I visited this store 10/23 to get a vaccine and much to my surprise it was a complete dump.Starting from the outside the trash can near the door is filled beyond capacity. The window on the door is broken and filled with a wooden board. The store is not very clean considering we are in a pandemic. I would not want to be caught on the property after dark.

Really lacking in products and stocked shelves, and at the same time, it was hard to navigate anything with bins all over the place. Employees sending mixed messages by wearing masks under their china the whole time. Didnt end up buying anything.

VA insurance not accepted here. VA website says they are in network but Pharmacy says it is hard to bill so they dont accept it.They shouldnt be in-network if they want to charge for free vaccines.Also they are not open 24 hours. Store sign says closing at 10pm.

Yeniffer I hope I spelled her name right, she was amazing!!! She helped two customers at a time, then went over and beyond for me. Found me ear drops that other employee failed to do, he took me to baby items when I told him my daughter is 2 and what it was for. She has great customer service and was glad to help! Shes super amazing, giver her a raise!

I go there to fill my RX for testosterone—this CVS has consistently, concentratedly, and REPEATEDLY given me the wrong needles—something that can cause me irreparable harm—and have the GALL to treat me like some sort of tweaker when I have politely and insistently asked for them to properly fill it. They have made my spouse feel like a pariah for wanting his own medication filled. This is the least professional team, pharmacy, and operation scale I have possibly seen in my life. I am urging anyone reading this; if your medication requires ANY needle hardware, please go somewhere different. I’m so disgusted and enraged.

The pharmacy team member went above and beyond to help with my appointment today. The pharmacist was also helpful with recommendations and feedbacks. It was my first time there and I definetly will be back. It is this kind of people who makes you feel like living in a community which is so rare these days.

Their times are not accurate with google search. When I get there its a sign on the door saying close and the Pharmacy is open, drive thru of course. Its 215a in the morning why is the Pharmacy open???

Please go somewhere else for your pharamacy needs. They seem to always be to busy to answer the phone and when they do they are grumpy. I was once on hold for 40 mins before I gave up.

Incompetent employees at the pharmacy. I called and was told that I could walk in for the covid vaccine, only to arrive and get turned away because walk ins werent allowed.

I came here today after scheduling a covid appointment online. Guess what? They said they closed the pharmacy for the rest of the day when I came there and I would need come back tomorrow. Never again!

Printed some photos off from Google photo. Thought Id ordered 2 prints, but mistakenly only ordered one. Matt was extremely helpful and offered to reprint my order so I could get the 2nd print. It only took a couple of minutes. It was over and above. Very impressed.

Perhaps you should update the hours of operation since you have been closing at 10 pm every night.

Its open 24 hours a day, which makes this CVS location very convenient, but also on the pricey side. But still has most of what u need for that time of late nite shopping, and a 24hr pharmacy, butncheck before you go to make sure pharmacy is open during COVID-19....

I needed to get a prescription filled at 11pm after a visit to the ER in the middle of the Covid19 outbreak. Every other 24 hour pharmacy was closing each night due to the virus. Luckily this one CVS was still going 24 hours! I hit the drive up pharmacy window and had the prescription filled in about 10 minutes. Super friendly staff working the window. Thank you so much for being open!

I never thought I could write a bad review about a pharmacy, but here I am. I went to fill a prescription and the young dark haired lady working told me that she would “do me a favor this time” and fill my prescription, “but next time I need to get it filled at my normal location because there’s not enough medicine for their regular customers and me”. What in the heck??! I move and travel a lot and I’ve filled this same script at CVS all around the country. I’ve NEVER had someone tell me to go back to my “normal” location!!

Came in at 2:00 am and was in a rush to pick up some items. Elijah helped me out and was super friendly and helpful!

I like coming here to pick up my prescriptions and while waiting for it to buy groceries and converse with the clerks. Everyone here is very friendly with exceptional customer service. Imagine my shock reading these hilarious reviews from the baddies that got caught! I guarantee these people were sketchy. It is Everett after all. Can’t wait to tell the staff of these reviews and I’m sure they’ll find it as hilarious as I did!

Had a different guy running the register this morning named Cameron.. Refused to let me put in my number for my CVS card saying you cant do that this early in the morning. so the new guy thats there at 6am is an idiot as I literally been doing that at least twice a week for a month since I had gotten the card which was at 6am a couple months back.

I came in this morning to get bandage wraps for my son. Was helped by a gentleman who was very helpful and patient with me despite my initial agitated and rushed demeanor due to my sons injury. I watched him kindly deal with rude customers before me in the line also, which was more than they deserved in my opinion. He is a new face I look forward to seeing when I do my shopping here.Worth pointing out that this store is 24 hours and that is a big plus considering other big stores like Walmart aren’t and emergencies happen.

The staff was very rude and vulgar towards me. The cashier named Tanya kicked me out for no reason, she yelled at me as soon as I walked in to leave. She has me confused for someone else because she claims I got 86d from the store when that never happened. My friend says she claims I’m on camera stealing, which is not the truth. She kicked me out for this bogus accusation for the second time this morning without allowing me to stand up for myself or let her know she’s got the wrong person. I will be filing an official complaint with cooperate office. People should not be attacked as soon as they walk in a friendly neighborhood store and accused of doing things they never did. This ignorant woman wouldn’t even let me talk. That type of treatment makes me look bad and is an assassination of my character not to mention she tried to humiliate me having me wait outside for my ride to come out in the cold. I waited for the police so I can explain the situation and they never came but I will be taking this up with the day manager. Thank you

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Waited 10 mins in line, completely understaffed then the pharmacy refused to sell me a syringe stating you need a prescription, not a needle a syringe. 1) Washington State has no restrictions on syringe or needle sales so the purchase without prescription is completely legal. This place is makes up their own rules regardless of our State Laws. 2) Druggies get their needles and syringes for free, even if someone was purchasing for recreational use, wouldnt you rather they were being clean and safe using a new sterile syringe and needle, rather then reusing or sharing an old one? Management here severely lacks basic logic thought processing.

Great place, try to double check prices though, some stuff are bit higher than other places but overall, its decent and the parking lot is great. The building is neat. The staff seem tired during the nights though but all the same very helpful. Would recommend

After looking online for something I really needed at different stores and prices CVS seemed to have the best one at 29.99. I was very excited only to go to the store and find out the price was 59.99. I asked why there was such a difference only to be told ¨I am new I am trying to think of an excuse¨ very poor customer service.

The night time pharmacist was not helpful at all, whilst pretending to be nice, she was actually disguising her unhelpful & hostile nature. It basically amounted to her obviously not liking me because of my disability. How unprofessional!

I made it to the pharmacy to pick up my prescriptions. The pharmacist had it ready and it was the easiest pick up ever. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

The people were all really nice who worked there. The pharmacist was really awesome and felt extremely bad when their computer systems went down and she couldnt get my prescriptions filled until 3 in the morning which was no problem for me. Just changed them to my regular pharmacy, definitely a place worth returning to!

Been a cvs pharmacy customer for years, so it was quite unfortunate to be denied service, and transfer of medication, when i moved to a different location. This location is less than 5 minutes away from my new place, so it would have made it so much easier to pick up, along with giving more business. Looks like my long standing cvs loyalty will have to end, as i now have to find a closer pharmacy, who is willing to take my prescription.

I ordered One Hour Cards in their photo department. After 16 hours I went to get them, turns out their machine has been broken and Store Manager has been dealing with it, yet did not even bother to call and let me know. I wasted time on making them cards, I wasted time and gas on driving there to pick them up just to be told, Sorry, your just going to have to make them againg and order at different location. I guess sending my protect to their other store was not something that they can or will do. Anyway, here I am with no cards. My first time there, not going back.

I went to Lake Stevens to fill a prescription today and they were out of my prescription. They suggested I go to Airport road as they did have what I needed. I then proceeded to drive to that location and I was greeted my a lady named Melissa.Melissa asked if I usually fill my prescription at this location and I told her that I usually go to lake Stevens. She said to me that they don’t take new customers because they are a 24 hour store. I explained that I am not a new customer and I have come to this location before. Melissa asked the pharmacist and he also said no. I asked again, why? Lake Stevens sent me here....her reply was “they should have called us rather then just having you come here. We are 24hrs, we are different.”Sooo, let me get this right, your store that ran out of something recommended I drive 20 minutes away to get what I needed...which helped save me as a customer rather then going to Haagen across the street or any other pharmacy for that matter and her comment was that the other store screwed up? Really? Do they know anything about customer service or retention? There specific website literally says 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for all of your prescription or medication needs. It doesn’t mention unless you are a customer from a different cvs. WTF?Melissa said I can call her manager Verona tomorrow. I will do exactly that, along with BBB and the AG. On top of that I will contact the state board of pharmacy and the FDA. Between myself, my wife and my 3 children at home, along my 2 children on my insurance that have moved out, my insurance gives them a lot of damn money, not to mention copays and so on...I should not be treated like some drug addict that they want to step on. I am a paying custo we mer with a prescription like all other customers and on top of that, they can see everything I have filled and nothing I have done shows any red flags and today is nothing different then the norm. I know my one complaint will do nothing to them but I hope everyone frustrated with them find another way to effect change besides just this site! The conversation went really well and although he can’t fix what happened, I believe he takes these issues seriously. He gave explanations rather then excuses and took full accountability for the behavior of his staff. I don’t have the need to go to this location often but I will not avoid them as I had planned earlier this week. If you have concerns with this store, I recommend you contact the store manager and give them an opportunity to correct the issue.

I left my wallet at the store on Feb-17-19 around 10:50am I didn’t know my wallet was lost until I get off from work I was looking for it I called the store, spoke with the manager ahe ask me questions to make sure it was mine, and I told her that I have 2 bills of $100 and some changes, my debit card, ID, 4 Bill your own bear gift cards for $10.00 I also told her that didn’t remember what else was in there.When I got to the store I should her another Identification I had to proof her that was mine, she give it to me And she walked away when I was leaving the store I was like oh maybe I should check my wallet and make sure everything is in there I noticed $200.00 were missing I went back looking for her she barely came to talk to me she ignored my conversation I spoke with another employee then she say that her manager told her that some one brought the wallet in but I know I left it on the counter. Please if you guys drop off my money when you guys were looking inside my wallet call me back and give it to me, Or if one of the employees took it find out who did it.

This pharmacy is the absolute best! After having many issues with Walgreens pharmacy, I transferred to cvs and Sarah took exceptional care of me through the process. Very professional, easy to communicate with and wonderful customer service all around. All of the pharmacy staff is amazing and I appreciate them for making filing prescriptions so easy! I’ve been in store a handful of times and I’ve always been greeted upon walking in. Clean store & even better staff.Another bonus is this pharmacy is 24 hours which came as a huge relief when my son was released from the hospital and needed medications immediately.

Extremely rude staff I drove out there to do some shopping late at night for some stuff for my car and groceries for my wife and the staff kept bugging me from the start for no reason which was okay with me I even said he could follow me around and watch me shop if he would like im just there to buy some groceries then this dude asked me to leave with a terrified look upon his face aparantly customer service is a lil too scary for that snowflake I have never experienced anything like this in my entire life its ridiculous I make more money than that guy judging and treating me like a thief this place sucks

Went here at 9:40 pm just out of the ER and they were out of my prescription. Then the pharmacist recommended a pharmacy that was closed when pharmacist were shutting down.

I just do not like the wait time on hold for a simple questions. It is like no one care about a phone call... I hope they address this soon.

I picked up a blood glucose monitor and supplies I was given the wrong lancets, test strips for the monitor. Had to make 3 trips to the pharmacy to get it corrected. On top of that they asked me if I picked op my prescriptions at another store and city. No Im wondering if the rest of my prescriptions are correct.

Forced to switch from Walgreens due to new insurance. I was told last Saturday my prescription had to be ordered. I called today and was told it hadnt been and to call back the next day to make sure it was. I wish I could go back to the Mukilteo Walgreens!!!

Fantastic service at this wonderful pharmacy. Sean was the one who helped me. He was courteous and prompt and made sure I got the best discount possible for my prescription. WAY better service than the Rite Aid in my own backyArd on Whidbey Island.

Well definitely being open 24/7 is putting this place as my to go places when prescription needs to be refilled.

Twice in a row my prescription was not refilled even though I a signed up for auto refill and this last time I called it in and three days later it still was not filled and I had to wait over half an hour for them to fill it when I came in and found out it had not been filled. Staff is friendly though.

Pharmacist insisted that our insurance diddnt cover our perscriptions when it was just Ibproufen, mouth wash, and a painkiller for a wisdom tooth operation, even with a how to charge this instruction sheet and 3 different visits.Excuse me, but if my insurance doesnt pay for IBPROUFEN then YOU did something wrong.Never got our persciption papers back, so we couldnt go to another store.

I was in cvs store early this evening when i was in the counter the cashiers and some customer where bullying because i was wearing a mask,there is no professionalism they should teach there employee well.

The store Manager Will would not let me park my bike in the breeze way where I could see it while making a quick pickup. He wanted me to leave it outside where the tweeters could vandalize or steel it.

Nice clean friendly environment. Located near some bus stops so you make see a tweeker or two, that just comes with the territory. Staff are very friendly and curtious. Sean, a shift supervisor, is a complete professional, always polite and helpful. A great place for a pit stop for the random drug store type items. Highly recommend.

Went here to get my meds. Daughter dropped me off and she went to the post office, coming back to pick me up in about 15 minutes. I went in, paid for my meds and other items, and left. I called my daughter outside. She told me she was 5 minutes away. It was pouring down rain so I waited outside under the overhead in front of the door to stay dry. An employee then came outside and asked if she could help me. I told her I was just waiting for my ride. The employee then demanded I leave their property and wait elsewhere. I was shocked. When I tried to explain the situation she interrupted me and demand I leave now or she would call the police. Well that was it. I got very angry and said some terrible things that would make a sailor blush. Not a nice thing to do, but I was livid. This employee of CVS not only insulted and embarrassed me but I felt she was discriminating against me because Im a disabled senior. Needless to say I have taken my business elsewhere and CVS will never see another dime of my money. If you were smart you wouldnt bother shopping here either. I sincerely hope they start screening their employees more carefully.

The pharmacist Leila was the most RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and BEYOND HIPPA VIOLATOR and will be contacting corporate in the morning! The way she treated a newly diagnosed cancer patient was INEXCUSABLE!! A miserable excuse of a human being and if I were a company, she would be nowhere near any of my customers!!

The supervisor or manager ANNALIN has a very rude character..discriminates .. I had two manufacturing coupons and I told them that they did not work ... I bought a loreal mask and I had a 50 percent discount on the red machine coupon and she gave it to me manually with only 2 dls when 50 percent when chewing cost 10 dls ... ended up paying only a mascara of 9.99 with coupon 50 percent off and with extrabucks of 6 fls = 2.49 ??? ? Machine error or error of it ??? ... discriminating ...s

Worst cvs experience. wanna see my id when i do 100% legit return with receipts. people dont carry id around for no reason, im not driving that day, so i didnt carry id with me. then i ask them if im purchasing with that credit card, do i need to show them id, cashier said yes. so i made my purchase with debit card. then the supervisor added that they need to see my ID if Im returning any credit card purchase, or im buying $50 or above with credit card. the whole time shes standing right next to us, and she only said so after i paid with debit card.

They dont carry post cards, they dont carry wet n wilds new makeup brushes, and they dont carry ComoTomo bottles... all of which I was able to find at Walgreens. Theyre new and shiny but kinda useless.
