They are friendly till they make a sale .... Make sure you check out every nook and cranny of the furniture and dont sign anything till you can because they DO NOT put customers 1st. Husband and I bought 2pieces of furniture 1in Emporia and 1in Osage City. They matched 1was a love seat 1 was a sofa but neither store had both. The loveseat from Osage was in a corner with furniture around it was unable to see it in its entirety the day we paid for it. Come to find out it had hole in it. But because we signed the paperwork for it before picking it up we are S O L. Shame on them and the way they do business. I WILL NEVER make that mistake ever again.

Had a dishwasher less than 4 months old and couldnt get ahold of the manufacturer and all they could tell me is keep calling good luck. Not buying anything from them anymore.

The boys who delivered my new living room set were awesome. They were very polite, friendly, courteous, and willing to rearrange the pieces. They were on time and did an excellent job! Thank you for all your help!

We stopped by Furniture Loft in Emporia to buy mattresses and we were blown away! Lisa was fantastic and helped us find affordable but quality mattresses. She even offered to have them delivered the same day. I highly recommend this store to EVERYONE!!!

Ordered 2 chairs and 1 couch in febuary... its now august and they said maybe next month.... 1700.00 and have nothing to show for it except the paper showing they cashed the check.... so much for 6 to 8 weeks, guess they meant 6 to 8 mths.... ridiculous....

Bought a bed.Higher than promised but, except for worrying about sliding off the edge, I am very happy with it.

The guy immediately came over to us and hovered and gave us no space to look around. My son climbed on a table( so I get saying something to me) and he was very rude about it and instead of leaving it at he can’t be climbing on stuff he had to add you NEED to control your kid. When we found a sectional I sat and my two children sat on it and they stood on it( I only allowed it because they were only wearing their socks no shoes). He still hovering said you’re going to have to leave if you can’t control your children. I said that’s fine I’ll take my business elsewhere and he popped off and said please do. This guy was the rudest salesperson I have come in contact with in a long time. I have only ever wrote one other review but with the amount of disrespect I received I’ll take my money elsewhere.

We went to Furniture Loft in Emporia on Memorial day. Lisa was the person that helped us that day. She was very nice and let us take all the time we needed to make our final decision. They then delivered the sectional on Saturday that same week. The gentlemen that delivered our sectional were very pleasant and efficient, even taking the time to make sure that where we had them put it, it would still recline all the way and not hit the wall. Overall a great experience and would definitely recommend them to others.

Selection good but lots of stuff on floor already sold. Many things they would be waiting till August because of covid. I’d just suggest easing up on following customers around. Big turn off for a lot of us. We were fully capable of browsing and then choosing what we would like. Could barely even have a private discussion with spouse. Left solely because of being followed.

NEVER, EVER again will I order from Furniture Loft. All sales final/no refunds. Who does business like that in this day and age with so many competitors? FURNITURE LOFT thats who! Nailed us twice for two $50 delivery charges and two $15 haul away charges because one size of mattress sets we bought were not in stock. Four letter word in my vocabulary now!

Very friendly staff. I think it was Lisa or Liz, she showed us around the store for close to an hour to find a good comfy bed and frame. Even called them back like 5 mins before they closed to get measurements on the frame, and she happily did it for us without questions.

This is a great little furniture store! We had a wonderful experience - the lady who helped us was fantastic she knew what was where, really knowledgeable of all the furniture + super polite, we ended up getting 3 comfortable chairs, they were delivered the very next day and the 2 young men that delivered the chairs was very nice - we had no problems whatsoever - and the prices on the furniture is reasonable. I would & will recommend this store to friends and family...

Very friendly people in the Emporia, KS store. Always prompt to answer questions that I have. Their prices are better than the other stores in the area and will continue to have my business. One thing I love about them is that they dont try to shove a product down your throat just to make a sale like one of the other stores in town. Kudos to Furniture Loft of Emporia!!!

This place is where I have purchased a full size mattress and box spring and thena king size mattress. Each time I have had great service. I will and am getting ready to shop there again for a reclining couch!

I was just made to understand the value of return business. Last year I purchased a couch set, during the process of a paid delivery they broke the glass out of my front door, I was nice and let it go, when I returned to make another purchase I reminded them they broke the door, and they still wanted to charge me full price after admitting, and remembering breaking the door.

Me and my parents went to furniture loft the young gentlemen asked what we were looking for we told him that were looking for a mattress he started off by point to the cheapest ones they had and we didnt like those. Then my father asked about one and he told him those were really expensive kind. We ignored the comment and I told him we were just going to look around and he wouldnt leave us alone felt like he thought we were going to steal something. He kept following and making comments finally we had enough and left.

Furniture Loft may have low prices, but their after the sale service absolutely sucks! DO NOT BUY THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY, IT IS NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE. They were very misleading in the representation of their over all process of filing a claim and how it is handled afterwards. I will never buy from them again! Once you buy from them, they do nothing to help you! I am very disappointed in this company and their business practices!

You just keep paying and paying unless you pay off in one lump sum otherwise you never get paid off
