Today the Stereo Store is going to get a review because their service was 10/10. I wanted to give my husband a new speaker system for his birthday, so on his birthday I drove his car over to have the sales person talk to me about speakers. David W. Greeted me, qualified me and showed me a couple of different speakers and how they sounded. He explained all the components that I had to have to get the best sound for my husbands car. When I asked about installation I already expected to have to bring it back but after mentioning that it was my hubs birthday he figured out a way to make it happen. It was installed in less than 3 hours and when I brought my husband back in for his surprise they guys all wished him happy birthday. David took the time to go over the instal with my husband and made sure all his questions were answered. My husband is so happy with the system and I am too it sounds amazing!!! 100% Satisfied...From start to finish the guys at The Stereo store went above and beyond my expectations. We chatted for a while about what I was looking for....They approved me for a straight forward financing plan. I got a sub put in my c-rv. I worked with Allen. All the guys were great! Amazing customer service! I went back twice because it was making a weird noise. They didnt quit until they figured it out. I had a stereo and speakers installed. Received my car back and half of the dash is crooked. I should have gone over the car with a fine tooth comb at thia point as they fixed the dash. Only to leave the passenger speaker cover wobbling. Unconnected clips under my passenger dash. And constantly coming loose and wobbling backup camera. I gave them a chance to fix it and the rushed my job again and fixed one thing and didnt check their work as they didnt check it the first time.First time in my life I spent a feq thousand on a stereo install and after this I will never bother again. But a kit and do it yourself in your own driveway is my advice.Edit: They reached out after this review and made reference to the fact that their reviews were overwhelmingly positive and this was not their usual service. Said he would look into it.

They showed me how to use the new deck and adjust all the settings to my liking and the installation didn’t take them too long either. A great price for a great stereo! Went to ask about a radio installation on my 96 Toyota Tacoma. Even though they had their hands full with day long project they were able to squeeze me in and get it done it about an hour. I highly recommend them for any car stereo equipment you might need. They were incredibly helpful. My only semi-complaint is the gentlemen who helped me didnt look particularly enthused to be at work, but I cant blame or judge him for that i know Im not always enthusiastic about going to my job

The Stereo Store guys are super nice and did a great job putting new speakers in my car, listened to what I had to say about how much power I’m willing draw for a sound system in my hybrid car, and were helpful with options instead of pushing their ideal system on me. Good pricing, quality work, and they fixed my broken armrest while they were in there. Would recommend!p.s. I went to three car audio places in town for estimates and these guys were the only store in town wearing masks when I entered the store, and the only store that wore them while helping customers.

What a horrible store. You give someone a gift because of your bad customer service and then you threaten to call the police because you changed your mind. Ill never shop there and I suggest no one else does either. Its time to start a boycott of this store. Whos with me? And, I am not the customer you are trying to bait/switch and screw over. Im just here warning others not to go into your store because you cant be trusted. Seriously, people, stay away from this store. Feel free to look me up. Real person with a real concern for others. Im going to add some more to this because of your answer. Ive talked to the customer involved in detail. And, its why Ive commented here. As youve described below, you messed up for a month. A month. When your employee offered a gift and offered to (zero out) the purchase and give the item to the customer, the customer was very happy you did the right thing. He walked out of the store thinking what a great store. Imagine his shock when your employee called him demanding payment. Because of the pressure on him, he initially agreed to try to pay for it. That was a horrible thing to do after youve gifted something due to your inability to make things right. Because his card didnt clear and he had time to think about the reality of the duress you put on him and the fact that a gift once given should never be taken back, he decided to not pay for the gift. Now youve threatened him with a police complaint. Guess what. Filing a false police complaint is against the law too. You might wanna lawyer up yourself because I think youre gonna need it. Taking a gift back is just something good people dont do. So, tell me, owner, are you a good person or the guy who takes a ring back from a girl even when you are the one who breaks up? Cuz Im sure your customers are really curious.

They took care of me and my stereo needs. they informed me about the state of my current system and installed exactly what I wanted. I would definitely buy from them again.

My install was no easy task for what I wanted in a stereo system in my car. The car was a stock 72 VW Super Beetle. Original AM radio with the single speaker in the dash. My goal.... a super thumper that I could still hear lyrics and be clear enough to know what the lyrics were. I ordered my own radio because none of the aftermarket radios would fit in the original opening without cutting the dash. I wanted one that still looked stock, but had most of todays bells and whistles. I went with a 300w custom autosound, specific for my bug and year. The rest was up to the staff at The Stereo Store. They took me into the demo room and we tried lots of different combinations of front, rear, subs and amplifiers. My situation was more difficult as I am legally deaf! But not all the way deaf. They took their time, answered a billion questions it seems, never got frustrated with me and in the end, we had a nice plan for a system. The Technician that installed my system had his work cut out for him. He was even knowledgeable in classic bugs. I needed custom speaker mounts front and rear, as I didnt want to cut any holes in the car or panels for speakers. They did a superb, custom job mounting and placing the 5 speakers and amplifier. In the end, the system sounded and looked great! Also, they got my system done fast! One day! They dont know it yet, but Im coming back for probably a remote 6 disc CD install to add to it.Jim D

Purchased a new stereo head unit from this business back in October. Installation was very quick, straightforward and smooth. Professional and well-done. No issues with the radio several months later but they do have a good warranty for any installation issues if they do come up. Gets my recommendation..

A+ service. I brought the Tacoma in for a new touch screen deck and the fiances car in for a new deck and these guys finished them both ridiculously fast. I told them what I was looking for and they recommended inexpensive quality products and didnt try to upsell at all. I was looking at a deck and the guy literally recommended a less expensive one because it was a better product. On top of it all, they gave us a $15 refund when it wasnt asked for because they accidentally overcharged us. If yall want excellent service and peace of mind from quality work, I highly recommend these guys.

First time trying the Stereo Store! By far the best experience I’ve had getting a new car stereo. First, I was lucky enough for them to get me in for same-day installation. Staff was knowledgeable and helped me select the perfect stereo for what I needed. They also offered to take a look at my remote start to see why it wasn’t working and quoted a fair price to fix the remote start. I will definitely be coming back to the Stereo Store!

My only caveat is their stock is a tad limited in terms of head unit brands available, but they still had what I was looking for. I cant comment on installation services (I did a self install), but judging on how things went in the store, Im sure it is on par with excellence.The man who helped me even negotiated on price, something Ive never seen before at any store!Better than the rest, I would trust these guys.

I have had nothing shy of excellent service every time I step foot into the stereo store. After the 3rd or 4th time I started to build a relationship with multiple staff members. They have gone out of their way to help me over the phone and in person. I have probably purchased north of 25 individual products here and started to become very involved in sound systems. I recommend them to everyone and can not speak highly enough about the products, service, and prices the stereo store offers.

Walked in for a New sound system and speakers to replace my 5 year old factory system. Had a bit of a budget crunch, so Shane sole me on a clearance system and suggested I see how it makes the stock speakers sound for a future purchase of speakers. Hour and a half later, new system in the truck and it sounds great. Definitly will need new speakers once this gets paid off, but I know where Im going to get them! Shane and the installer were great and I will recommend them to friends.

I waited 10 and then left and ended up at the stereo store and I am glad I did (new to town). They got my truck right in and checked it out and had the answer to the problem quick. That said... Ive always been satisfied with The Stereo Store in the past. Last visit, they promised to send a quote but didnt. I emailed them to follow up and never got a response. Maybe theyre a victim of their own success, but Id still generally recommend them.Update: the owner replied to this review, but did not provide contact information.
