Been coming here for glasses 1-2 years now, I think. I had to switch to blended bifocals. I ride motorcycles and Im a pilot, besides working long hours on computer monitors for my day job. I had originally tried blended bifocals years ago but ditched them because they just didnt work for me. Years later, I really need them now. My ophthalmologist said to go find a real optician. I checked out Eyes Rite. And they got it RIGHT the first time! Not a single problem since I first switched to blendeds with them. Plus Eyes Rite is super convenient, responsive, and supportive. Turn arounds for new glasses or lenses have been 2 weeks or less. I had a little mishap with my frames recently, and Lis had me come in to straighten me out today. :-) Great job overall. Definitely a keeper.

I have received really poor customer service from this store.The employee who is managing check in was rude and extremely unhelpful.I forgot to print the form and have asked them to do it for me they have refused it send me home just to print one form which was easily doable at the store!Do not recommend and will never be backAlso will share It with my company how rude and helpful this store is..

Staff are professional and honest. They helped me find great frames that looked good! I highly recommend this store as they offer great service, a decent selection and very adorable prices.

Please dont waist your time or money going to this establishment. I knew I should of trusted my gut and walked out when I told the Dr. that I had light sensitivity and she didnt even question it nor did she ask what I do for a living. (Stare at a computer screen all day). But, I didnt and that was my worst mistake. I then was talked into a pair a frames that I absolutely hate!! The sales clerk said the thick frame at the top will make you look younger. I should of stuck with my gut and went with what I LIKED and not what she thought!! Their selection of frames is very poor and I should waited and went to a place that had what I liked. But, I was so excited to get new glasses after saving for 3 years, I went with those. After wearing them for a few days at work, I couldnt see my computer. I called up and was told that I should have gotten progressive lenses. I was asked about progressives lens prior to my eye exam (had a hard time in the past with them) and NOTHING was mentioned after my eye exam as to you wont be able to see things as before since your script has changed and you might want to consider progressive lens and this is why. Now, to get progressive lens, I have to come up with more money within 30 days or Im SOL. It took me 3 years just to save for these ones and I have no more money. I just wasted over $200.00 for a pair that is worthless to me. All I wanted was to have a new pair of glasses. Thank you for wasting my time and my savings!

Ive been searching for a screw to repair a set of Ray Ban 3510 sunglasses that have been out of commission for over a year. The Ray Ban website listed Eyes Rite Optical as the closest location to me. I went over and Melissa searched through the parts bin until she was able to find a screw that she was able to modify (!) to fit my sunglasses. After getting them fixed, she took the extra step of cleaning the lenses before returning them to me.Better yet, she refused to charge me anything for the screw or the work!I would recommend Eyes Rite to anyone looking for great customer service. I truly wish I could give negative stars, I thought this place was going to be good customer service however they will not go the extra mile to serve you. I purchased a custom order willyx frame the sg-1 from the review seemed like a good fit for work. In actuality they fog up very badly at work to the point I cant see and is unsafe. I contacted eyes rite immediately. however, they said there was nothing they can do for me, you already got a good deal on the frames because they had to custom order the lens. They wont do nothing not even any offer just good luck you spent 200$ for glasses and they dont work. Go here at your own risk, if there was in issue in the first place they should have asked me to reconsider. *Updated* they also could have offered some help but none was offered. Stuck with my old glasses for another year.

I just came in here today to pick up my fiances glasses. When I showed up and gave them her name she brought the glasses out and handed them to me. She Didnt seem all too friendly but I figured it was just early in the morning. Then when I asked her if she needed me to sign anything I got a scoffing laugh and was told no, no one else is going to come in and pick up her glasses.Like how am I supposed to know if paperwork needs to be signed when the glasses were picked up because these were done through insurance. I dont wear glasses I never have I dont know how the process works. You dont need to be so rude to your customers.Plenty of other places that sell glasses that I can take my business to I will not return to your store.

This place is way better than the big chain stores that upsell you all the extras. Here they dont. Their lenses are better and some features are already built into the price. The ladies here are nice and knowledgeable. They got my glasses done in 24 hrs and they were crystal clear.they use better glass. Soo happy w going here. The eye exam was 40 bucks cheaper and they saw me within 10 minutes. Altogether it was over a 100 in savings and 5 days faster. Try them before the other 2 places you know about.

I love this store!! I love Smith Sunglasses, so they always have me covered (nyuk nyuk pun intended). Im always treated super nicely, the doctor always figures my prescription just right, the frame selection is always awesome.I love how they actually treat you like a person instead of a number, actually taking the time to not only make sure the frames are fitting well and adjusted right, but also making sure you have the quality lenses you want, polarized, anti-reflection, whatever, all the stuff you want and need.YOU WILL NEVER GET THIS TYPE OF SERVICE AND PRODUCT FROM AN ONLINE STORE!!I have referred many people to this store and will continue to do so. I went to Eyes Rite Optical about 20 years ago so when my 12 year old son was complaining of not being able to see well, I knew where to take him. When I walked in, Lisa recognized me, CRAZY!Eyes Rite treated my son like family. They did not have the glasses that he wanted onsite so they ordered some and had us come in for the fitting a few days later. The glass was cut and we were out of the office within 30 minutes. My family loves the service Eyes Rite provides. We will be back for any and all eye needs.

I bought some eyeglasses here. The saleswoman kept on telling me how the thick black eye framed glasses were in style and talked me into the style. I spent a lot and wore them twice. They are too nerd is for me. I wish I would of got something not do geeky. Also they sold me a extra that made my glasses glare free and fog free and it doesnt work. Not satisfied.

I have been going to eyes rite since 1992. I have been going to the Everett location since 2005 they have the best, friendliest, most knowegable staff around! I started at the Lynnwood location and visited the Seattle and Bellingham location over the years but have been to the everett mall way location for 10+ years. They are consistent, reliable, and cost conscious. Not to mention the Everett location lead sales consultant has a perfect identic memory. She remembers you even years later. She is a invaluable assert to eyes rite and to customers. I greatly appreciate her detailed encompassing rational knowledge that has helped me for years of eye health and eyewear best suited to me. I value her knowledge and experience above mangy other people, sources and Companies. She rocks, just saying.
