The best place to go for amazing apparel finds, friendly employees and great prices!

I am not a regular customer but I do come here once in a while. Its not a bad place to find great deals but its not my favorite either. I like Platos closet and value village better.

Very clean and organized, but some items are overpriced!

I had a great experience at Goodwill recently as I had to return 5 pair of pants that did not fit me. I was assisted so fast given a card with points and I just got other fitting ones. I really commend Goodwill

Honestly been to so many thrift shops around washington. But this is the spot I always come back to. Very clean and organized and staff are always polite and caring. Always a great selection of items and discount days are amazing as well.

Nice clean store... dont think youll get away with the Good Will price.. they tag them for a bit more than other places and they have different specials..the go by Percentage off and continue to go down till the $.99..not what you see in the South sound were they put out the $.99 automatic in Sundays... manager seems to be nice and the Employees seem to like him as I witnessed him asking a associate if it was possible for her to stay late...and seems they all have a great commitment to one another..plenty of parking and the lines are quick at check out with an organized crew that seems somehow keep up with customers...I was amazed

The Goodwill Outlets are by far the best thrift stores on the planet... VALUE VILLAGE N All these non-profit second hand stores sometimes charge more then the 3 times what any thrift store should charge for these items. I go there to get cheap stuff and yes Ill give them that its cheaper then when its new. But just cause its 50% off the retail value shouldnt be acceptable. Thats why outlet goodwills shall always be my #1 its fair prices and awesome idea for a way to shop.

The cleanliness is okay, but social distance rules and masks are not enforced. There were several people walking around without a mask, one of them coughing near the womens clothes. I know that people with the vaccine can technically go without a mask, but since theres no way to tell and the person was coughing I wish someone had done something to get him out of the store.On top of that, the stuff is overpriced. I will not return.

Great place to donate unneeded clothing and household foods. Staff arent terribly attentive, and dont provide much guidance though. Great, central location for a donation center though.

Decent selection and when I went in I saw some really nice deals on furniture, but the thing that caught my eye was the cleanliness of this store.

My friend who was white was greeted but when I said hi I was met with a stare, same as going out. I’m getting racial profiling vibes from this store and I’m not feeling it.

The people who work here are super friendly and nice but the selection is pretty limited. this is one of the smallest goodwills around and the selection is like I said, limited.

Cons:1. Ive been to this location about 3 times now and theres never really a good selection. Id like to blame it on the fact that the store is pretty small.2. Goodwill is overpriced - so you have to really scavenge for the good deals.3. Theres a lot of questionable/sketchy people at this specific location.4. The shoe selection is very unorganizedPros:1. This is one of my all-time favorite stores and the reason why I give it three stars is because I feel like they way overpriced their products they get that stuff for free and then all they do when they price items is look it up and take off half of the amount I feel like everything in there should be like a few bucks if that but that way over price and they profile people which is very annoying when youre trying to shop having somebody watch you constantly is ridiculous and a bit annoying especially when you have cash and youre planning on paying

Sorry to see they are still requiring face masks even if you are fully vaccinated

I like how I can find what Im looking for easily and that it is clean! Theres always a worker ready to help you with friendly service. The restrooms were immaculate which usually Im skeptical about entering public ones, especially with a toddler. Had a changing station with a working lap belt! Well organized great prices, ended up walking out with a whole new outfit for me and some toys for the kiddo. It is big ana spacious so it is nice that Im not bumping into people or not being able to look down an aisle because theres too many people. The staff is friendly and follow the mask regulations.

Prices are starting to go up at this location and many others. It seems like they have someone in the back checking ebay or something. I come to goodwill for bargains not ebay.

I enjoyed this Goodwill. At least on this particular visit, items were reasonably priced, the store was clean, organized and well stocked. Friendly staff, opened additional registers when needed. Fitting rooms are still closed, unfortunately.

Wont be coming back here again. Employees breaking items in the back. Manager tried to run some sales pitch on their free jeans, what a joke.

Super expensive for a goodwill, I could go to Ross or Marshalls and find the same clothes, in better quality for the same price.

Prices have gone up....wanted $54 for a pair of used shoes. But it was an otherwise pleasant experience!!

At Goodwill Everett South I found Bassett furniture here! Great way to find quality furniture without the price tag.. but, its likely youll have to refurbish or repaint it. Ive found things like huge wood framed mirrors, vintage coffee tables, and cute ceramic pots! I also like to browse the milk vases and teapots!

The Everett Mall store has a great selection of goods!

I has less to do with the store and more to do with the fact that well we are still in a pandemic and they are no following or i guess enforce the socially distance guidelines for having a non essential business follow very disappointed will not be shopping there till the pandemic is not a problem because this store choice sales over the peoples health. No 6ft rule enforced. No counting of customer in and out very sad.

I usually shop at Value Village, but even though my entry into the store was negative and intense... The other patrons rude cat calls eased my negative disposition...Sometimes anytype of social interaction is appreciated when youre alone...I love this life

The South Everett Goodwill has great prices on evereything in the store. My family and I love to shop there. I especially love the book aisle.

I love this store! its large. theres lots of parking and theres always tons to choose from. today I found a glassybaby candle holder for only $6.99 its in perfect condition! I also got a bunch of PartyLite tealights for only 3.99

I believe that I could get a better deal with anyone selling anything. Very disheartening to find a charitable organization selling donations as greedily as this store.

Not sure what’s with all the reviews saying they have bad customer service I go here all the time and the workers are so sweet and amazing and very hard workers!!! Try to get to know them. Love coming here. I get so much good stuff very very cheap. I love browsing the purses, the bathroom section (I’ve found new makeup/perfume/nail polish), the candle section (I’ve gotten at least 20 new bath and body works candles), jewelry (on 1.79 days you can get great pieces very cheap) and of course the clothes and shoes!

Great place to treasure hunt or donate to contribute to others livelihoods!

I have been dropping off a lot of items recently. The workers helping out there seem a bit gruff, but are helpful. I do wish they were not so totally closed at this time though.

Walked in wearing a Full face shield and the manager tells me I need to wear a paper mask! That the cdc contacted them saying it’s mandatory! I left the Alderwood mall no problem and Everett mall no problem! Also looked on the cdc website and there’s nothing that says that at all! He should be worried about all the people in the store wearing a mask not covering there entire face rather then mess with a customer who also donates to them regularly! I know our country is going through hard times but it won’t get any easier when you lose your customers! It’s how you say it! I definitely won’t be going back! Horrible customer service.

Can always find a great deal on whatever you are looking for. They keep the store clean- organized- as best as one can with this type of store! I enjoy seeing things from my past, items I used to have. And, if I need a part, to fix something- I can usually find a similar item to use. I find prices vary, some are higher than items are worth-

This place has the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. They need to have a customer service workshop to learn how to treat their customers. I will not be going back and I will not be advising anyone I know to go there either. I wouldnt want anyone to have to feel like this because of them. I love Goodwill and always normally enjoy my experience and find lots of stuff I need. This is the worst Goodwill I have ever been to.

Great deals every day and a good selection of all items. Theres military and senior discounts, good selection of mens clothing, housewares, kitchen, electronics, womens clothing and bedding. Very helpful and friendly staff and very convenient drop off points.

Goodwill was a great store to shop at for great thrift store gently used items. But these days Goodwill has gone crazy with their pricing. I might as well buy new versus buying used. There is a reason it was donated for a lot of stuff, there is probably some problem with it!!! Price things better people.

Goodwill Everett is a good place to find electronics and brand names that are either brand new or in good condition. Place to go. Good customer service always nice. There are bathrooms but they only allow children to use it. So use the restroom before you go here.

This goodwill is second to the U-District one for me - I have been to about a dozen in the Greater Seattle area. They have a huge selection and generally they don’t let bad seeds through. I have found a lot of decent clothing items here and still visit regularly even though I no longer “need” to.For around $80 I got five days worth of decent office clothing to get into my first “adult” job and a few of those pieces are still in my wardrobe! :)

Found a couple items, good deal. A couple items seemed a little pricey. Got 2 chance it for the 30 day wait and half off list ..all else great

Just called to ask a simple question and the lady didnt even let me finish before she rudely cut me off....all I wanted to do was make a huge donation but she ruined it

Great deal and great people working there

I go to this Goodwill regularly. You can find great prices here, you just have to look...which is part of the fun, isnt it? Sure, certain designer clothing is at a higher price here with no discounts, but at least it is within a separate section, so you can avoid it if you want. Which I do. I feel this Goodwill has a good selection of decent used clothes at good thrfit store prices.I dont just shop thrift for bargains (and to live greener), I shop thrift to have my dollars go directly to a worthy cause...which is why I dont shop Value Village. Goodwill puts my money to good use, in programs that benefit people in our community. No matter what I end up spending on a pair of jeans, I can feel good knowing the money wasnt just a purchase, it was a contribution.

Easy drop off for donations

Found a recliner and bought it, went to pick it up about 5 hours later and they apparently the fact that I had already paid for it means nothing because they sold it to someone else. Did the refund process, checked my account later and I was actually charged instead of refunded. So now I have to go in again to figure this out. Charged twice for a chair that I never got

Busy. Staff had to monitor the line of cars with donations to keep it from backing into Everett Mall Way. Line moved steadily and staff was cordially working to keep it so.Store was open and they took electronic devices like my old 32 tube tv.

This location has a decent sized collection of just about anything. The place is well organized and clean. But it is a bit pricey for a thrift store.

Fast and easy

They did not know what they are doing in there we got a dresser and they brought the dresser to the front and the other staff did not know anything and really poor security we literally walked out of there with there dolly so if you need a dolly just go there lol

So Ive been going to this goodwill for many years and everyone is always so kind and everything but this time ive never felt so disappointed and disrespected in any of my visits there. We finished our shopping and and got in line. We paid and my mother said thank you sir to the guy working who rang us up. He responded withi dont go by sir is such a disrespectful way. Im all for expressing your self and letting people know, but you are there to do a job not be a disrespect person. When someone says thank you say your welcome or nothing at all keep your comments to your self and please do your job. Next time i visit i hope i have a better experience and the man understands whats disrespectful and what is not.

We visit this location often and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We had our car broken into while shopping there recently. Remember not to leave valuables in plain site in your car.

It is not bed store with small interesting things, for work (construction)and home .

Very friendly and helpful when I had a bunch of returns. Usually it seems like you are putting people out when you do large returns, especially at somewhere like goodwill. But the girl who helped me at the Everett location was very nice and helpful.

It was pretty clean. And the selection was pretty good. I would say a bit pricey for a thrift store though.

Its a GoodWill... I dont really know what else to say. It is a good place to find recycled work clothes and housewares and junk and stuff and things of all kinds.Todays adventure brought me there in hopes of finding some decent tomes of math, physics, general chemistry and molecular biology. For $30 I walked out with about $300 worth of books. Score!One thing I can say is that this store always seems to be in better shape and more decently kept than others I have been to, which always look like tornadoes ripped through. This Everett store seems to have more respectful clientele that dont just trash the place and throw clothes all over the floor. The employees are nice and they seem to always have a good supply of cashiers on hand to prevent long lines... a good thing when youre buying a stack of reference books and went in without a cart. 😃

This Goodwill does not honor their sticker prices. We picked out a candle that was $1.99, and when it was scanned, it came to $5.99. When we asked why the price went up, we were told we could get 20% off for the inconvenience, but, they would not honor the marked price. How many other items have I payed more for, than the marked price? As others have stated, customer service was rude, and had insinuated that we changed the sticker. It was not the only candle on the shelf, marked $1.99. We will not shop this location again.

Stopped in after making a large donation and were treated so rudely (Christina) that we wont donate/shop here again. One terrible employee can undermine an orgs good work and mission.

This place has horrible customer service. They are rude and judgemental. I felt like I was being profiled and unfairly treated. I would not recomend going here if you think you should be treated well by another person who works in customer service. Rude! Thats all i have to say.
