I always have a great experience at Fox Meadows Creamery. Their ice cream, salads, and bowls are delicious. They also have some other local tasty treats for purchase. I love that they have ice cream in pints and gallons to go. Great food and customer service.

Was recommended this place by a local, saying they were voted best ice cream in Pennsylvania. We went for lunch and the food was good, but took a little longer than expected but they were busy. I got a sandwich and it was a little soggy and falling apart. You know all the ingredients are fresh though. My friend had a burger and it was amazing! They have fresh fries and chips. The ice cream was honestly not the best I have had, but nonetheless still good. They had so many flavor options and I loved that hey had a sampler to try 4 ice cream flavors. I would definitely recommend and return!

All I can say is this is a wonderful place! Great food! We got the special, soup and sandwich, which was quite tasty. The service was good and timely. The soup was hot!! Our server was delightful and everyone was all smiles. The ice cream was delicious! Id travel from Ardmore to Lancaster County to get this ice cream, thats how good it was!Theres indoor/outdoor dining and a fun play area for the children.I look forward to going back!

Oh my heavens!! As a (self described) ice cream connoisseur, this place is one of the best! The texture and flavors are out of this world amazing. You can tell the ice cream is made fresh, with local ingredients, and lots of love. The building is beautiful and grounds are both beautiful as well. We didnt have lunch but the food also looked delicious. I will certainly be stopping here again!! We had the honey lavender, the strawberry rhubarb, simply strawberry, and the cookie doughlicious. They were all beyond fantastic!! Go, now!!

Food, service, and the overall experience of Fox Meadows is amazing! Usually we only go for ice cream, but this time we got lunch and it was delicious. The chips they make were hot and fresh and the cheese they use on the sandwiches and burgers was creamy and delicious.And of course, the ice cream! They have so many flavors and theyre all worth trying. Visiting this place is certainly worth the drive, but coming duringblunchtime is recommended because 1) you can experience their lunch menu and 2) weve found it to be not quite as busy.Additionally, if there are any COVID concerns, you can always sit outside, where they have many tables and chairs, or order online for drive-in pick-up.

Drove 50 minutes and worth the trip. Food was excellent and staff was very friendly. Burger was cooked and seasoned perfectly and the panini was very flavorful. Ice cream was rich and creamy and the baked fox was great. We will definitely be back!

I went there for the first time about a week ago. It was so good! The wait wasn’t long and the bacon avocado burger was delicious. I also got a box of opera mint fudge that is very rich and decadent. My only piece of advice would be to make the lines for food vs ice cream a little clearer. It can get a little jumbled up when there are lots of people. Can’t wait to come back and try the ice cream.

I had a group of 19 retired teachers. We got a room by ourselves, since we were there right when they opened. The waitress delivered our meals in a timely manner and everything was delicious. Ordering is efficient, since they operate with two lines, one for meals and one for just ice cream. It goes fairly quickly. The food is great, ice cream is to die for, and there is seating outside as well as inside.

This place is wonderful. The building is beautiful. The service is always great. The people working there seem to really enjoy there job. There always so nice and helpful. And dont get me started on there ice cream. So fresh and homemade. So many great flavors to choose from. They also have a little store with local buys. They have lunch too but I havent tried it yet.

The ice cream I got was very good. The atmosphere felt homey. The place has plenty of parking and a friendly staff. The only thing I could complain about was they dont ask if you want wiped cream on top of your milkshake, I was unaware that they did that as it was my first time, I prefer no wipe cream.

I would say this is probably some of the best ice cream in at least a 50 mile radius. Made on-site with milk from their dairy farm on the same property. Rich, creamy, and well-balanced, the flavors they have are inventive and delicious. Theyre homemade waffle cones and bowls are wonderful as well! Anticipate a line. This place is always packed (and for good reason). Itll take you about 15 minutes to get through the line and every second is worth it. As a man who isnt a big dessert guy, this would be the place Id go to get dessert. They also sell local snacks which you can check out as the line weaves through them. They have lunch and I have heard its good but I have yet to try it. If you havent been, make the trek. Youll be happy you did!

Get the Shuey’s pretzel with whatever you order which is free on your 1st visit. Lots of flavors to choose from. Nice small store with interesting local foods. I’ve never had a meal here but the ice cream is fantastic. Can be busy though pretty much anytime of the year.

Went here on a late Saturday afternoon and the line was indeed packed! Was disappointed that they did not enforce mask rules and social distancing especially with the amount of people there ; embarrassing. But wow, the ice cream is definitely great. The sampler was great and allowed us to taste different spectrums. Flavors to note: tirramisu-woule recommend! Banana-kind of taste like laffy Taffy banana fake. Honey lavender-good pallet cleanser.

Had this marked on my map for a long time and I finally got to visit it yesterday and Im glad that I did. Ordered a smokehouse burger and took it outside in the open field to enjoy while also getting lost in the surroundings. Topped it off with a small ice cream later which wasnt small by any means.

The prices are high & people talk about it a lot, therefore making it a bit “overrated” for lack of better words. However, it is good ice cream in the end and I would come back any day! It is typically busy and it’s usually slower because of this. 🍦

Great all natural ingredients ice cream. Never been disappointed with any flavor Ive ordered. The shops lay out is not flow friendly when busy. Customers can not access shelf, refrigerator, or freezer items without fighting through the ice cream line.

This place is delicious. My friends and family raved about it so I had to try it myself. The ham and cheese pretzel melt was so good I ate it so fast and wanted another. I also never had such creamy ice cream before. It was all absolutely delicious. I would give it more stars if I could. Definitely worth the 40 min drive from where I live and will be going back soon.

Fox Meadows has, literally, the best ice cream I have ever tasted. Their roasted milkshakes (milkshakes with espresso) is my go to sweet treat. The staff is always friendly and kind. There are wonderful local snacks in the store as well that will take care of your sweet and savory needs. The meals are really good too, if you stop for lunch. The only reason I did not give it a 5 star is because of the long waits for ice cream - which can sometimes take an hour! There is really nothing you can do because it is that good and I will wait every time!

Stumbled upon this while taking a day trip to Lancaster area and driving back roads. Excellent Buffalo chicken wrap and honey lavender scoop of ice cream. Clean and upbeat. Great service. Playground a plus for families with children. All me u items snd ice cream flavors looked amazing.

Had the flight. It contains 4 flavors of YOUR choice. The scoops are smaller then normal and equal around two regular scoops. That is a game changer. ALSO, the quality and flavor is top shelf

The seating area is very clean and spacious, with a gorgeous fireplace and very comfortable leather seats. Busy place and the reason is because the ice cream is delicious. Even waiting in a long line really went pretty quickly as they had many workers. Plenty of outdoor and indoor seating. Felt the price was very fair. Apparently also serves lunch. Decorated very nicely. Also has a fireplace to cozy up to in the winter.

I didnt stick around....was looking for a place to have a quick supper. No food here past lunch. I cant do ice cream unless its lactose- free, which is a shame. The smells of what were surely homemade waffle cones wafted on the air and made me so sad to have to leave. Im putting five stars even though I cannot swear to the yumminess of the ice cream concoctions. Everyone at this place seemed delighted and the parking lot is always jammed.

Ok we love their Ice cream, but was not to satisfied with lunch. Rolls on hamburgers very dried out that they fell apart and burger had no flavor. Sorry for this review but needed to be honest.

Me and the fam went over on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and ice cream. We had to wait in line to order which reminded me that it is a place that has been recommended to me on multiple occasions and is quite popular with the locals. Because it was a nice day, we took the opportunity to eat out at a picnic table on the lawn. Each person in my family mentioned how good their lunch tasted (even the pickles). After we ate, we went back inside to order our ice cream which was unexpectedly tasty as well...maybe we should have expected that. Every employee that we came into (socially- distanced) contact with was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Now I can recommend this outstanding Lancaster county treasure to others and although it is about 30min from where we live, Ill be back.

I love the little market that also sells ice cream by the pint and quart, cheese, meat (various types of beef, jerky), cider, popcorn, sweets, chips, pretzels, etc... Im picky about ice cream. The level of creamy needs to be perfect. Fox Meadows ice cream has the perfect balance of flavor/creamy/smooth texture. They have unique flavor. I stuck to the traditional... Mint chocolate chips is my favorite... Crushed chocolate chips evenly mixed in. Cookie and cream, I got for my friend. Vanilla for my pups. I dont usually get vanilla, but their vanilla ice cream has such a nice flavor that I couldnt resist. I also get a pint of brown butter almond brickle to try. The service is above and beyond. I mentioned to the young lady at the register that I am driving 3 hours home, and she offered me some ice for the ice cream purchased. The extra ice added to what I brought really helped keep the ice cream cold.

Fox Meadows is fantastic. Today I had their lunch for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. The Basil Pesto Chicken Panini was so fresh. In addition to the Pesto there was fresh basil on the sandwich with tomato and very tasty chicken. The bread was wonderful and the fries were excellent.I was also impressed by how much fresh fruit was on the fresh fruit and chicken salad. There was too much food for me to eat in this pick two deal.But I still had room for an Affogato. Its the only place I know of in the region where I can get one and it is my favorite desert. Their ice cream is deliciously creamy. It blends beautifully with the espresso.I highly recommend Fox Meadows Creamery.
