I recently needed to ship 10 blankets for a service project my daughter was working on. I didnt have a box at home and wasnt sure exactly what to do. Wendy and the staff at the UPS store did an amazing job of helping me get the items into the store, boxing everything up and getting my goods to their destination quickly. It was wonderful to wrap up this task quickly. If you need to ship something and you dont have a box or you need something shipped easily, pop into this store they are AWESOME!

Greatly improved since new ownership/management took over about a year ago. Nothing at all like the original management. I live 5 minute walk from this location, but prior to the mgmt change, I would drive 15 minutes to the other UPS store to avoid using this one. Thats how bad it was. In contrast, everything works really smooth at this location now. The only thing I wish they would improve is that they have a set (and secure) location to drop off packages that are already labeled and paid for. Sometimes I get stuck in line behind a do I need a label? how much does it cost? hold on, I forgot my wallet in the car type of person, and it is not enjoyable. :-)

What a convenient location to be able to drop off large envelopes and packages! I often find myself juggling boxes on my way into the store and it is AWESOME that the NEW OWNER fixed the automatic door access after years of it being out of order. THANK YOU -highly recommend this UPS Store for diverse shipping needs.

Just got off the phone to make an inquiry of shipping an unusual item. Dont remember her name but it was a woman. After stating my issue (maybe spoke for 15 seconds or less) she then said Can I speak now? in a very condescending way. I get it.....my name is Karen. Everyone thinks its hilarious to bully me because of it. But it was very uncalled for no matter what my name might be.

Red headed woman here was super rude, explained to me what a shipping label was as if I didnt know.I tried to make some small talk to lighten the mood but obviously was not gonna happen. My last time coming here.Edit: Thank you UPS Store owner, I didn’t think understanding what a shipping label is would be considered working hard to understand the shipping process. Good work!

Always have a great experience in this store, staff is always helpful. This last time I went in Kahlee helped me, she went above and beyond to help me get my deliveries to where they needed to be. Was a very pleasant experience keep up the good work.

Closed my box . Very rude when you need customer service . Good luck if you have a issue with packages . I’ve had other peoples mail giving to me, lost items, and horrible damaged boxes delivered without any documentation of damaged boxes as delivered ....... very unhappy

Business came under new ownership and they changed pricing and policies overnight, most of them are not customer friendly. Really miss old ownership under Kevin. Will switch to other company if get chance.

I purchased a box from this UPS Store in Eugene Oregon to ship personal items to the UK to myself as I moved in with my fiance. The box was heavy, but the staff at the office said that it would be okay. I paid a lot of money ($1000+) to ship. Not only was it late a month, but according to staff at the Fulham UPS office in London, the box was shipped back and forth from USA to UK multiple times. The box was heavily damaged and looked like someone ran into it with a forklift. Upon contacting UPS customer support and spending about 50 phone calls discussing this problem, UPS claims the box was not right for the job and they will not offer any help with the destroyed personal items. Essentially lost a nice monitor and computer over this terrible parcel treatment. This is very frustrating because I purchased the box for this purpose, and I argue this treatment of the parcel at facilities was reckless and inconsiderate. I advise others to be careful of dealing with this company, in my experience this far, they have been horrible.

Service is hit or miss usually, but I’m upset about my latest trip. I went in 4 days ago to return something to Amazon and used the option to have UPS print the label for me. The guy tossed my package on the back counter without even sealing it in front of me, and I had to ask him to give me a copy of the receipt. He obviously couldn’t care less about his job and was burnt out.I’ve tried calling multiple times in the last two days, and for some reason, no one ever answers the phone.This all might not be so strange — maybe — except the day that I was there returning my item, I happened to overhear the person in front of me in line complaining to the clerk that it had been days and they hadn’t heard anything about their return, either. The clerk basically told the customer to take a hike and check back online or something. Uhhh, okay, but you guys are the ones who scan them in here, so...In the past, I usually get my Amazon account credit within a couple of hours at most of going to this location. I don’t know what’s going on at this UPS location right now, but it’s pretty strange. I’m pretty peeved.Edit: it took 5 calls but I finally reached a human. They directed me to check my receipt’s tracking number to where in transit the item is. It is en route, but will still take another estimated day. Again, this is strange because in the past it’s received ASAP and I get my refund ASAP. Not sure why this item has to travel so far and take so long. :(

When I went into this UPS store and asked for a dolly, an employee came out and helped me, taking in the large package and even returned to my car to to carry in the second one. Both packages were Amazon returns and I was having trouble because both of the large items had one only return code. Both of the employees there helped me to figure out the problem which was very appreciated and they waived the service fee to use the printer because of the Amazon error . . . these two gentlemen went above and beyond!

Amazing delivery driver Heather - She delivers packages on the West side of I-5 in Eugene. Shes literally always friendly and in a good mood and still is quick and stays on task. I think everyone that works for UPS could learn a thing or two from her!

I have never had issue 1 with this store. They seem pretty efficient for the most part. Kevin can be gregarious at times but he does the job. The other assistants there are on top of things. No issues with packages ever. Sometimes the line can get a little long during peak mailing times but the Post Office is 10 times worse. I think having people wait is the nature of the mailing business.

Please take the time to look over the reviews before you enter this store. Not only was this the worst customer experience I have ever experienced, but also makes me question if what they were doing was even legal. I will eventually add more to this post to explain what happened to my girlfriend and myself when I have more time, but in the meantime PLEASE look at the reviews of this place if you are thinking of trusting these guys..I wish I would have.

Exceptional customer service! I was mailing an international package, which is always very time consuming due to the amount of paper work involved in doing so. Sean was very helpful and patient through the lengthy process, and was able to calmly multitask to accommodate other customers simultaneously. This has been consistent with previous experiences at this location.

I shipped something from this location not long ago, and the attendent did not ask for me to review the address to make sure they typed it in correctly. I asked to recheck the address, and they entered it in wrong. If I had not asked to check, they would have shipped it to the wrong address. I even gave the attendent a clear typed directions (TYPED, not hand writing, not verbal) so it was 100% clear where to ship it to. This store needs to ask the customers to verify that the attendent input the correct address.Ask to verify the address if you ship from here or else they may have entered the wrong address like they did for me, I am glad I caught it.Other stores (such as the w11th store) ask to verify, I dont know why this one doesnt.

Ive gone here TWICE to get something notarized— calling ahead both times to make sure there was a notary there. The first time the notary couldn’t find his stamp and sent me home. The second time the notary said he wasn’t fully trained yet and sent me home. Seriously so annoying. Made me late for multiple deadlines at my firm. Lost my business forever.

Great place for sending packages and if you need a document notarized they will do it. Just call them if you have a prepaid box or item ready for shipping so you dont have to waste time there if its not accepted and that fact is upss fault not the employees hey are great!

Horrible. I paid $75 for international shipping, which I learned at the end of the transaction that it would be shipped via the USPS NOT UPS. On top of that, my package (which I was sending to my fiance who is active military overseas) never arrived at its destination. After I attempted to track it, I discovered that my package NEVER LEFT the UPS STORE! I was then referred to the USPS (who never received my package from the UPS Store) who referred me back to the store (as they should have since they never received the package). I spoke with the owner of the UPS store- Kevin who only offered excuses and his OPINION as to what happened. He accepted no accountability for the FACT that the package was never scanned out of his store. The moral of the story is NEVER do business with these thieves- literally and figuratively. They do NOT care about you or obviously your items as after reading reviews I am not the first person this has happened to. Horrible, horrible, horrible. I will NEVER do business with UPS as a whole again because of the incompetence of these idiots. Who knows- after I itemized they probably went through the box and took the items home.

The worst customer service! Ive been there two days in row at 8am, and once at 8:45am. No one is there! Ive been trying to pick up my package for days. I called once I got to work, no answer. Finally Friday October 20th, at 11am someone answered. When I explained that they had been closed, the gentleman on the phone had no idea someone didnt show up for the morning shift. I just went in today, October 21st, I asked for the manager. When I told her what has been happening her response was that she was dealing with other things so she couldnt be there at 8am. Barely apologized basically just said, yeah I wasnt here at 8. What a horrible way to run your buisness! The franchise owner should be notified. Its was obviously a sore subject because she would barley look me in the eye. Look at the other reviews, other people having the same experience.

Dont bother going if you have a prepaid box you need to drop off, there is no drop box and they wont even make eye contact with you if theres a wait. I wasted ten minutes to hand a person a box.

The employee was busy using his cell phone, when I asked for a receipt for my package he replied they dont give receipts for packages of that kind being dropped off and stated if I wanted to I could take the package and drop it off at the United States Postal office.
