I called 5 places before V&V looking for a range hood and they had one! I wouldve called them first but the name Appliance Parts threw me off. Both employees I spoke with (on the phone and in person) were helpful and friendly. When it turned out we had purchased the wrong type of hood, they accepted our return when I called ahead. Matt and the crew are great. Always courteous and polite. Like with Bill, a part that I needed was no longer available. He got busy and cross referenced parts and found a part by another brand that was a close match.

I had a major issues with a gas line from my stove and I came and purchased a new flex line. Bill was the sales associate and I cant express how helpful and knowledgeable he is. I own a number of 20 year old appliances. V&V is my go-to place when I need parts. If they dont have it in stock, (and its still being made!), theyll order it in and youll have it in a few days. Its always busy here, but they give you the help you need, but come prepared to make it easier for all -- bring the part or owners manual to help them out.

I want to thank everyone from V &V Applinace in erie pa. I went in today to get a part for a roper washing machine. They talked to me about my problem, washer over flowing. Rather than selling me an $80 part they printed out a schematic for me and told me how to clean it, and sold me a $16 tool instead. I did what they sead and everything is working. They are very honest and are there to help. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you again.
