We have been customers for a number of years. Few months ago we received a water bottle with foreign object in it. There were fungus like blobs floating in the water. Our kids drank most of that water. We did not see the objects on the bottom of the jug. I called the toll free number and told them what happened. I paused delivery. I waited for the branch manager to call and resolve this. I completed the online customer form. Time passes and we get into collections for the dispenser. Meanwhile, I have not received a single bill either. I call the toll free customer support and am told again that they only have a computer screen to look at and cannot do anything else. The quality of service and product so far has been dismal. We are buying water from McKenzie Mist and have actual working people to talk to.
I’ve been with the company for many years. Service is great. I can adjust my order anytime. The water tastes great. Very seldom have an issue but when I have had an issue, they have been great with following through.
Set up delivery online. When service started they upgraded the dispenser without my approval. Then they rescheduled the delivery I had set up to a completely different schedule. When we ran out of water they wouldnt bring us any until the scheduled delivery date. Highly unprofessional.
Very disappointed on customer care and service. Wasnt compensated on bill. Also was told numerous times a delivery would be coming out and never did. Wasnt notified of company change and was never called I was the one doing all the calls.I was 3 weeks without water.
Ive been with Sierra Springs for 6 years or more. Ive never had an issue with them. They always deliver my water when they say their going to. Customer services has been super helpful when I moved and needed to transfer my service or when I ordered a new water dispenser. I recommend them to anyone who wants water delivered straight to their door. My only complaint is the water is a little pricey, but for the convenience of not having to go to the store and fill jugs up and then bring them home is worth it for the most part.
We paid more on our bill than was due and ended up with a huge credit on our account over time. We suspended our service, received an invoice showing our credit amount. Our account was still active just suspended and they did an account review and removed our credit! They didn’t send the credit back to us. When we called to find out where our $500 plus dollar credit went we were told they didn’t have anything showing the credit was ever there and we needed to provide an invoice number so they could look it up. We found the invoice, gave them the invoice number and we were told we would have the credit mailed back to us in 15 days. We waited 19 days called to check on the status of our refund and was told it would be another 5-7 days before the funds would be available for them to mail us a refund check! If we would not have had our invoice number we would have lost our money. We are wondering how many other people Sierra Springs has stolen credits on accounts from??? Horrible customer service and stealing from customers. It has been lie after lie about getting our refund.

Worst service ever! We transfered our account from another state, never had a problem, excellent service.Now the experience is totally different.1. Billing is a mess, customer service promises to follow-up, does NOT. We started service again, its only been 6 weeks & they have charged my account over $100. Now I have to take time to call again tomorrow when they are open.2. They missed a delivery, when we called about the charges & no delivery, they said, oh, it looks like we changed your delivery to once a month because of location. Still, why did they bill me. I would have been fine with once a month, please just communicate.Save yourself the misery, believe their poor ratings to be true. We are seeking another solution.
I ordered on 9/18 and I picked the delivery date as the 28th. The app told me the 2nd so I called and they clarified they arent in my area till fridays. Come Wednesday the 30th it was delivered didnt even know it was dropped off cause of covid but they didnt ring the doorbell which I greatly appreciated as I have dogs and a little one that was napping:). Customer service is very nice and flexible and I appreciated the quiet no contact delivery:). Thank you so much
This company is the worst! I cant get anyone on the phone when there is an issue. When we need more water they tell us that it is the driver that makes his own schedule, and they cant help us. So we are without water for a week or more. They have left the bottles of water outside our business more than once. Our office is on a busy street so it is not a good idea. When we have talked to them about this issue, it is like new information every time. Please make a note in our account, they never seem to be able to do this!! Frustrating!! I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I love the convenience of having water delivered every month and our rout driver staying in touch with us if they have any sales for the month.
If I could give them any stars, it would be a dying one. My husband and I signed up for services a little over a month ago. I specified that I wanted a certain amount of of jugs to be delivered, EVERY SINGLE delivery was a different amount, sometimes it was one more than we ordered, but the most recent one was just 1 jug of water for 2 freaking weeks!!!! We live in the country on well water that is not drinkable! We called them twice in one day to find out where out next delivery was, all we got was well Im not sure what to do for you, we cant control what the route manager does. I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!!!! They are seriously the worst bottled water company EVER!!! Steer clear of them at all costs!!!
They have the worst service I have ever experienced. After 2 years of bad service and talking with the main office I finally canceled my service. They never returned my $45.00 bottle deposit and then tried to charge me for the dispenser rental I no longer have. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
This company is a joke. We have used them for over 15 years, and have had terrible customer service the ENTIRE time. Do yourself a favor and use any other company besides this one.
Every delivery for 3 years was an issue. They never once delivered the amount of water I agreed to, which was 1-2 bottle per month. Instead they dropped off 4-10 bottles a month at $7.99 per bottle and then wouldnt take them back or correct their mistakes. I called every month to complain about this issue and was assured it wouldnt happen again and yet every month it continued. They literally dont care about their customers and they are consistent about only one thing, ripping off their customers. I agreed to a service I should never had a Bill more than $20 and instead I frequently was billed $70 per month all because of them dropping off wayyyyyyyyyy to much water and then charging me for it when I never agreed to that nor can I consume that much water in one month. I really feel that I should sue them for being so deceptive. And to be honest, their water tastes metallic and tastes like its just tap water. The better business bureau will be hearing from me about Sierra Springs and their deceptive practices I endured for 3 years. I told them if they drop off any more water I will sue them. Im in the process of drinking the last bottles they delivered (which again was 2 more bottles than I asked for) and then I will call them to pick up everything and close my account. Costco will also be hearing from me because thats where I signed up for this in the first place and I want them to know how Ive been treated for the last 3 years.
Sierra Springs customer service is really, truly horrible. I cancelled my account 2 1/2 months ago and they are STILL billing me. Theyve neglected to pick up their water dispenser. They wont return calls. Their customer service dept is worthless. Theres no local person or number to call.Sierra Springs IS THE WORST. Run, dont walk away from this terrible company.
If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company is horrendous! Horrendous! I cannot say it enough. Save yourself from MANY troubles, and do NOT use their services. Every delivery was an issue. I had to call them EVERY freaking week to deal with issues form incorrect deliveries, billing errors, etc. You name it, they cant do it right.
Never even answer the phone, worst customer service Ive ever been a part of. As soon as somebody answers the phone, I will be canceling. If not, Ill personally deliver the empties and dispenser to their office on Prairie Road.

Horrible customer service. They never answer their phone. We scheduled our unit to be picked up a week out. They called the next day wanting to pick it up. Since we werent home they are making us take it to Eugene from Roseburg when they come to Roseburg weekly. Never use them!
0 stars. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. The route driver decides when he wants to do deliveries. If you expect him this week, he wont show up for at least 2 more.Working in 90 plus degree heat, in coveralls and my guys are out of water. The local office phone rings for 3 minutes before it hangs up unanswered. 800# hold times can be over 15 minutes. They CAN NOT do next day delivery when THEY change your delivery and force you to be without water for at a week and 5 phone calls so far....They were supposed to bring 3 bottles every 2 weeks. The notes in the account after these phone calls now say 1 botle every 4 weeks....
