Very nice employees ready to help

I no longer stop at this Circle K due the lack of mask wearing. There were 2 cashiers, one had no mask at all and the other had one but was not wearing it on their face. There were 4 other customers in the store and I was the only customer wearing a mask. There was no mention to customers asking them to wear a mask... but I guess why would the employees request customers wear a mask when they themselves aren’t. It just amazed me the lack of compliance. I was the only person in the store wearing one.

Just bought ice cream that clearly melted and was refrozen. It tasted expired and had sandy texture. My husband mentioned he bought snacks and drinks that also tasted “off” previously. Really wish we were given a receipt to return ice cream. Won’t ever return. 🤮

Ive been coming here for almost 3 years and this past few months have been horrible. Iced coffee machine down,coffee pot down,place is a mess.In the coolers there are many empty spaces lacking beverages, people who smoke cant get their cigs because they didnt check on inventory and order more.Pop machine looks like its failing too ! ( a couple are out of order).I remember when Marcus worked there the store seemed to run smoothly and was always neat AND I dont remember machines being broken down ( and if they were it wasnt very long they were up and running). Please SOMEBODY get in there and straighten this store up ! Thank you !!!

Not the best Circle K Ive ever been in. It has an Out-in-the-sticks sort of feel to it. Like the place you find on a lonely road, after not having seen civilization for for a few hours. You know, and youre surprised that theres a Circle K out here, and when you go in, it doesnt have everything that the really nice one that you go to does, but theres no other place to go so youre just happy that its there. That kind of feel. If you like that sort of thing though, then its awesome!

Everyone and everything is good there. Pulling in and out and parking a little sketchy but thats all.

No restroom, out house, portapotty or vuah to relieve ones self or wash your hands before purchasing food products. Store was dirty. The clerk spoke so quickly I could not understand him. I would never recommend this location.

Stop by every morning nice people good coffee

Everytime I go there, the customer service is horrible at night. I asked the cashier not to pick my bottle up by the neck,and she pushed all of my items towards. She had an attitude after she didnt want to do my money order, and her and the other employee had a discussion and I said Ill get it somewhere else and to just ring up my items. The senior employee said or did nothing as the girl made gestures and remarks through the window while I was in the car. I got out, went back, told her that her customer service was poop, she kept on and I called her a couvda and left. She was still waving and smirking......but what if Id been the crazy one with a gun? What then? Im done with Circle K .

On Sunday February 12th me and my family walked into Circle K and bought coffee and a stuffed animal for Granddaughter.Little did I know that my Jared Diamond Citrine Tennis Bracelet fell off my wrist in the store retail value $1900.00!There was a lady Cashier working there at 8:45 am.I want to thank her for putting the bracelet up. In todays world it is hard to find such honesty and loyalty! I want the Manager and District Manager and Corporate to recognize this Lady who cashiers and is in their employ!!Circle K Oberlin/Rd is where my daughter Rachel Murray got her working start and now Asst. Managers at the Circle K in Lorain off Broadway! So thank you Circle K for having hard working loyal and honest employees in your stores! That Bracelet was a Birthday Gift from my Husband and you made a very Anguished woman extremely happy and grateful for the return of a most sentimental gift!! GOD BLESS YOUR CASHIER and Store!!

Dont expect them to have any coffee past 8am. This whole staff is lazy. There were 3 of them standing around talking doing nothing youd think one of them would make some.
