Terrible customer service at this location. Rude, lazy staff who visibly look irritated when the shipping requires them to measure the box or type in addresses.

So appreciative! I had an issue printing a Christmas letter for a client that was totally of my own creation. Staff member, Michelle, truly went to the wall to help me work the issue out. Its truly the people who make the business and Michelle (and her manager) are shining examples of this at the Fed Ex on Green Bay. 💕

Staff is incredibly helpful and always attentive. Large format clean store with great quality prints and shipping services.

My father and I both had a very difficult time at this store and it was highly unnecessary. My father was told to go use the print workstations by himself and didn’t even get an offer for any guidance on how to do it. I get there’s a pandemic currently, but the customer service is still completely unacceptable. Also, the infrastructure and how the workstations function are nearly impossible to navigate. Unless you have something very easy to get done, I do not recommend this place at all.

Since they dont quote over the phone I went somewhere else.

Had the worst experience from the manager(boss lady). Who seems not to care at all. Poor communicator and terrible listener.All we ask is how to use the fax mashine. We were trying to help an immigrant who doesnt speak English well. She looked at us like we landed from another planet.

I needed to scan some files, I was trying to use the computer but Lattrice helped me with the Self-Service Scanner, which was much cheaper. Saved couple of bucks.Really appreciate the Lattrice and the other Employees at this location, always very helpful!

The people who work there do not seem like they care at all. Needed to scan large blueprint. Mgr. just said go back and do it yourself (self-serve). Meanwhile another employee was standing by the machine arranging something on the counter while I tried to make sense of the keypad. Then at the end they couldnt even print a receipt for me. Disorganized and apathetic.

Guy wasnt pleasant. Told me I could not smile in my passport photo. I look like I am miserable. When I reviewed the passport application when I got back home, smiles are totally fine. Cost $18.50. I am redoing this someplace else. Dont go here.

Employees seem to hate their job and the gentlemen that helped was unprofessional. I asked him to tape a corner of a box that I was shipping and he agreed, by taking the box in the back without saying anything. He comes back a few minutes later and said I did better and put it in a new box. Ok great he is the prepaid sticker for my shipment. The clerk then says wait it will be $10.00 for the box. Wait a minute I never asked for the box and you never told me there would be a charge. Very rude at this point and I will never go back. At least it only cost me $10 to figure out I will never go back.

If you are shipping something of value DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! They did a terrible job packing a piece of irreplaceable artwork. It arrived damaged and to file a claim it has to go through KINKOS not FedEx. No one will tell you this. I had to find out the hard way with several conflicting stories via FedEx. If I could I would give them negative stars.

I accidentally chose the wrong packaging for my item and the employee accommodated me and waived the extra charge I would have had to pay. Great service!

My experience here was great. It was a weekday morning and I was helped by an older black male employee, I dont know his name. I wanted to ship an ebay return but it turns out my airbill was for USPS, not fedex. But this gentleman still answered my questions about it, helped with the paperwork, and taped my box shut for me. He showed me where the airbill should go too.

I needed my resume printed out for a interview. They put it on some really nice paper in very quick time.

I accomplished what I needed to do. Theres free parking available, and thats always a plus.

These guys did an awesome job helping me make a spiral bound notebook for an interview that meant a lot to me! Compared to office max on howard street these guys are the A team

Came in with a prepaid packing slip and package. Very quick and friendly service!

I ship a lot of parcels from this location usually right as they are about to close and I have always been met with a positive experience.

They did not answer the phone yesterday or today. Maybe they are having phone problems but not sure.

They didnt call me and just left a notice on the front door, while leaving another package for my roommate.

Fast and efficient service.

I AM BEING TOLD THAT A PACKAGE WAS ALREADY DELIVERED AND I HAVENT RECIEVED IT. LOT OF DELAYS, RUDE STAFF WHO COULDNT BOTHER LESS.

Only one person working w/ a very long line. Ian took the customer behind me even though I was in line first and didnt have a big package. Then he told me he could not sent it to the address I needed to send my package to. Will not return.
