I needed a battery for my car and I know that Interstate Batteries are very high-quality products. I did a Google search and went off following the directions on my phones navigation. It took me through some unfamiliar areas, but eventually I arrived at my destination. All clues suggest that this location was the site of an Interstate Batteries warehouse that converted a section into retail space. It does not have the feel of a standard auto parts store, but rest assured you are in the right place. The employees quickly determined the correct battery for my vehicle. I paid for the battery and drove my car through the gates. I then pulled into an area just inside the warehouse as directed. Since watching people work is a rude and annoying thing to do, I went back into the store and looked around. My cars battery is a bit of a pain to work on due to space constraints, so I absolutely understand that it took as long as it did. The only minor issue I had was that there was not much to look at in the retail area, so I just stood around doing nothing. Allocating a small amount of space to one or two places for customers to sit would be great. A couple of folding chairs would do. All in all, it was a positive experience and I will return when I need to replace a battery in the future. You get what you pay for when it comes to automobile batteries, and most people in the industry know that Interstate Batteries make some of the best.

They offered quick service and immediate fix to the problem we had with our battery. The gentleman here helped my girlfriend without taking advantage of her for not knowing anything about car battery systems which is awesome. we definitely recommend this to anybody looking for anything related to batteries or charging systems for batteries. Car broke down right down the street from this place. A Good Samaritan had offered to take me here to get a new battery. The gentleman who helped us got me a good deal on a battery and he also let us borrow his diagnostic tool so we could try to figure out what was wrong with the car. Unfortunately, we werent able to get the car running but this mans generosity was A+ in my book. Thanks for your excellent service! Oh, the Good Samaritan also had had a similar breakdown on that same street and had a great experience here as well when he bought a battery which is why he took me there in the first place. I was bringing in over 700 lbs of lead acid car batteries, I have a business and wanted to look into setting up an account to recycle batteries there in the future. I Called ahead of time and a really nice staff member let me know the price per lb. Loaded 700lbs of batteries up, drove down to interstate and the guy up front stated they give $6 bucks a battery, was told I get no option to weigh, he got emotional and went inside to get another staff member who calmly explained they dont weigh batteries, they give a flat rate of $6 per battery. Glad I left because I got $60 bucks more over at Battery Systems of Everett, and the salesmanship along with customer service was on point.

Had three battery cables made for two battery addition to my system. Cost $106. I feel that was extremely expensive for what I received. But they are needed, so I had no choice. I was, however, shocked at that cost.

Can not warranty a bad battery less then a year old. Absolutely useless, been stocking their batteries for years now I Will be stopping that. It is impossible to warranty a battery unless you have days to wait, which is pretty hard for our customers to be without a vehicle for that long. Will definitely be ordering batteries through a different vendor from now on.

Ive been coming here for a few years, kind of my little secret because they actually sell refurbished batteries, deep cycle for my trolling motor, and have gotten car batteries. About 30$ and i abuse those trolling batteries they are every bit as good any new one for way less. Customer service is always happy to help you figure which one you need, really nice folks in there Everytime!

While i was able to get everything to redo my cars headlight harness and at a great price, the place is setup very weird. Like others have said it was also an interstate battery dealer, but they have two different places where they store alot of the smaller electronics. Their front store, which really doesnt have that much stuff. and then what they call accessories where it would seem all of their online orders are fulfilled, that is where a majority of the parts i was actually looking for where stored.Its a very strange and sort of uncomfortable buying atmosphere, you have to be escorted all around if you need any bulk packs or relays and it just made for a very confusing atmosphere.On top of that, my card was charged twice, called them up, front desk said it was a problem they have been having and it should show only one charge by the end of the day, understood, could happen to anyone, wasnt frustrated, so i gave them the day. next day, charge is still showing, so i called them up, i now have to drive 40 minutes back to have them refund my card... bit ridiculous.on top of that, they have no bar-code system, everything has to be manually keyed in by hand, its clearly a business to business focused store, and is not setup for the convenient use of private consumers.My advice, just buy all of your small electronic needs from their online store, shipping is a bit of a joke, but at least the guy who does all of the online orders seem to know what he is talking about, he was very helpful in answering my questions.Summary, dont go to the store, and if you must, PAY IN CASH, so you dont have to go through my nightmare...

I have always been a big fan of interstate battery’s and have run them in all of my vehicles. Last year I purchased a MTP-24 for one of my classics, put it in the car and left on a battery tender over the winter. This spring the battery is dead, I tried to exchange it to be told the battery was 8 years old! I was sold a POS 7 year old battery and without the receipt I wad screwed.

I have used Interstate for years and find them to be honest and reliable. The science of lead and sulfuric batteries is no mystery; any battery manufacture will make them the same way. If an uninformed user gets to klutzy when they install or remove a battery the battery post can be partially or totally disconnected from the plates within the battery, so be careful you remove or install a battery. The primary difference between 12 volt car batteries is the total number of amps rating. The higher the total reserved amps the more costly the battery.

Weve been buying batteries from Interstate ever since they were located off of 164th in Lynnwood. Weve used them exclusively for all of our commercial battery needs. They have always stood behind their product and have gone up and beyond on customer service and warranties. In addition they have always been extremely helpful with all our personal battery needs as well. I stopped by the other day because I was having an issue with my vehicle, my positive battery cable was bad and possibly my battery. The technician not only was extremely helpful, but found the problem right away. It was a faulty positive battery cable connection which he offered to repair, to save me money, instead of replace!! Now who does that anymore..... Thumbs up to Interstate... Oh and the whole Interstate team is nice and dog friendly too... All Good!!!

I bought a battery from interstate, they told me the installation fee will be ten dollars. I said I was going to install it myself, but they refused. They simply charged me ten dollars for a job that takes 2 minutes.
