My husband went in for hearing aids a few months ago and is very happy he did. My husband hears so much better now and says he wouldn’t be without them again. And I don’t have to yell anymore. Lol. Spencer was great to work with. He explained it so we both understood everything and was very thorough. He seems genuinely serious about caring about his clients and taking caring of them. He and Kelly (receptionist and much more I’m sure) have been a big help working with some of my husbands problems. Big thanks to them both.

We so appreciate the outstanding level of service and communication we receive from Spencer and his staff in our local Miracle Ear in Eugene. We feel like we’re dealing with family rather than a doctor’s office which is important when you’re dealing with something as critical as your hearing.

I went in today to have my yearly hearing test and Spencer checked and reconditioned my hearing aids. As always he was very pleasant and encouraging! I always enjoy my visits to Miracle Ear in Eugene!

I was extremely pleased with m visit with Spencer. The experience was very eye opening and sound pleasing. I was made to feel comfortable upon entering the office by Kristen. Specter showed me how pleasant it was to hear clearly and even helped my daughter with a problem she was having.

I went to Miracle=Hearing Aid Center on Ocean Beach Highway in Longview Washington. It was the best decision I had made in years. The staff were so pleasant and made me feel totally relaxed. They use up to date equipment to test your hearing and i got to try a pair of hearing aides that allowed me to hear clearly for the first time in many years. I was also set up for receiving a caption phone free of charge. After explaining my financial situation was very limited and I had not the ability to afford the cost of the hearing aides I desperately needed. I was given application to fill out for their assistance program which covered the costs of my hearing aides. When my hearing aides were ready., I was given full instruction on how to use them and care for them and extra batteries to carry me through for a couple of months. They continue to check my status of my hearing aides every 6 months or sooner if needed. I recommend Miracle-Ear Hearing Center to anyone who is having any hearing loss whatsoever. You will be treated respectfully and greeted with smiles and by amazing and eagerly helpful people. However, dont just take my word for it. Schedule an appointment and see for yourself. It may just open up a whole new world for you too!

My husband got his new hearing aid and it was on the program because were seniors and were on a very strict budget so it really helped thank you miracle ear are for having that program.

Had a hearing test here and it was a great experience. Everyone is very friendly and easy to talk to.

I would give ten stars if I could. I went to four places for hearing tests, because I wanted more than one opinion. All four places gave me similar test results, but I felt most comfortable with the audiologist at Miracle Ear (Spencer Brown). He is very professional and he is also very enthusiastic about helping me hear to the best of my ability. He explained things thoroughly, with patience, and with respect for my intelligence. I would recommend Miracle ear to everyone! In comparison to two out of three other places, the hearing aids were more expensive at Miracle Ear. However, when I thought about how I would need to see this person periodically throughout my life, the extra $$ was well worth the extra attention. I look forward to each time I have a followup appointment!

Over many years I have struggled with hearing loss. I have worn different types of hearing aids but have never been satisfied with their performance. Recently, I have visited the Eugene Miracle Ear location where I met Spencer Brown and Kirsten. They are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. In fact, they have exceeded all of my service expectations. My New Hearing aids from Miracle Ear have by far been the best set of hearing aids that I have ever owned. If you are considering hearing aids you might want to consider using the best, Miracle Ear.

My Husband Tom has had hearing problems since he was a young man. He has had so many hearing aids through the years, I cant remember how many. He went to Miracle Ear several years ago. Tom asked me to write a review for Chase and Kirsten. Chase actually came to our house after work to help Tom with setting up his Television Hearing system. Kirsten has such a warm and helping personality and is a professional office manager. Tom said to mention how nice she keeps the office.

My experience with Miracle Ear has been completely helpful and friendly service by the staff! I am really enjoying the hearing aids! Most of the time I am not even aware that I have them on, except that my hearing is so much improved!I recommend people with hearing loss to check out Miracleear :-)

Ive had nothing but bad experience with Miracle Ear I wouldnt recommend them to nobody their customer service is the worst at the front counter understand the front counter is your main support for your company in their company front desk they will upset you it will piss you off and if you dont care that youre there or not Im giving Miracle-Ear a one rating every time I go in there did you get a new doctor or a new receptionist theyre having trouble with reception is that Miracle Ear they had no respect for their customers this is their receptionist I will say one thing at this time and date to date they have a doctor at America ear from the Albany store hes a good guy right now if you get in there in the next 4-5 months youll be okay just bypass reception if shes not a nice person shes definitely not a nice person Ive already done with her shes just respectful to me every time with the ear doctor the ones theyre from Albany hes a very good doctor thats only thing I can say good about it this time theyre reading this Still the One but the doctor they have there right now Ill give him only only the ear doctor a 5-star rating nothing nobody else just the doctors there now from Albany but the store already has the reception score is a -5 on my rating take away five thats my opinion about Miracle-Ear good luck everybody if you go there you might want to bring your boxing gloves just to get past the receptionist have a good day off

Outstanding!!!! Jeff Vanderstien was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Decided to try Miracle Ear after wearing another brand for 4 years. What a difference can now hear so many things I have not heard for many years. The entire staff at this store are extremely friendly and professional!

I have purchased hearing aids from Miracle-Ear twice. The first set lasted for years (still does), but last year, I opted for a set with additional capabilities and features. I am not only pleased with their funciton, I am a strong advocate for the team of technicians at the Eugene Office. They work carefully to make certain I understand the new equipment and use it with confidence. Without reservation, I appreciate Miracle-Ear and the top quality products. The staff are top-notch! In fact, I would say they have become my friends.
