There were a few reviews commenting on their poor customer service here. I have to disagree. Rhonda was witty, funny, and personable. Her shop took very good care of my mower, and it was fixed within a week at reasonable cost. I had a great experience here; and will come again with any small-engine repairs.

Took mower to Bob and he was very fast and knowledgeable. Even sharpened the blade and cleaned the mower!

My first experience with this place was great so when my lawnmower had a loose belt I decided to take it there to get fixed. Three months after fixing it the same issue happened so I called and was told by the women up front that they stand behind their work and to bring it in. Of course when someone says they stand behind their work I assume that I won’t be charged for it to be taken care of, well I was wrong. I was never called and told that I would be charged for the repair so when I showed up to get the mower I had over a hundred dollar charge from the work that needed to be done. It is frustrating that there was NO communication because honestly if I would have known that I was going to get charged I would have taken it somewhere else since at that point I didn’t trust the quality of their work since it came off again in a matter of 3 months. Bottom line is they have lost a customer because I will never go there again.

Quick, easy, affordable lawnmower repair.

Great service, clear communication and no bs. I showed up in the middle of a busy day neededing a part and assistance removing a stuck bolt on my riding mower to replace the part. Bob the the mechanic took his time to walk away from his work to explain the issue to me, showed me in detail how the parts were installed wrong and even showed me how to modify the parts to last longer. They didnt have to do any of this. I will now be buying my parts from them.

My kind of ladys behind the counter, snappy sharp and quick, and thats just their wit, the rest of the time very helpful and in the end very friendly, I re -comend this shope for your mower and blower needs and while your there why not some string for your trimmer

Bought used mower, broke down after 3rd use. Was still on warranty, they fixed it. Although thats not my problem. The lady inside at the desk made me feel very unwanted all 3 times I was there. I like to go to small businesses cause not only is it the rite thing to do to support my county, but the people are always the nicest and most helpful. Bottom line (I will never go back!!!)

I love these guys! I know nothing about small engine repair (when they said theyd change the oil, Im like Whats wrong with the oil that came in it?), and they dont make me feel like an idiot. Fast friendly service, and they stand behind their repairs. Give em a shot.

Went in to ask about ordering a part for my string trimmer, was greeted by a woman at the front counter, Whaddaya want? Better be quick. Then she tersely informed me that no, she wouldnt even bother looking for the parts availability, and no, they didnt have anything else thatd work.Never going back there again.. Mercury Equipment was able to give me a quote and it was less than half of what other places in town quoted.

Im giving them a 2 because she answered the phone. From there forward she made every attempt to get rid of me. She was successful. The bottom line is I bought my $6,000 tractor from them a few years back, which sadly they are the only dealers in the area for this brand.Thank God I can order the needed parts online.I wont have to deal with the wicked witch of the West. (West Eugene, Emerald Power and Equipment.)Advice: offer employee a chance to take a customer service class.Point to ponder: it really is just as easy to be kind and courteous as it is to be short, snappy, rude, and mean.Benifit: you as the owner will increase your income. As a fellow business person I promise you will make more money, and you will do it with almost no additional capital outlay. Final benefit, if this one individual can change the way she treats folks, all your employees will be happier and thus, more effective.I hope this can help. I needed to replace a stolen Husky so I went to that dealer first. Long story short I dont think Husquevarna builds them as well as they used to. I found DOLMAR at Emerald. It cost less and is made in Hamburg Germany. Nothing is better. It came with a safety chain, I swapped it out with a standard chain and its awesome performance came out once I put about 25 hours on it. BTW their 2 stroke oil is way less $ than anyplace I know. I am calling them today about a possible leaf blower purchase.
