I was looking for a new backpack blower and they had a great selection in stock at reasonable prices. The staff was helpful and even threw in a free Husqvarna hat. Id definitely recommend this place over the big chain stores. Support local businesses!
Eric and the service staff are amazing thorough and timely. I couldnt not be more satisfied. Thank you yall
I purchased a Blower a couple of weeks ago, recommended by our friend & contractor Mike Snell. Their customer service is great & fast ( we own & operate 6 businesses that means walking into a lot locally owned stores ) contrary to my experience in other spots. Today I received an Appreciation Card from STIHL, first time a store ever did such a thing in my experience. I recommend you go see them for all your ALL SEASONS EQUIPMENT SUPPLY/NEEDS
Great service. Thank you for working with us during the post-ice-event were dealing with in Salem. Much appreciated!
Great place honest service. Great people. Fast repairs when parts are in. Many parts stocked to keep thing rolling smooth and efficient.
I wandered into the store and a good feeling about everybody there immediately fell upon me. I was well taken care of by Heather. A very positive sense of confidence encapsulated her persona which was solidly backed by the concrete knowledge she expounded on chainsaws. Heather was critical in reassuring me of my two saw purchases. I highly recommend this location and most of all, Heather!
Very pleased with our first experience with All Seasons. We went in for a leaf blower. They answered all of our question and helped us pick the perfect one. Great customer service. Will be back for future purchases!!
Stihl is the best.
Always good. Heather is the best! Got me lined up with best brush blade for my trimmer. Thanks!
Great place! Lots of selection! Staff was helpful and friendly!
Best place to do business with... And very friendly..! Will be back for more equipment soon..
We had a great experience. My wife wants to start chain saw carving and I went in with the idea she needed an electric chain saw. After lots of conversation and talking to experienced carvers we ended up with a gas saw. We needed to get a carving bar and different sprocket to accommodate the 1/4 carving bar. The owner spent 2 hours with us and it was one of the best equipment buying experiences we have ever had. Thanks All Seasons!!
Last week I purchased a Husqvarna lawn mower. The sales people were great--they informed us about the machine and then let us make our own decision. We had a 52 Husky for the past 9 years and loved it until it finally wore out.The new Husky, the top-of-the-line model, has a more comfortable seat, tighter turning radius, and a forward/reverse on the right side foot pedal, and a 3-year mfg warranty. The machine looks and feels solid--we expect to get 15 or more years out of this one.Do I sound like an ad? Im not. Im just very happy with the people and the product.
I recently bought my first chainsaw from All Seasons and received excellent customer service. On the first visit they helped me figure out which model best suites my needs. When I returned to buy the chainsaw, they helped me understand everything I needed to know to keep the tool running properly. The people I interacted with were kind and knowledgeable, but most importantly they didnt treat me in the condescending manner I have sometimes encountered as a woman buying power tools. I love my new chainsaw! Ill definitely be back next time I need something this store sells.
Heather hooked us up with a beautiful chainsaw with absolutely excellent customer service. Keep it up.
My girlfriend and I popped in here after being utterly ignored at Lowes when looking for a riding mower. The salesman we spoke to was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. We got a far better deal on financing than any other place we had applied, and they promptly delivered the mower for free. All around an exceptionally positive experience. I wont go anywhere else in town for equipment, either rental or purchase.
I took in my riding lawn mower. The service man jacked up the price on everything did things that didnt need to be done. The rare pair bill was $600. All I wanted was the carburetor checked. Theyre thieves. Grab your wallet and run away.
I bought a battery powered Stihl mower about a month ago. The crew was very helpful and knowledgeable. I have a decent size lot with a front and a back. I can mow my lawn twice with one charge. Its awesome. Thanks for the great service!
Had a great experience with Ron at all seasons. Guessing the negative comments must be old. Ron was great, friendly, and delivered the Mahindra tractor as agreed. We got a great deal on a great tractor and would go back to all seasons as well as recommend their business to others. Friendly service all around.
I was in the market for a chainsaw and decided I was going to buy a good used Stihl 026 Pro or an 029 Farm Boss so I could get a quality saw in my price range. I went into All Seasons Equipment first and they had a good selection of used saws that had been gone through and tuned up and surprisingly they had both an 026 and an 029 available. I checked them out and then told them I would be back. After shopping around a bit I decided I wanted the 026 Pro and headed back to All Seasons to pick it up. The sale was easy and I feel the price was fair. The saw is in good shape and I ran it for a solid 9 hours the following day without a hiccup. Thank you All Seasons for setting me up with a quality saw at a fair price!
First time customers & we will continue to be. They were great! The customer service was excellent, the repair bill was 40 bucks less than we were quoted & we will be taking our chainsaws there also. Thank you!
Nice clean facility with friendly helpful staff.
Man, just an amazing well run establishment. Mess around with the rest or use the best.
Juan is a great employee & is willing to do a little Detective work in order to help a customer.
Unfortunately everyone is right about customer service and items not being repaired properly. Replaced a Briggs and stratton, and left the ground off... how did they even test it? Had to fine tune everything to get it running right then said they couldnt find anything wrong with it. When I showed Juan the loose ground he just said it wasnt them...
I had to update this review! Last year they received 5 stars from me. If I could give 0 now I would! We had the lawn mower taken again for routine check up! First!!! They must have drove the lawn mower into something! Scratches all over it! It was dirty! They charged my elderly mother for flushing out the tank....guess what!! Bugs in the gas tank! They charged her for gas when there is last gas in the tank when they picked it up! Wires hanging down from the front of the lawn mower. Our neigbors couldn’t believe the amount she was charged and the condition the lawn mower was returned in! The best part they dropped it off while she was home and she didn’t hear them! They didn’t even knock on the door! She would have addressed the issues! She called them!! Simply told her they didnt know anything! Shame on you All Seasons!
Got a bulletproof tractor there a little over a year ago, only issue ive ever had was a battery that wasnt mahindras fault. They honored the warranty and replaced it. Ill be upgrading to a bigger tractor through them soon as they are aiding our initial success and rapid expansion.
1st off.... take your saws to mr chainsaw for real service without getting screwed over....... So i take my trimmer in to get the head replaced& apparently these guys that work in the service department are just trying to scam me outta my trimmer. they say the shaft was turnt a bit so they were only going to give me $32 towards another. they said they ddnt even do any work on it& yet they charged me to look at it and their warranty dont cover anything unless it basically breaks on its own. i was going to upgrade& get more overly priced trim line&gas treatment but that wasnt enough for these scam artists. i used to think this place was a upstanding business but after the sales guy kept rolling his eyes because i was asking questions, trying not to get screwed& the gouge job they tried to get me on was enough for me to not ever come back here! i will from now on recommend people to go litterly anywhere else besides this place. when i dropped off my trimmer this guy comes in to pick up his mower& the job wasnt even done on it even tho they called him to pick it up..... THAT should of been my 1st clue that these people are shysters! fk this place!
Great service when I needed a custom chain made up for my ancient saw
Super service and low pressure, they help meet the Need with out pushing you into making a deal. Service dept can’t say enough how well they take care of the customer, they go out of there way to make sure the customer is taken care of
I needed help getting a couple of saws repaired, found a great deal on a Stihl string trimmer.
The people behind the counter were either clueless or rude. I had a simple question about a price difference between product brochures and the price tags. Were the items on sale, or always priced lower than the manufacturers brochure? I got two blank looks and a they have price tags on them.Worst customer service Ive seen in a long time.
Everyone was extremely helpful. Their prices are competitive but their service is beyond excellent.
All questions were answered, felt comfortable and welcome from the I walked through the door.
I took my Stihl chainsaw to All seasons as they were a Stihl dealer. The saw needed a tune up consisting of a new pull cord, spark plug and filter. I was told I would get a call 2 days later. no one called so a week later I called to check on my saw. The service staff stated they were working on it right then and I could pick it up the next day. I picked up the saw and paid the bill went home and started it. Ran the saw for about 5 min under very light load when it stopped working. No compression. I took the saw back to all seasons and told them the issue. They said they would get back to me the next working day. They did not. When I finally went in to find out what was going on I was told my saw had a burnt piston and needed a $500 rebuild. As I am picking up my saw another customer walks in with the same issue. He too brought his saw in for work and now it wouldnt run. I took my saw to another shop and they said the carb had been adjusted too lean and that is why the cylinder failed in the manner it did. I contacted the manager to discuss the issue and was told I would be taken care of, I have not.Unless you want to gamble with your equipment I would advise taking your power tools to another shop with a better track record
I have had very good experiences with All Seasons Equipment over the past 12 or 14 years. I am a landscaper and I approached them cautiously when I started my business because I did not know a lot about equipment brands or the mechanical details that I cant see. Im no mechanic! During the first few years, I became a believer in not just the Stihl brand - and I came to see that almost every serious landscaper here uses all or mostly Stihl power tools - but this committed family business. Marvin and Jon are not salesman type charmers; they are direct, honest and very hard-working guys with a good product. Marvin has recently retired and Jon and Ron, whod been the general manager, are now running the business. They are very experienced, completely competent, equipment guys who offer knowledge and service to everyone in the store. I sometimes see other customers in the store who have, I would say, unrealistic expectations of a retail business. (I suspect some of those people wrote negative reviews here. The unhappy customer is so much more likely to write a review than the happy ones.) There is an ethos in our consumer culture created by the enormous box stores that allows consumers to demand anything and everything and big box stores to placate some of that expectation by giving away tokens or offering a product for 10 dollars less. Some of the customers in the store want a cheap fix on a 2 or 300 dollar product they bought many years before and have used for thousands of hours. That is not realistic. There is a point of diminishing returns on maintaining this equipment that I, as a business owner, need to recognize. The service department at All Seasons is excellent and they forwardly help me recognize when I reach that point with a piece of equipment. They get a new sale out of it, true, but they are motivated by not wanting me to spend money on repair of a piece of equipment that they know from experience is no longer worth it. The people at All Seasons helped train me to use my equipment to extend engine life and minimize problems, use the right fuel additive and choose the right product for my crews. I have now purchased more machines from them than I can remember and I would not want to buy or service that equipment anywhere else. People who want to buy equipment should do one simple thing. When they shop, ask the sales people, how many hours of use do these things usually last? Ask, what are the fatal problems they might get and how will I know when they come? Ask, how do I maintain it best and what are the costs to do that likely to be over its life? Yesterday, I retired a line trimmer that I bought eight years ago. That means I got eight years from a piece of equipment my crews probably use more hours per month than some homeowners will use in a year. That doesnt mean someone else will get 96 years of use from it (!) but that this equipment can give you great usage if you care for it reasonably.
Over priced on parts and supplies, and wont stand behind their used equipment.
Worst customer service ever! Went across the street to mr. Chain saw and had great customer service! I felt like when I walked in that I wasnt welcome and I was a nuance to them for even being there
New review:updating my review from several years ago (see below)... ive visited some other saw shops around town without much luck for service and came back to All Seasons recently and found them better staffed and more helpful. Not necessarily the cheapest place in town, but they are at least more professional with a much larger selection of parts and machines than they used to have. Worth a viisit.Old review:Been going here for more than 8 years simply because they are the only certified Stihl dealer around. Ive put up with sketchy customer service most of this time but tolerated them because they usually get the job done. However, my recent sales experience has me frustrated and realizing the experience is getting worse, not better. I find that they dont listen, they charge alot, and they often blame the customer. Time to find a new place to get my saws fixed.
The only place I buy my power equipment, and supplys.
I spent $4000 at All Seasons at the beginning of April to buy a new riding mower, with an installed bagger attachment and extended service plan. They delivered the mower sans bagger, but I was excited enough about the new mower to ignore the mistake. They delivered the bagger kit a few days later, with the most obscure directions this side of IKEA and I installed it as well as the directions directed. After a few mows of my 2 acres, the mower would no longer start. I called and was shuffled around to different parties on the phone, each suggesting I didnt know what I was doing. After I assured them Id checked each of the moronic suggestions theyd made, they asked that I somehow load my brand new $4000 mower into a small pickup and bring it to the shop for repairs. After much haranguing, All Seasons agreed to come out and pick it up. They did (a week later) and took it in. After another week, I called, wondering whether they were planning on repairing my brand new mower, and they assured me I was next in line. A few days later, they replaced the selanoid in my not-yet-a-month-old-mower and shored up the bagger attachment. They delivered again and I waited for the rain to quit before I could mow my nearly waist high grass. I mowed once (an ugly mow, sans bagger because the grass was way too high), then got out a few days later to mow again, this time with the bagger. Things were going OK until I turned the mower off to empty the bagger. When I got back on, it wouldnt turn over. The next morning, I called, disgusted, and informed them of the problem and that I expected them to come out, pick up the mower and exchange it for a new one, as clearly this one was a dud. They took my information and assured me Id hear from the manager. I didnt hear from anyone for two days, so I called again and got shuffled to a man named Ron (apparently a higher-up at All Seasons). Ron assured me theyd take care of me and would get right back to me with a plan. Exactly 6 days later, someone from the service department called to arrange service and asked if I could bring it in to their shop! Of course, I informed them that I couldnt get the mower there and that Id spent $4000 and had a working mower less than 1/3 of the time Id owned it. I suggested again that they simply deliver a new mower in exchange for my dud, but they told me that wasnt possible, so I demanded they pick it up and bring a loaner mower over in the meantime. Miraculously, they showed up yesterday, to pick up my mower and drop off a loaner (after showing up at the address I lived at 11 years ago and calling me for directions to where they could find my mower on a property 15 miles away from where I live). I was pretty disappointed, until I hopped on the new mower tonight to mow my super-tall grass again, when the real disappointment began. Alas, the loaner was also a dud. It came with a flat tire that I had to fill every third lap around the lawn. The grass was so high and mower so weak that the bagger got clogged every 100 yards (if I was lucky). Im thoroughly disgusted with All Seasons and will be pursuing some recourse with the mower manufacturer to send me a new mower and refund my money toward All Seasons extended service agreement. If you like your money and expect semi-reasonable service, I strongly suggest you head directly to one of All Seasons competitors. I thought buying from a locally owned company would behoove me should anything go awry. Id have gotten better service from Home Depot.
Great place to do business always helpful
Great service. Very helpful.
Amazing service, products and prices!
Very good service and knowable staff.
They have the worst customer service. The parts guy has a terrible attitude and is very very lazy!
Chainsaw ? dont take it there with there 37.50 estimate ! (MR Chainsaw)
Pape Machinery is a Sthil Dealer and they have parts & Repair Service.
Worst service I have ever received. I would never walk in that place again. There left hand does not know what their right is doing. They are unreliable and patronizing.
They import Chinese parts and pass off as American. Rude management. Should be out of business any day now.
Rudest customer service I have ever witnessed. I left after watching employee berate and actually yell at another customer! There are other Stihl shops around here!
Bought a saw and oil and fuel brought it back a few hours later never used it and not only did they charge me 10% restocking fee but Co owner Jon Cowley is a real jerk they are the worst place to do business
Do not use this organization for your chain saw repair!
These guys know there stuff
Hours are lame came to Eugene from the coast to spend $$$$ but nobody was there to open the store lost a big sale
Good service 😎
