My Kids earned a coupon for a free blizzard in the Summer via the Public Library. Went to use it today and we were told we cannot use the coupon today but were told tomorrow we can. Made no sense to us and my kids were sorely disappointed.

Went with my husband and my baby. There was a very long black hair on my strawberry sundae. I normally wouldnt complain but the baby was eating off of it so I took it back. The girl was apologetic replaced it. The second one had a long black hair as well LOL I just threw it away. Somebody needs to teach those girls to look at the product they are selling especially the final product

We dont come here a ton, but when we do, everyone is so nice, friendly, and helpful. Tonight was no different, and it was a nice that the store looked to be adequately staffed for a Saturday evening whereas many businesses are perpetually short handed lately.Thank you for our delicious treat!

This is a good ice cream spot to go in the evening. I like it when the sunset is beginning. Popular. Good outside seating and an additional outdoor ordering window. No issues in quality. Id recommend visiting.

Like to go here at least once a week to get a blizzard or a chocolate cone dipped in chocolate, that is my favorite

Ive been going here since I was a little girl and I still love it! Nothing has changed (in a good way). Good service and good ice cream is still #1. The staff is super friendly and they know how to make your Blizzards quick 😁 5/5 would recommend!

Everything was great on my visit. I ordered on the app and they kept my blizzard in the cooler till I arrived. So it wasn’t a soupy mess. My only comment is that I wish there was a dedicated mobile pickup. I feel like I am cutting in front of people to get my stuff and I get the “stares” sometimes

This dairy queen is the best one around this place was packed and the service was very fast where as the one in Lancaster Id be in a line for an hour this one here was 2 minutes so I know I wont be going to the Lancaster one anymore

The ice cream and Blizzards are not consistent here at all.. I used to go here all the time until over the last couple years I have noticed a significant decline in the taste, quality, and standards at this particular DQ. The vanilla ice cream started tasting flavorless and the same Blizzard that I would always order would come out different each time.

This Dairy Queen is the best (and yes they all taste different). Plus a pleasant surprise we learned about tonight is how seriously they are taking the health of their customers during the pandemic. The staff is wearing gloves and masks for all tasks and also requiring masks for the customers around the ordering area and line. Thank you Ephrata Dairy Queen for taking things seriously and properly protecting our community!

You always know what youre going to get here. Consistency is very good. Its a nice little place to come for ice cream. It does get quite busy sometimes though.

Being the only dairy Queen around and were not regular customers... I really cant compare.. but when my family does go in, we never had a problem. People are nice. Ice cream taste great. Never issues like with the treats or people. Ok place. I like it.

Rude employees, took forever for an extemely unimpressive sundae. From now on Ill make the extra drive to Fox Meadow Creamery or Boehringers... quicker service, pleasant employees and its cheaper.

Excellent Customer Service!! I do not eat ice cream or sweets often but, anytime I have visited this Dairy Queen, it is always busy but moves quickly and efficiently. Had one issue with an accidental overcharge on an order and it was was dealt with quickly (as if the overcharge happened on their account - not kidding). Fast response, resolved quickly, apologetically, and without hassle. The manager who runs this particular store is on her game and, the employees do great as well!

The service was extremely fast, I was looking for something in particular (cherry dilly bars which if you have never had do yourself a favor and try as soon as you can) and couldnt find any in the case. One of the gentlemen working, unfortunately couldnt get his name at the time, was kind enough to check the back freezer and saved my night.

I get a thin chocolate milkshake...so good!

UPDATE October 12th 2019Been to this establishment about ten times over the past 3 months. Just because I wanted to give them a fair shake. Or maybe i just enjoy shakes (chocolate) Customer service has been superp. What a great improvement. Kudos to the owner and staff. Keep up the great work.

Im disappointed with Dairy queen. I asked before I ordered if it was chocolate or vanilla ice cream and he said vanilla. I said good bc I cant handle too much chocolate. So I ordered a Oreo cheesecake blizzard and it came out and it was extremely too much chocolate bc they use vanilla ice cream chocolate syrup and cookie crumbs. So I only ate a bite and told them at the counter about it.So I ended up paying for another blizzard. Its not like I expected a free blizzard but he didnt say nothing at least he could have given a discount on another bc hes the one I talked too and apparently the manager. I used to love Dairy queen.

Dairy Queen is always great. But there is not a lot of inside space. There is a lot of outdoor seating which is nice. Make sure to get your ice cream to go if you dont want to eat outside.

Ive been coming to this place since I was a kid! Nothing quite like a Dairy Queen ice cream cone! Staff is always friendly and youre always in and out very quickly. I love that its open all year round now!

A good Dairy Queen. While sometimes busy, this establishment has always been good at keeping the line moving and serving orders correctly. Close to Ephrata High School, from which it likely gets much of its business. Recommended.

Usually the staff is very quick with taking orders and just as quick and efficient with getting your orders made and brought out in a timely manner. They order a little outdoor ordering window which is also pretty neat.

Removed my previous good review due to their actions today!If I could give these jokers -10 stars I would. Went there this evening to get the family some Blizzards and the kid at the window refused to serve us because I cant wear a mask. Then he offers to sell me a mask if I want service. I believe by law that falls under the category of extortion. Either way they just lost a family of 6 that spends an average of over $100 a month there and hopefully anybody else that reads this will consider taking their business elsewhere as the kid at the window suggested when I refused to pay him for a mask just to be able to pickup an order from an walk-up window.

Good overall. But did have a special order cake that was lost. But they adequately compensated us.

There blizzards are blended perfectly( there is candy at the bottom and not just ice cream). The one downside is that there isnt a ton of parking and the spaces are a little small.

Id give it 5 stars, accept my blizzard was half melted. Like it was sitting out for a half hr, far Far from blizzard standards. I wouldve returned it but it was getting late and I just cant let things go to waste, it was still worth eating.

This is our hometown DQ. It is a pretty average store as far as Dairy Queens go. I do like a couple of things; inside counter, clean outside counter and seating area on the non-parking side of the building.

Fast and decent service. Nice clean outdoor seating area. No complaints.
