This company can be very misleading. I have been a loyal and upstanding customer for almost 20 YRS!!!!!. Approximately 6 months ago there was a billing SNAFU. For the last 18 years there has never been one billing issue. Now, App 6 months ago I was receiving my monthly bill with my uniforms and there was an outstanding bill for almost 700 dollars. I had my trusted and valued Cintas employee look into the billing discrepancy. My invaluable Cintas delivery driver called his main office and ASSURED me that outstanding balance was nothing to Fret over. It was in fact a company billing issue in which he would dispel. Now, fast forward to about 2 weeks ago. The trusted and valued driver in which I was accustomed and well acquainted, is no longer an employee of Cintas. The new driver/representative of Cintas shows up egregious and facetious in all manors. The driver was completely un-professional. Between calling us Flat Out Liars and verbally belittling us, this representative of our trusted uniform company was indeed in very Poor form. Not only did he flat out refuse to help with the billing issue, He flat exacerbated and compounded the already delicate fiscal issue. With out any medium insight over our billing issue, And Cintas new representative with complete lack of professionalism, We were forced to terminate our very long and outstanding service all because of one new drivers poor insights.

Cintas has continued to ignore our calls and emails regarding our uniforms that we ordered for P&B Intermodal all while keeping us in the dark as to when we should be getting our uniforms, they told us three weeks when; in fact, it’s been six weeks now and counting including the fact they already charged our company credit card. I WOULD NOT recommend getting any services from Cintas as they CANNOT BE TRUSTED and are VERY UN-RELIABLE, you have been warned.

Get there early if you are delivering freight. Tight fit for a long box.

I have been using cintas since opening my restaurant 9 years ago. I have had a decent relationship with them until now. It is a year before my contract expires and they jacked my bill up 40%. When I asked why they stated they could give me better pricing if I renewed my contract. (Think they call that extortion). I understand businesses have to raise prices annually to keep up with rising wages, I have to do it too. But they would not even try to negotiate with me unless I signed a new contract. Even after trying to explain to them that 40 % was a bit excessive. Do not sign a contract with them unless it specifically states the the exact amount of future price increases.Chef/Owner

Zero Stars. These guys sent us to collections when we have never even used their services. Come To find out after having to spend hours of my time investigating this, the collections was meant for a business that used to operate out of this same building over a year ago. When asked why they sent my business to collections over this they replied well the contract was only signed with that persons first name so we had to try to collect the balance from someone. WHAT A JOKE.

Cintas is a waste of money and trap you in contracts. Im sure they might be nice for large companies but they are a huge annoyance for my small business. Not only that but they are difficult to get a hold of and dont return calls or emails.

Super rude when trying to get someone to become a customer for there business.The Guy made a face at me and it was super uncomfortable. How are you gonna be in business trying to get customers when you make people uncomfortable . Take the hint and keep it moving !

Amazing organization well trained and great service

It seems like there is a lot of miscommunication, going back and forth for a couple weeks now. I reconsider any one that applies here for a job. Im disappointed over all.
