Lindsey was extremely patient and thorough even though there were a frustrating number of samples I as and project delays. She never remotely complained!Her product knowledge was very strong, but even so she would always confirm and information that could lead to a miscommunication of delivery dates. She never made a single mistake and never acted like I was a pain, even though I was. Ask for her, though I did overhear other staff talking to customers and I have to say they all sounded great like Lindsey.

Cabinet guy was great and helpful and friendly. I have come a few other times to look at flooring, counters and backsplash and wasnt impressed with service. Several people at the counter area working and not one time in any other visit did I get any assistance or even greeted.

Weird vibe here today. I dont think they want customers in the store right now. It was all: thanks for dropping off the samples now get out. Very cold shoulder, didnt even want the name on the sample checkout slip. I had a mask on but they were obviously still freaked out. Normally they are very helpful so hopefully this was just a one time thing or the particular woman at the counter and not everyone. Understandably worried during COVID but still could have been more polite.

This is great showroom to get ideas and order supplies from. Very spacious with a large selection of products for all your remodel needs. The people here are knowledgeable, friendly, and make the experience as easy as possible. I highly recommend going here if your planning a remodel.

We are just about done with our kitchen renovation and one of the worst experiences during the past 4 months is dealing with our sales person for the cabinets, truly I would stay away from this place. On top that they are extremely expensive but nothing fitsWe purchased our appliances from Albert Lee and we took the purchase order with us so the cabinets can designed to fit themNothings fits, Microwave with small opening so the pieces is worthless, the cabinets for the range is too small to fit the range insert which will cost us more money, the Island dimensions were no where to our satisfaction for the Quartz so, our contractor had to fabricate more cabinets to fit the QuartzIn all, very bad experience with CFM

I have been working with Heather Waters at the Everett location throughout our remodel process (going on 9 months) she has been a lifesaver always going above and beyond to get me samples, pricing and availability on all of the products I have selected. Heather has helped me with the design process as well (I didn’t hire a designer) she offers great recommendations and has an eye for design. I couldn’t be happier with the level of customer service and professionalism that Heather offered to me during this process.

From our first meeting with Heather Waters and still continuing to meet, my husband and I have been completely impressed and grateful for Heather. Her sweet and fun personality makes for a wonderful experience when there are sooo many decisions to be made. She is completely knowledgeable about the products at CFM and her ability to pull tile, paint, flooring and just everything together makes for a stress less experience. I was so disappointed with this store because their prices are so high at all products. I not recommend at all to go to this store. In Kirkland on Juanita is one store with best prices at the same products.

I had a terrible water loss at my home recently. Glenda made my difficult situation a little less difficult. She was kind, accommodating, caring and professional. I highly recommend CFM for all of your home repairs, remodeling or new construction.

Very poor customer service. I walked in and I was overwhelmed by the selection of tiles, so I ask for help, the associate said the following, have of the showroom is tiles, go look as we are busy. well jump in to help you I told the associate that I have no idea of how to pick the tile from the vast selection. this was the response I got. I not going back to the showroom with that type of customer services that basically tell you to go look. Ill take the money and go to a different showroom that I hope have far superior customer service than this dump.
