Very helpful, very efficient, and most of all knowledgeable, made me feel Welcome, got an appointment and we were on our way getting hearing aids
Just had the best experience at Costco La Quinta. Christopher the manager of the hearing aid center was fantastic . He explained all the nuances of my hearing aid. This was my first hearing aid and I must say it was life changing. I highly recomend Costco Hearing center.
The people that work here are amazingly helpful. I really like that I can drop off my hearing aids with them everytime I visit Costco and they clean them for me while I shop.
Costco is the ONLY PLACE TO GO for hearing aids! There is no profit incentive (everything is marked up 15% above their cost), so they do not try to oversell to anyone. You are offered the hearing aids that are needed for your own hearing loss. Looking at other places in Eugene and elsewhere, my aids (the exact aids!) were a cool $12.000! My insurance paid for mine at Costco: $2,600. Their hearing specialists REALLY are well-trained, and anytime you have a question or concern, they are right there for you. Doug is my favorite. My first hearing aids: I couldnt be happier! Oh, and if you use your Costco Visa Card for Purchase, your warranty is extended another 2 years! Go Costco! I love that place! 20 year member
I am on my second set of hearing aids. The staff here is wonderful. Each person is kind and understanding. Very knowledgeable. And I save buying my aids here. Same brands but for less.
Great place to get hearing aids. Their test is legit. The audiologists get no commission and you have 6 months to return aids with no restocking fee. Free cleaning anytime you are in Costco. Highly recommended.
Great prices for hearing aides. Staff is great too! Techicians are highly trained.
The Eugene, OR hearing aid center is wonderful especially Tim Meter. Works with you to find a solution, dont give up even if it takes many visits!
All around great experience would recommend
