They were very helpful, I brought up a lot of small issues during my 30,000 mile service and they went through all of them to my satisfaction. I have been very satisfied with my Paaset and the continued service that Pignataro provides.

Unfortunately I had my rig break down on the freeway & took it to Pignataros.I didnt mind having to pay well over a grand for a fuel pump with installation, but when they told me I would have to take it to another dealership to finish the repair is what is truly is/ was frustrating.The service guy said they would be able to fix it.....they didnt.A big thanks to GMC down the road who actually got my truck back on the road.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff in the parts department. I felt like the guy I talked to knew a lot about my car and was enjoying educating me on parts and service for my Jetta.I ordered a mirror from them, and I also had them replace the battery in my key fob, and my experience was great.Highly recommend coming here to get genuine VW parts.
