Used to be our favorite go-to sushi spot but the last several months have had repeated issues with customer service & sauces (of all things). You order extra sauce, you pay for extra sauce but you dont get it. When you call to ask about it all you get is, yeh...I dont know. They could care less. So we stopped tipping on orders. Now Im to the point that not only will I not go back, Im telling other people to stop going. If they dont care, neither do i.

Where to begin.... this isn’t your usual run of the mill corner store/gas station. Inside this quiet little place resides some of the best sushi in North Texas. The sushi is simple, nothing too fancy or over the top. Yet it’s amazing how delectable it truly is. The shrimp tempura roll was so good especially with the sauce that’s carefully drizzled over top. The Bristol roll was by far the best in my opinion. Sadly I was paying attention to the green sauce in the box, it was amazing with the last piece of sushi. It definitely is off the beaten path but I will say this is, it was completely worth the drive out to experience this culinary work.

Got a crunchy shrimp tempura roll and jalapeño bombs, even though the presentation isnt the best they certainly were delicious! and my picky family liked their cheeseburgers as well. Wouldve given it 5 stars if it werent for the attitude of the employees.

Fantastic spot! Thought it was only for sushi but ordered the Chicken Teriyaki and Orange Chicken pictured here. Veggies are all super fresh and the meat is top quality. Well-seasoned and not too salty like most Asian restaurants!Casual and unassuming with very friendly employees. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place anytime youre in the area!

Very delicious sushi 100% really well done it really well-made I would have given them five stars if it wasnt for one of their workers attitude towards me when I went to the store I had my three children with me I was asked very rudely to step outside because theres a five person limit I understood, with it being Covid I let the attitude slide once I stepped outside three people entered after me and none of them were told to leave I waited 5 to 6 minutes outside until I saw more people leave. I went inside again to try and see if my food was ready and again with an attitude from the same employee. I completely understand if youre overworked and you have a lot of orders and all of that and maybe the tension is high from stress of getting everything made correctly and made done but that has no excuse to the way you treat your customers and repeating customers. Ive been going here for years and now I think Ill take a break for a little while and find somewhere else maybe Ill return once I calm down.

Yes its in the middle of nowhere, but the food is well worth the drive! 100% delicious! The sushi isnt the only thing thats good: their beef bulgogi is liquid gold--its that tender!

I love this place. I was initially worried because it is in a gas station, but my fear went away after I saw an asian chef behind the counter. Probably the best sushi or on par the best sushi place Ive ever had. Please try it out, you will not be disappointed.

We got to try the Bristol General Store sushi for the first time tonight, and we were very impressed! Great local spot, friendly service, delicious sushi. We’ll be back soon, both for sushi and general store essentials!

Best kept secret!!! Definitely worth the drive to a town that you never knew you needed to visit! The sushi rolls are fantastic! We tried the crab lava, volcano, son of Philadelphia, and crunchy shrimp tempura rolls.

This place is pretty good but luchie is not very friendly me and my family came into to get some dinner and she rudely came up to me and said you need to get out there is only 5 allowed it’s posted one the door and she is correct it was but it also said you have to wear a mask and gloves and they didn’t enforce that so cause two others were in there and didn’t have on either so we proceed to enter and she came at me sideways then came out of the store yelling at me AFTER we left like she told us too so then she yells at me if I didn’t like the rules I could make a complaint online so I am and she again comes out and wanted to Apologize to Apologize after all that so I’m putting this out there be ware of luchie

Cant say anything about the sushi from personal experience, but the fried mozzarella is easily some of the best Ive ever had.

Fried California sushi rolls are amazing! Fried stuffed Jalapeno Poppers are amazing as well! Love Love Love their Sushi! THE BEST! You wont be disappointed.

Very interesting Korean sushi shop, old gas station equipment and grocery store, but it offers amazing California roll sushi and hand-held sushi. The fish is quite fresh, the rice is less vinegar but the taste is excellent! A simple indoor dining area is available on the side of the store.
