I went in to this location on August 10th, 2020 to get a warranty exchange on my lenses for my glasses. Ive been checking in with them weekly every since and today I got a really rude consultant named Jessica.Jessica from Walmart Vision Center told me that theres no way Ive talked to any managers because her manager has been out since before covid.I explained that Ive been working with a really helpful person with dark hair, and she says well that sounds like it was before covid because shes out until the end of covidI explained I came in on August 10th and requested a lense warranty exchange. She says oh yeah I see you in my system for that day only but no other days and nothing elseI asked if there has been any dark haired assistants helping out and if she knows who Im talking about. She says no I dont know we have lots of people working here i dont know who youre talking about. Then she hung up on me.Im trying to call back and Ive been on hold for over 10 minutes. I need glasses to drive, go to school, work, and live life. I honestly feel like theyre working against helping me!If you need glasses in a timely manner, I advise going anywhere but here. 0 stars.
I bought a pair of eye glasses from Walmart on 114th and evergreen way one week after I got them had to take back because of the tint I got for them started to come off never in my life have I ever had a problem with tint anyway the girlthat was there told me there was nothing I could do so again one mouth later I had to take them back because I could not see out of them again told not one thing I could do about this problem I paid over 380 for them now I have on eye glasses and out all my money so if I was you do not buy from them you will get not get your money back if there is a problem with yours problem with them and there was nothing she could do so
I came in to get my lenses replaced under warranty. Originally, the woman who handled my request was super nice and said that it appeared like there was some sort of a defect and that shed order replacement lenses. When I came to get my replacement lenses, an older gentleman came and helped me, put the new lenses in, and then came up to me and asked what happened with the previous pair. I explained that the coating was coming off and he took a look at the old lenses and he told me that it was due to my own negligence and improper care of my lenses. He went on to tell me, despite me trying to explain SEVERAL TIMES that I am aware of how to clean my lenses and follow instructions, that it was my fault for improperly cleaning them. He wouldnt even let me get a word in edgewise about how I actually clean them and just decided to keep beating me like a dead horse while I eventually just stood there, nodded, and left with my glasses. I have never felt so talked down to about how to care for my glasses. I will not be returning once my warranty is up if it means that I can avoid this sort of situation again.
The first time, I thought I had just caught her on a bad day, but after my second trip to there, its clear shes just cold. The Dr. goes throught the exam like you are boring her and answers questions as if you shouldnt have to ask. The first time, I was told my sample pair of contacts was not exactly correct, as they didnt have any in stock, so the RX I purchased would be an improvement. It wasnt. I was stuck with a year of them. Things like that happen sometimes. When I returned, I KINDLY explained this. She was obviously irritated with me. I should have just left. When I returned to check the contacs this time, their computers were down and I couldnt get my RX. I returned a couple of times but they happened to be her days off. I wanted to fill the RX before a trip. The lady that answered the phone was filling in. She said I needed to see the Dr. I explained that I had pink eye, and just needed the RX. She said shed call back but never did. I checked in later and she said the Dr. had just left for a 2 week vacation and I had to wait. Some things in my life took priority and finally 6 months later I came on a day that she was there. She was her snotty irritated self. The staff obviously agree. The same lady that had filled in before was there, tiptoeing around and acting clueless like she was still new to the job and incapable of problem solving. She actually said she didnt want to get in the middle of this one. They couldnt care less. No kindness, no sincerity....no professionalism.
