For the last 4 months I have been trying to obtain service. Talked to delivery driver first then emailed request then called, no answer. Four months after initial contact I get a phone call to finally set up service. With service this bad forget it, I will try elsewhere. Also calling to have service stopped at my store.

We use Earth 2o at my company and we love it. They are always on time and I don’t have to think about it. We always have plenty of bottles and they are super friendly. I would definitely recommend them to everyone that wants great water and great service.

Waited 10 days for paper cups to be delivered before giving up and discontinuing service. Are we supposed to drink water out of the cooler itself? Water delivered on the 21st, ran out of cups the 24th, called the 25th, was told cups will be on our next delivery (the 18th). Called the 4th, same answer (delivery the 18th). Not good enough.

The only reason why I give it one star is because I cant give it to 0 stars for months straight now my water delivery has been a day to four days late screw this company Ive had it Im gone dont waste your time dont hire this company to deliver your water they suck
