Got my van undercoated with fluid film, but after I got it home and inspected it discovered that there were quite a few spots then didnt coat well (if at all, dry to to touch). They offered to have me come back in and have them take a look at but considering it took me 2 1/2 hours first time I decided I didnt care to repeat that experience.Edit: They did reach out after I cancelled my follow up appointment trying to make it right. I think they would have made a good effort if I went back in, but it wasnt worth the 30 minute drive each way plus the 90 minute wait time to find out during my work day. I decided to buy the fluid film and spray it myself along with my 2 other vehicles that needed it.

Abc glass did a custom order for us. We had 2 pieces of glass cut to put on top of furniture that was older and needed their top protected. The work was not only quality but they did the order in 2 days to accommodate our move out of town. Have used them in the past and always have been pleased!

As of tomorrow it will be 7 weeks that I called to get my window replaced! I was told 2 weeks and it should be installed! I called at 3 weeks and it still wasnt in! At 4 weeks I called again and they said it came in on Tuesday (I called on Thursday) and I scheduled it for Friday to be installed. Friday morning I got a call saying they ordered the wrong frame and it would be in the following Tuesday at the latest. The entire week went by and again most of the following! Week 6 I called and was told yes it came in the last week and we have you scheduled for Thursday. I asked why someone didnt call me and ask if I would be home Thursday for them to install it? Had no reason. Now Im at 6 weeks of no window when I was told it would be 2. Just got a call to CONFIRM my appointment for tomorrow. I said again no I said yesterday I wasnt available Thursday. Im free Friday and next Tuesday. No availability! So the following Tuesday is my only opportunity to get the window I have been waiting for! 2 days shy of waiting for a window for 9 weeks. If they cared about customer service they would have made sure to get the window in as soon as possible, called when it came in or offered a discount for the amount of trouble this has caused. 9 weeks without a window is RIDICULOUS!

Not only do they only care about the bottom dollar, they are unprofessional and dont complete the job in a timely manner. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT: This would be a 5 star review if this company had simply told me an accurate time frame for the install of the product they were paid well to install from day one. They then called me a lair in response to calling them out for giving me the incorrect time frame- and then proceeded to take longer then the EXTRA time THEY QUOTED ME.So, in summation: There are easier, more professional, and more honest glass companies to spend your hard earned money with!

Great place to spend thousands of dollars only for you to sit and wait for months after they lied to you and conned you into giving them your money on promises of the glass being repaired in a week. Seriously- stay away!

Great experience! My Jeep was finished ahead of schedule. I waited for the vehicle in their waiting room and the work was impeccable. The receptionist was pleasant and very helpful. I would highly recommend this shop to fix your windshield. Their prices are reasonable and the overall experience was good.

Fixed my garage windows a few months ago, great guy!

We placed an order 4 months ago. They kept saying it will be on the next shipment or that order came in broken so you’ll have to wait until the following week. Then they started saying we didn’t even have an order placed. Will never use them again.
