I hate writing a poor review, especially since some of the staff here are so friendly, but in the 4 years I’ve bought coffee here I’ve only twice gotten a good cup. Consistently the order is incorrect, or the coffee tastes really bad and we always think “how the heck could one Starbucks be so different from others?? Aren’t they using the same products the same way?!” But we go out of our way to avoid this location even though it is convenient because its so disappointing.

It’s an ok Starbucks. It’s a good location just hard to get into and the drive they just backs up like crazy and you can’t even get in. Staff is super friendly but takes FOREVER to order and get drinks. Got ice coffee and it was super watered down even after getting light ice. Just needs to figure out how to push people through faster

Great service quick and Starbucks consistently good coffee.. no oatmeal today… but supply shortages for various things seems to be the new normal everywhere…

I went in and ordered an Americano. 2 minutes later it was ready and perfect. What else is there to say? Quick, efficient and just what I needed.

Come here every day, sometimes twice a day!! Always consistent and most of the employees are super sweet and customer service focused. Theres one employee however that works the early morning shift (string @3:30 am, yikes!!), And judging by her grumpiness, she should probably think about switching to an afternoon shift cuz everyrime I go there in the early am &shes working the DT, its more than obvious shes not a happy camper. Other than that, this store is the epitome of high standards across the board that Starbucks is known for.

I come here 90% of my mornings and the team that works here is fantastic! They are kind, efficient and organized! Cheers!

Rather ridiculous to walk to your store, try to buy 30 dollars worth of coffee, and you cant do the transaction because you cant take cards? In a time that nobody wants you to use cash? How can such a large corporation not take debit or credit? Thanks for wasting my time Starbucks.

If you like starbucks, this is a great one! They are very friendly here and helpful as could be.They memorized my boyfriends order within a week so, and have it ready by the time we get to the counter every time.Suffers from the same thing all starbucks suffer from: the pricetag.Although I must say, at some point over the last couple of years they have bridged the gap between the price and the quality, so if you havent had a chance to try it lately, give it a shot.You might find, like I did, that its not an overpriced experience, but instead just a luxury one.Good coffee. Great sandwhiches/wraps.

Nate was VERY detail oriented, ive been to many many starbucks to try my Keto-friendly drink and wow he did a great job. He even asked me to try it to make sure he got it right, and he was VERY quick. Nice guy!

I come here everyday and mostly do a mobile order for my coffee. Quick and efficient, most of the staff is very kind. What I truly love about this place if they make a mistake (which we can all tend to do.) Then they are quick to correct and never make excuses. To me this is wonderful customer service!!

We were the only car in line. However, it took a LONG time to make our 2 coffees. When we received them, one was made incorrectly. We had repeated order 3 times and they still got it wrong. Poor service!

Been to this location 2 days in a row. The guy that took my order seems new, but was polite. I was asked by another employee how I was. All the employees seem super friendly. This is a good Starbucks location.

Love Starbucks coffee like every Washingtonian, but most of them are pretty dirty! Its a rare thing to see somebody out wiping tables or cleaning up the area where there creamers and sugar are.

Bad service... rude baristas. always messing up orders or wont complete them fully. definitely the side effects of having masks on for several hours straight.

Nice Starbucks, next to EVCC campus. Pretty standard fare, but a little more friendly feeling than your typical Starbucks -- hard to put to words. Maybe its the people.

This is by far my favorite Starbucks in the area. The staff are so friendly, and our drinks always taste amazing.

Ordered a drink waited 10 minutes still wasnt ready yet... So Walked out the door with OUT the drink I purchased... had to get to my next job dont have time to stand around waiting for a drink...........

They keep messing up to shots or it tastes burnt and everytime I order they never give straws? Whats the deal. Last time I order through uber eats and we got 1 straw for two iced drinks and then before no straws.

I go there often in the mornings before college classes. The employees are friendly and helpful, and its generally very clean inside. Id recommend this Starbucks location.

Starbucks has never let me down. Im not a really big coffee drinker, but they have the best hot chocolate and fruity frappaccinos and so many other food options as well. Definitely a healthier place to grab lunch on the go.

Consistently my order gets messed up. Today I was charged for a drink this store doesnt offer, yet its an option for the teller to ring up. The staff are friendly and genuine with their apologies but fastly approaching the sound of a politician asking for money. Its quite sad actually.Its been a year since my first post. Id change to a three star now. The service is improving but still not ideal, except for Marie. Shes outstanding!I really dont need a 5 star coffee house I guess. Just one that gets me on my way with a good cup of morning elixir.

Great wifi, good amount of outlets, ultra friendly staff, possible the best place in Everett, WA. Everett, WA is not a nice place it appears I have no intention of finding out how nice it is but it has all the sure signs of a mean place, almost every place has a no tress passing any time sign up. The Safeway not far from here has combo locked restrooms a rude sign forbidding loitering, panhandling etc. We need to support businesses like this Starbucks that are nice to everyone, polite to everyone, and provide a good service to everyone;. We need to boycott the other places in Everett, WA. Everyone need to do this, rich and poor because you never know whats going to happen in the future, you might end up poor or else if not you, someone you know might end up in a situation where if they appear poor and cannot get in touch with you that they would not be treated right.

What can I say? They make my almond or coconut milk drinks right. They are easy to find and access. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable.

Over priced and prices continue to climb. $3.50+ for a large iced tea, $5.00+ for an iced coffee ... $7.00+ for a sandwich that they recently reduced the size of? Seriously, how will this turn out for SBUX in another year? Great does no business Justice in the end other than to Go Out of Business and Lose the loyalty of their previous customers

Good, but the drive thru usually takes a long time.

Ahe coolers froze their milk and my frappe tasted sour. All the tables were dirty and they had a friend or co worker hanging out yelling across the counter where he moved his chair to sit at yelling across the store what he wanted and not in line waiting to order or even paying for food or beverage and talking a lot so slowing the service. I waited 24 minutes for my frappe.

I only had 5.33 on the 🌟 bucks gold card.and she was trying to help me with getting my card attached to the app on my phone. I usually get an extra shot for free. Great customer service

Nothing out of the ordinary here, customer service is good here like most Starbucks locations. What make this location better than others is that I have never had an issue where they run out of certian pastries, like other locations in the area. I have to give their management props for staying on top of stocking everything in time. I have never been here during their most busy hours which I assume is when the College next to it is in session. So I have never needed to wait for anything.

Like most stores. The coffee is made consistently from one store to the next. Some stores are slower, unlike this location. The staff is highly efficient as well as friendly

Its OK doesnt quite describe it. Tolerate it. I say this not only for this Starbucks sit in, but for 99% of the others. The atmosphere is awful. The music is too loud, and the furniture is shaky and chairs uncomfortable.I would much rather buy my drink at Starbucks and go to some other coffee sit down place to enjoy my drink.At this Starbucks, there is one long term employee, Greta, who is sucha sweetheart. Her smile will sweep you off your feet into relaxation as you walk in the door and see her.Starbucks, tippy chairs and tables, and loud raucous music is not appreciated. For what I pay in a drink, a nice sitting talking atmosphere should be standard.

Great environment with real friendly employees fast service also very good coffee drinks with a wide Veritys of options also great pastries and not overly expensive would recommend all my friends and family to try it them self also if your simply looking for a place to sit quietly to get some stuff done on computer its wonderful environment to do so

I love it even though Im homeless Im not judge disrespected like I have them at a few places just because Im simply homeless so I must be with the bad crowd but I do say spending my time here drinking coffee playing World of Warcraft and occasionally the self-respecting person buys me a sandwich Starbucks card so I can have the ability to sit there and play My World of Warcraft and it is really rewarding God bless

I am not one to stand in line for most things, especially coffee but that was a great mocha on a beautiful sunny day!

Been coming here for almost a year and sadly the baristas still dont recognize me. The drink prep is slow which is surprising since this location is rarely busy. Drive through is a nice touch though.

Its ok. They have good customer service and employees are friendly, but I dont think that it is the best place. The music is kinda annoying. Sometimes I just need attention to working on my work and the song just interrupt me all the time.

I have to be strategic when going to this Starbucks as parking is limited but with school being out, I had no problem getting a parking spot and the service was great with ample seating available.

One of the better Starbucks Ive ever been to, very friendly staff. There isnt much in the way of seating, though, and none of the seats are very comfortable. Would expect a lot of comfortable lounging chairs with how close it is to the college.
