Jared and his team have done a dozen jobs for us over the years. The first in our home was new carpets and refinishing our red oak hardwoods a few years back. They did a phenomenal job and were extremely helpful every step of the way. They worked quickly without sacrificing quality. Would recommend many times over.

I had flooring done, but the installation had some defects on the board, baseboard falling off, and left a door halfway hanging. The store offers one year wranty on their work. However, when I requested to follow up to correct the defects, he offered no plan when they can do it. Their wranty on their parts and installation seems to be dishonest promise. I find this business practice unethical.

Jarad is amazing. He helped us pick out great flooring per our individual family needs. For example, pet and baby friendly (hello liquid proof!). Install went very quickly and looks great. Pricing very reasonable. Would recommend to anyone.

Jared and Tony were easy to work with and completed the job on time. Jared came out to bid my floors for a kitchen remodel. We wanted heat under porcelain tile. The bid was reasonable and professional.When the installer Tony came out to do the work he was very nice and on time. He had great suggestions to enhance our value. One was a second heating probe in case one failed in the future. I would not have thought of that.We would recommend them to anyone.

Service so far has been good. We havent had them install yet, coming soon.

This is a great place for flooring

The installers that he used did a sub-par job on carpet installation for my rental property. The carpet had severe wrinkles develop shortly after it was installed. Jared put it off on the installers that have done nothing to correct the situation.
