I love wandering around Michaels, even though Im not what you would call a craft hobbyist. Tons of fun products, decorations, unique gifts for people you would never have thought of, and really solid customer service. Highly recommended.

This Michael’s is fairly small but we can usually find what we are there for. The gal that assisted us with checkout was sooo very kinda and patient with our two little ones who had their own transactions and were using their own debit cards. We were there specially for pony beads and found the selection easy, but there were quite a bit that was sold out. We were still able to find enough to get us by and ended up ordering a kit on Amazon for cheaper than the one they had there. And the one we found on amazon came with a lot more beads too.

I have not been in a Michaels in a while. But my bestie wanted me to try the magic that is Diamond Painting! We walk in, thankfully there was a lady available to point the way, but better yet she showed us! Saying Oh good we have a good selection. That turned out to be a subjective statement. One end cap, 3 different sizes, prices high. But I found a small one and bought it. Took a few minutes to find a cashier, but she too was nice and helpful. Their prices are just high.

As of late,, my wife and I have spent many hours in various Michaels in our area!!!! They always have what we need to help make our residence a home!!!!Here is a table centerpiece that my wife and I made (actually, SHE did, I was just there to take photos and when she needed my strong hands😉)!!Thanks Michaels!!!!!

Michaels is a fun place to let your creative imagination grow... you can see all kinds of materials and form ideas or discover new ones. The prices during sales, like Black Friday weekend are very good. Regular prices are a bit high, but you sometimes you need to dive in and experiment so you can gain experience.This location is nice because the neighboring ToysrUs building is shuttered so parking is spacious. (｡•̀ᴗ-)و ̑̑✧

Its been a long time since Ive been to Michaels. After several trips to Hobby Lobby, I decided I needed to take a peek in Michaels. Everything about Michaels was better! They did not have the type of yarn I needed, but at least they HAD yarn! (Check my upcoming review on Hobby Lobby to understand my frustration.) There was a good selection of various different types of yarn in varying weights and brands. The employees were fantastic! They truly made the store stand out from the crowd as being the best place to go for craft supplies. The lady who worked in the yarn section was friendly, fun to talk to, and very helpful. The young man who checked me through at the register was friendly, personable, and a joy to talk with. True, I didnt get the yarn I needed, but I still went home happy with my purchases and in a much better mood. Hobby Lobby may be closer to drive to, but its more than worth it to drive further down to the end of the street to Michaels.

They had a good collection of floral and decoration items. I visited in august 2021 and had summer floral items on sale along with fall decor.

My only complaint about this story is it can get a little expensive and theres just so much stuff I want that I end up leaving with way more than I actually need that I actually mean. They could lower the prices a little bit on their cooking craft stuff coz steph cause it seems like Hobby Lobby has it for a lot cheaper.

Helpful staff assisted me with finding watercolor supplies. They had a great clearance sale, so I stocked up on yarn! Checkout was smooth and painless.

The staff was kind and very helpful. I enjoy going to Michaels it stimulates creative ideas.

Good place just a little slow with key for locked items

Employees only seemed to care about loss prevention. After I payed for my items they asked me to pay for something that belonged to me which I walked in the door with. They also followed me around the entire stoor thebwhole time.

Loved it! Found everything I was looking for and the cashier was very fast and knowledgeable.

Too few staff and those are store trained, no practical knowledge. With questions about anything, youll need to hunt diligently before finding an employee. The one who helped me was new but the long term veteran who came to open a display case designed to frustrate would-be shoplifters, snatched a pen set out of both my hand and that of the first employee. Definitely, DEFINITELY treated me as a thief. I was angry... But still bought the pens. I like Michaela 😏

Michaels has terrific frames and Shannon and the other employees in the framing department are so knowledgeable and friendly! Shannon is amazing! She helped me pick out two absolutely perfect frames for my artwork. Michaels also offers a great custom framing service for unique artwork, I had a custom mat made and they put the frame together complete with a dust cover and hanging hardware, definitely recommend.

I was extremely let down and offended with my most recent trip to this Michaels location. They were very poorly stocked with merchandise, I asked the manager on duty twice for help obtaining specific items, but he was too busy profiling and shadowing my fiance and myself in manner that screamed he suspected us to be thieves. It was insulting and caused us to feel harassed, cutting our craft goods resupply disappointingly short. This is not the first time Ive experienced poor customer service at this location, but will certainly be the last.

An amazing store. My to go place for the arts and crafts. The quality of products here is great and so is the price. However, just browse online for coupon codes and use them in the store to get great discounts. And their deals online are also very good.

The birthday items I was looking for were plentiful. I needed help with an item and got help right away

Doing their best to recover from holiday madness, seasonal displays are great. I didnt quite understand why they had holiday storage marked down for clearance but the non-seasonal storage bins were on sale for the exact same price... Also- someone let their husband or kids wander alone (see photo).

Havent been there for a while, but when I do they got what I need, except for the make ur self picture frame kits. But i got something that worked for me, so it was all good.

A great craft store. They do have an extensive selection of picture frames, craft paper, and stickers. The store layout was nice and the employees were friendly and helpful. The only down side I could see was when paying with a card there machine takes forever to process, I recommend paying with cash to speed yourself through checkout.

Always a wide array of products, usually find what I need. FYI, they dont take Joanns Crafts coupons anymore (April 2021). Like getting coupons via text, and they come intermittently, not too often to where its annoying.

They didnt have an item after I purchased it a day earlier. The associate didnt know what I was talking about.

Superb collection, many items cheaper than amazon and helping staff

I ordered some color pigments the other day for curbside pick up. I showed up about an hour before closing to wait, saw other people picking up their packages, so I called to advise I was outside. The worker said my package wasnt ready yet, but would be out before they closed. Ok cool. Well its closing time and a lady walks out to grab the pick up cart. I explain and she advised me that it takes up to 3 hours to fulfill an order and it wouldnt be ready until the next day. This is not DISCLOSED IN THE WEBSITE ANYWHERE! but what can you do? So I drive back home and get an email at 6:01 saying my order is ready for pick up. I didnt want anyone else to get it do I drive back to the store to pick it up, and store is closed with no order waiting?? Why would you send an email after closing, saying to come get it? Why couldnt an employee grab it when I was there originally? Terrible experience and terrible customer service.

Framing department lacks customer service. Brought a painting in for custom framing. Waited nearly 30 minutes for someone to come to the counter. Called yesterday to check the status of my order; phone rang more than 20 times before anyone picked up, and then I was immediately placed on hold. Was told my frame had just been joined and needed 24 hours to set up. Went back late this afternoon, and order still not ready (2 weeks since order placed). Doubt Ill use them again.

Always a fun place to go. They carry so many craft items. Sometimes it boggles my brain. I especially like that they carry Wilton baking and decorating items. Seems they always have what I need.

The staff is very friendly, and are doing a great job with enforcing social distancing and masks. I felt quite safe shopping there.

Michaels did what they could and had fairly decent guidelines in place for covid however they didnt seem to be on top of it. Perhaps understaffed. No carts where clean even though they had a clean and dirty cart line. But what was worse was how packed the aisles were with people that didnt care about others with social distancing. I was shocked by how many people just packed certain areas. It didnt feel safe. They overstuffed the main walkways with stuff so you had no choice but to get too close to others.The good news is they were stocking Fall and Halloween items and that picked my spirit up and the prices always good.

Very good store for a variety of crafting project needs. I try to always use the coupons that are refreshed weekly. This Everett location is very well lighted, which is a big help when your project has several colors. The staff is helpful and friendly. Also look for clearance items.

The best place to get crafts for Christmas that is for kids but fun for adults as well. The ladies are so wonderful. I have a special affection for the Everett Mall way store. The manager there is lovely!!!

Best art store

I love going here to get my craft supplies, they have a really nice selection of coloring pencils, and in boxed sets. I really love going through all the cookie cutters every time I go there, found a flamingo cookie cutter there one time. You can get lost in there with all kinds of ideas to decorate a room with all the floral stuff they have. There is always a lot of parking they share a huge lot with other stores.

I placed an order today for curbside pickup, and the email that I was sent said call the store when you arrive, pull up front and open trunk and the employee will place the order in your trunk. Like the previous reviewer for yesterday I was directed to someone else. When she answered I said who I was and that I was there for my curbside pickup. She then tells me the store is open and to just come in and get it. I told her I placed the order for curbside. She again tells me I know but the store is open, I then had to tell her my little boy is in the car and I do not have his mask with me because I wasnt planning on going into the store. She then tells me to pull up and shell bring it out. She comes out with the item in the cart and just stands by the front door so I got out of my car and said thank you and she just looked at me, no your welcome or anything. Im sorry but if your store offers curbside pick up, dont be so annoyed everytime someone places an order.

This is where I get all my art supplies and fun activities. There is something or all artist and even all ages. They have great deals and nice prices.

I love Michaels. They have lots of merchandise for a variety of craft projects.Everything is well-organized and most of the staff are very helpful. Sometimes there are long lines at the registers.

If you have a craft idea or need ideas they can help you out. They are well stocked. Always check online before going because they coupons.

Out of a couple things but endend up finding more!!

During this pandemic at this current time which I or bus to visit stores as last as possible I place the curbside pickup order 6 hours later I went to the store called 3 × 2 be hung up on after an hour of waiting in the parking lot I was able to finally reach someone on the phone to tell me my order was still not ready Explained I was there in the parking lot and I would way I was told not to way and to go home I read receive a tax on my order was ready I got the text at 7:00 p.m. when the store closed dating that my order was ready then again at 1:07 a.m. I was told that my noble my order was no longer available And can no longer be picked up even though I already paid for it so I recommend taking a drive with their family and go to the Michaels in Lynwood or possibly Marysville because Everett Michaels does not know a thing about customer service nor do they value their customers so spend your money elsewhere if you value your money they dont deserve your money!!!🤫🤫🤫💯💯💯✌
