Went to have 3 chips in my windshield fixed. Got a call it was done so I go to pay but I see the big chip still there. So I go in and the lady is just the secretary and no ones there to look at it. So Im not paying and was told to either call or come back so I come back and soon as I go in im told everyone is sick. So now Ive wasted 2 trips. Really it makes no sense to call when they need to look at it.. So as I go to get in my car there is a employee taking a car in the shop in fact its the one who supposedly fixed the 3 chips which on closer inspection not a single chip was fixed. I literally dont know how anyone gave this 5 stars. This place is so unprofessional.

They all were professional, convenient, knowledgeable, friendly, and most importantly the value and cost were exceptional! They had my vehicle repaired in one day! Fast speedy service. Truly would recommend and use them again if needed!

A rock hit my windshield last year and it needed replaced, all was well until just last month when I kept hearing a whistling sound. While I was driving, the seal on the drivers side came detatched. I was able to get in the next morning and it was repaired for free. I highly recommend Hoffman Glass.

I just got my windshield on my truck replaced today. Julie at the front desk was very friendly. Also was happy to have my truck back a few hours after dropping it off. Reasonable price and exceptional service. I will be using this company again for any of my glass repair needs!

We called late in the day for a windshield replacement, they were able to get us in the very next morning, but had to order a windshield for us due to our vehicle type. When we went in for the actual replacement, they were fast, friendly, and very courteous. I highly recommend them, and will use them again the next time a construction truck kicks a rock into our windshield.

Careless and incompetent assembly of windshield cowl and radio antenna.I had to fully disassemble and reassemble my windshield cowl after having my windshield replaced here.The windshield cowl was installed improperly, leaving a huge gap on the passenger side between the cowl and the windshield. This caused debris to accumulate underneath the cowl on that side, blocking water drainage.I am not sure how this was missed. Either the person doing the install didn’t so much as glance at their finished work, or they just didn’t care.The antenna was not torqued properly resulting in it coming loose while driving. This is not as big a deal.

$70 cheaper than safelite. Quality work.

Last week, I was in Erie from Pittsburgh to help someone from Edinboro having surgery at St. V’s. I brought her broken antique mirror in the car hoping to find a place to cut a mirror insert for me while in Erie.Julie at the front desk, and John who ultimately did the work, realized that because my friend would be discharged the next day a fast turnaround was needed. I was intending to insert and secure myself, but John not only inserted, secured with fresh nails, but also added silicone to brace it.Next morning, on my way to pick up my friend, I picked up her mirror. A great get well surprise!! I’ve lived in Erie twice and if ever a third time, I’ll have Hoffman in my contact directory for glasswork.Thank you!!!!

I am extremely pleased with the work done, the service provided, and the friendly and professional manner in which I was treated. I took 3 vehicles to Hoffman for windshield chip/crack repairs. 2 of the 3 were repaired quickly, efficiently and at a reasonable price. All repairs were clearly explained to me. On the 3rd vehicle, it was explained to me that repairs werent necessary and would be a waste of my money. I cant say enough about the professionalism of the team at Hoffman. Strongly recommend Hoffman if you need glass service.

Great service and prices

Someone smashed my rear glass out at work which was devastating to find. I called Hoffman Glass solely on other peoples reviews and I see why people reviewed them so highly. I walked in and got a reasonable quote instantly and booked an appointment for the next day to have it fixed. They did a great job and my car was done exactly when they said. The guys and the ladies at the desk, everyone was so friendly.

I call Dave for all of my glass issues. They do a great job! I have called him for both residential and Auto repair. I use them personally and for all my glass needs at the dealership. I highly recommend Dave and his crew! They do what they can to work within my scheduling issues! Id say they go way above and beyond for me!!!
