It was nice and fun until I got to the cashier. Spent an hour picking out a dress, and then realized that once you buy something, that money becomes theirs. No returns, only exchanges, but they dont even have all the sizes...

Do NOT patronize this store. Horrible sale policy, geared to screw customers over. If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of heels for my wifes birthday, surprise gifts so I shopped alone. One of the shoes $55.99 didnt fit, so I went back to the store to see if they had another size up. They didnt, and asked me to come back when they got more inventory. I did (within 10 days), and they did have more sizes. But they wanted me to pay full price for the right size. I had original receipt, shoes on hand, never worn with label attached all pristine condition, box in pristine condition, and even the Etiquette bag. They were adamant, final sale - no exchanges. Even at net zero cost, like for like exchange, just for the right size - GREED. Their receipt, printed on it is a 30 day exchange policy which they voided by scribbling final sale over it. They absolutely do not care about their customers, and blindly apply rules without exception or due consideration of circumstance. I left the pair of heels I had bought with the ladies behind the counter, told them they can keep my money and greedily resell to another customer, and that their ethics was deplorable.Do not shop there, been a customer for 2 years - NOT anymore!
