Worst customer service ever, I was waiting for 20 minutes at the pro desk, customer representatives didnt even bother to ask if I needed help, I asked if anyone was going to help me and they just replied they were on brake
Slow. Very slow and disorganized, when it comes to picking up ordered doors. 30 minutes after the service desk. Good attitude - the reason for one more star. It’s a DIY store yet I see the energy anymore.
Hey the pro desk is where its at you ever wanna feel like youre the tip of the iceberg well then see these guys, and tge checkout is so much faster.
Great help. If you ask the pro desk will help you with special things and/or orders for products.
This is a great Home Depot. Friendly and helpful employees. Very busy during the work week mornings. Pro contractors shopping then.
Whoever works at the front desk for paint had very poor customer service. Called asking questions about why a paint couldnt be returned and told me that its customizable. Well ok, but what does that mean? I did not ask to make it customizable, so from my perspective its not. The gentleman laughed at me, and made me feel incompetent in my question.I had a fair question asking about why I couldnt return a gallon of paint, and to understand why its customizable, and got laughed at in return and he was unclear and not willing to help me understand.Never going to the Everett Home Depot again. You lost a customer.
We stopped shopping at a nearby Lowes about 3 years ago and have since been with Home Depot Everett, WA 98204. This store has adopted a strong be the best customer service approach to its business. I particularly like the Pro Desk there. One person, REEF is his name, is very knowledgeable and pro customer. Even during his busy times, he makes time for me. Asked customer service couple times to assist me with my purchase, 0 response and reaction from anyone. Worst Home Depot store I have been. Never visit it again.
Items I was looking for were no where close to where they should be, the pro services department was unmanned even though they were open. Finally had to go to customer service, where nobody knew how to ring up my acct and call in my purchase.
The assistance was the BEST!!!!
