and her accent I could not hear very well and couldnt understand what she was saying.I ask her were she was, was told she was in the Philippines, and in a room with several other customer service personnel.Reason for loud background noise.Very disappointed. Still have my issue with phone. Could not get help from local store or their customer service phone number.

This location can not fix anything related to a issue with any phone u have I recommend going to a actual sprint store this third party vendor they claim to be apparently does not have access to any system that sprint uses they cant even tell you your full billing amount when being asked to horrible horrible service all the employees that work there needs to be retrained in service and customer communication

Sprint sucks. The dont have any deals on upgrading your phone. They just want you to keep adding lines. Doesnt matter how luch of a loyal customer you are. Might as well pay full price for a phone and stick with straight talk.

Great experience with the staff in the Elizabethton location. They have a much better selection in accessories and I love the referral rewards. Dont forget to say I referred you and get $50 in referral credits per line for both of us.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have tried for 12 days to get my wifes phone unlocked. We paid off a phone that we cant even use. Not only has she been without a personal phone, this phone is also her business phone so who knows how much income she has lost due to Sprints poor customer service. We have each spoken with about 6 different people, who have all told us conflicting things. I will NEVER recommend Sprint to anyone.

Great service starting as soon as i walked in the door, the manager Steven Lawrence made my switch from Verizon a breeze answering any and every question about the switch, not only was it the best experience of starting a new plan they also saved me a lot of money . Would highly recommend this store.

I am very disappointed in the service I received at the Elizabethton Sprint store #542. I visited the store on Sunday September 24th around 4:28pm and I was looking to upgrade my iPhone 6s Plus to an iPhone 8 plus via my iPhone forever plan. The assistant manager Dustin Cardwell was talking to my father-in-law when I arrived, as I am on his family plan. The manager assessed my phone before taking it in, and he noticed a very small hairline fracture in the glass that was unnoticeable and said that I had to pay $70 for it. I said that I thought my protection plan was supposed to cover that and he said that the protection plan “saves me money”. I then inquired what he meant when I was being forced to pay? He said that I would’ve had to pay over $200 if I didn’t have the plan. I was very disappointed when he added on “I’d rather you pay the $70 so the store doesn’t have to pay $300 for the crack to be fixed.” At first, I was appalled by Dustin’s statement, but then he tried to convince me to replace the screen of my phone by myself and then bring it back in. I did not even consider this option because I thought it would have voided my protection plan warranty causing me to have to pay EVEN MORE. After I refused to void my protection plan, he then tried to sell me a phone case and a screen protector. I had originally planned to purchase protection for my new iPhone, however, from the awful customer service I received I could not afford to because I had just been charged a frivolous $70 for something that was supposed to be covered in my protection plan. He then incessantly tried to convince me to buy it anyways. After refusing for the fourth time, he finally stopped pestering me to spend more money than I could afford and began to transfer my phone over. While he was switching my phone over, he started to unprofessionally brag about all of the money he was making off of fantasy football. I politely asked him to stop talking about it, but he would not honor my request. He continued to gloat for 20 minutes about the subject after the store was supposed to close at 5pm.I was extremely disappointed with the unprofessional service I received at the Elizabethton Sprint store from Dustin Cardwell. From now on I will drive the extra miles to the Johnson City store where I hope to find professional and appropriate service.
