Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 miles to giant. I dont think I have had a single positive experience getting groceries here. The extra star is for the cart guy who is always a joy to see and says have a great day to everyone. He rocks.

Last time there had a good experience. In and out with no problem. But, I dealt with the Pharmacy only.

I really like Weis Markets. I even worked for them during high school and college.

They wouldn’t allow a return of a specialty neck/back brace because of covid. Last time I checked returns weren’t affected by Covid. I won’t patronize this store anymore. Giant Stores it is!!!Time to leave politics out of grocery stores people!

This location is good, not great. The specials are ok when they have them. The products they sell can be found cheaper at other locations around town. The produce is decent, better when in season. The customer service is good; they are helpful and take care of membership issues and returns. The one great thing is the beer cafe. They have a wide selection of imports and domestics. Great for six packs of one kind or mix a six.

Wonderful selection of steaks or etc. Today being Mothers Day. No asparagus to be found. Thinking everyone wanted I settled for a fresh bag of green beans. Very clean and friendly and helpful employee run store.

Havent been to this store in a long time, the cashier noticed I was looking for something and graciously assisted me. She even rang me out when she had turned her light out to go home.I didnt catch her name but she had the right attitude and was fun to talk to.

The Pharmacy has come a long way since the long lines - because of Royers Pharmacy closing. They have taken on Most of their customers. At least most everyone i remember talking with. Weis is Super Clean, Wide Aisles pretty good prices and most of all great employees who genuinely want to be there and help with whatever you need. Thank you !

Glad I was able to use and gift card at the gas station. Then, I found what I needed in the store.However, the self-checkout screen had such big payment choice buttons that I had to scroll to another window just to find a gift card choice. The pin pad screen said to check with the cashier, but all the cashier did was tell me where to find it. I think you could put all payment choices on one window, for a faster checkout.Walmarts self-checkout is faster

I go to my weis store because it is like my home away from home and all the workers there are my extended family I so enjoy shopping there

The one star review has nothing to do with the employees there great. I just simply cant get anything i used to get from here because they no longer have it. I used to go for a few different craft beers but they stopped carrying all but one. I get that one fresh in growler kegs straight from the brewery.

Great vegan options! friendly staff and good prices

Prices stay consistently good in my opinion, based on obviously the choices we make. For my family we buy fish, hamburger pasta salad greens vegetables etc. Cashiers can be a bit standoffish( some of the younger ones well its a job right? I get it . BUT generally very pleasent . Music wise well depends. Its hit or miss . Depends on your mood I guess . Ive been in while they played hair bands music and it made me want to shop faster to get the hell outta there. No offense to that genre but some of the music doesnt give me an eagerness to shop longer. Haha. Overall its clean well stocked, cart guys are VERY helpful especially towards the elderly and handicap individuals. They do and have been doing the best they can during these crazy times weve been living in the past year plus. Keep it up and to the younger people who work there I speak from experience when I say just SMILE and get through each and every work day. Its a temporary situation and your future is in front of you. Thanks to all.

This staple location in the community is personally the closest store from my apartment. The shelves are typically stocked, you can now purchase wine and beer, and the dairy and meat case is usually fresh and stocked. The reason I gave a 4 star review was due to the produce section. It can be scarce at times and not always the best quality. I have experienced a few time going into the store and seeing wilted greens, or taking home produce and having it go bad within a day or two.

Come on...its Weis! I often buy their sodas....if u buy 10...you save 7 bucks

Never have Fantastic Friday deals in stock. Expired dairy products on their shelves, and when I gave it to an employee she seemed irritated that I was bothering her. No prices on some items on the shelf, no labels. Store is very unorganized and cluttered. Employees are not very friendly there. With so many grocery stores to choose from, I’ll go somewhere else from now on, I’m done there. It’s always a wasted trip.

I just moved to Ephrata. I needed some groceries and this one was really close to my new place. This was a really nice store and they had everything I needed at a fair price. The lady at the register when I checked out was wonderful. She explained how to get a store card and how the points and specials worked. Very nice grocery store. I will be back. Nice employees that are kind and professional.

The Bakery in the store in Ephrata is the worst everThey never have the donuts that people want just the donuts they want to make. Ive been in that store 10 times in the past 2 weeks and never any angel filled donuts with white frosting. What about this people that cant have chocolate?

Generally good selection, due to covid lots foreign and strange brands. Many price tags that look like sale tags. Look closely.

Open until a reasonable time. It had what I was looking for. Not crowded so it was great to be able to get in and out without a problem.

Everything was easy to find and picked up some items with a great discount. Our cashier Kat was awesome. She really made the trip to the grocery store that much better. Hopefully management sees this and forwards the message to her with a little reward for actually caring about her customers.

Stores are clean, people at deli sometimes dont wear masks properly, so somehave to skip that. Cashiers are nice usually a decent amount of them working. Donate trouble finding what i need. Good deals with the store card.

Typically I don’t review grocery stores unless they’re Really bad. This store has slowly let me down over the last 3 years. The last two times I’ve ran in to grab a few things I’ve found moldy produce items or brought home tomatoes to find that they had gone bad and were molding in the container. Their meat has a sad look about it and I can never find what I need down the frozen isle. Will def be taking the extra time to go to Giant for now till Weis can get back up to par

Larger store than my local ones. Found and purchased very difficult to find Japanese somen noodles, plus a small container of steamed shrimp, flavored with Old Bay seasoning. Recommended.

I more so like the pharmacy here. This is the main reason I go here, plus the gas points are good. Other than that, the prices are way too high, and normally the Customer Service desk woman is not very nice, and half the cashiers, When working, do not work, they just stand around. So the 4 stars is for the pharmacy, it wouldve gotten 5, but the Customer Service and prices suck, but not at the pharmacy. Just clarifying that.

Its a decent grocery store, I just think the prices are higher than other places. I usually only come here if something I need is on sale, their sale prices are very good. Unfortunately today 2 sale items I wanted were out of stock. I do like the convenience of their beer & wine section.

Always clean and orderly throughout the store. Regular specials on a variety of items. Simple one-stop-shop for groceries, basic health and beauty needs and flowers. Great salad bar and olive bar; always fresh, full, and tasty! Selections of wine and beer as well as deli with bakery areas. Helpful staff take care of you from entrance to exit.

Great store! The best part is definitely the bakery. They have some amazing products there. Love the chocolate chip cookies and brownies for sure, but everything I have purchased there has been great. Lots of to go food, beer garden, and obviously grocery store. Really like the self check out as well. Highly recommend.

I like going to Weis sometimes. I like their prices on some things.

The pharmacy in this location is excellent. They move with purpose, keeping the lines short and filling prescriptions with surprising efficiency. If the rest of the store met the standards set by the pharmacy, this would be a 5 star review, and Id buy my groceries here as well.Unfortunately, the store itself has a foul smell. Its a little different each time Ive walked in, but the general theme is meat thats gone bad. When I walked in the door for my most recent visit, it was like getting hit in the face with a dead fish.I have a very sensitive nose, and the smell is so bad that I cant buy food here - not even canned food. Its not that I think the canned food is bad, mind you, its more like how I wouldnt buy food from a gas station mens room.I asked several employees about the smell. Some were aware; others werent. The ones who could smell it all but begged me to say something to management., which I did. If your nose isnt sensitive, you may be just fine shopping here. Otherwise, make a beeline for the pharmacy, grab your prescriptions and flee.

I have always liked shopping at weis. Although now I am a little partial to Weis Markets, because I work at one of them. I think the associates and management are nice, and strive to help customers to the best of their abilities. Everywhere you go there will be someone not super helpful or having a bad day, but Weis Markets is all about customer service. The Weis I work at does hire people with disabilities, it is a company policy, with reasonable accommodations. There is one Weis Markets that I know that doesnt (might just be particular manager). I know this because he refused to hire me because of my disability, and said so, without giving me a chance.

They have amazingly beautiful flower arrangements! They also have a great reward program. Their prices are great. I do most of my grocery shopping here

My husband and I went to customer service to get a new member card as mine is lost and thought it best to just get a new to make life easier for everyone...well to our pleasant surprise Ben looked up my old one just as quick as getting a new one. He even asked if there was anything else he could do for us and said can we check out here since we only had 6 items and he was quick. Most importantly he was very helpful and so very courteous. Thank you Ben! And keep up the good work that you do!

Lied to my face at the bakery about an order we had put in never returning

I only go to Weis for my medications and for certain food items that are on sale. Otherwise I find Weis to be more expensive than other grocery stores.

Clean for the most part. Only had one maybe two cashiers working at a busy time so the lines were a little long. Has a great bakery.

Always enjoy shopping at Weis. Especially those deals. Good quality.

Weis markets has a decent selection. I go for certain items like spring water and other essentials. Theyre more expensive than they have been in the past.

Management here called my daughter in for an interview knowing full well that they had no intention of hiring her due to her recent incarceration for a bad car incident. Her grandfather worked almost 10 years for them after his retirement from doing a mans job in the steel mill in Coatesville, something the locals rnt man enough to do. I will never patronize Weis Markets. Kiss mine dutchies.

Just ordered a cake for my daughters birthday. Turned out great and tasted great! The gentleman who helped us was also great too. Good customer service. Will definitely order from them again!

I love shopping at Weis! They have good prices and it’s the closest grocery store to where we live. However, beware, their hours on Google Say they are open until 1 A.M., but they are only open until midnight as of November 2018. I found out one night when I stopped in at 12:01 A.M. and a lady was standing out front basically telling everyone to go away.
