Decent gas station but poor COVID practices. One of the cashiers wasn’t wearing a mask and they didn’t enforce the mask policy for customers. Come on...it’s not that hard.

Went in and got two hot dogs and a soda went to go pay card got declined called my bank and someone tryed to use my card and it was going to take a hour for the back to fix it the guy that was working payed for itThank you

I have been in this store four to five days a week, and at all hours, for the last year, as Ive done working on some raw farm land nearby. Its always clean, bright and cheerful, and a good variety of food & fountain choices. I was delighted to find real brewed iced tea there in the summer! Employees are a big range, and so is the clientele LOL. I can see how the employees get stressed by some of the stuff that goes on around there in this neighborhood. Mostly the employees are really nice and make a big effort to keep things civilized in the line moving etc. I wish they wouldnt smoke right outside the store on their breaks. Ive seen them be both incredibly nice to people who are obviously a little down on their luck and sometimes a little out of patience and sometimes it seems understandable from what Ive witnessed. I think the bad reviews from 1 visit there are a little unfair because who knows what went on in there right before that LOL. Its definitely the best store of its kind around the area.

The gas station was remodeled a year ago and is much nicer now and the convenience store has a wider variety of items. They also got a Freal milkshake machine!! that makes old fashioned style all dairy milkshakes! And they are delicious. The staff is all friendly and helpful and the store is open 24/7 now after the re model. The price of gas is a bit on the expensive side but that is really the only complaint I have and the only reason I didnt give it a 5 star rating.

Convenient location of the freeway, the employees were nice, and the gas was not THAT overpriced...

Ive been a consistent customer (for about 2 years now each night) and the service has always been stable and nice. One of the new-ish hires JC has been amazing at making it feel like a welcome place, even a pleasant experience in and of itself despite having the reputation and customer base of a gas station. Those that work here are engaging and help you feel comfortable in an almost unique way especially considering what they must handle on a day-to-day basis.-Summer (if you work here you probably know me, and thanks!)

Horrible customer service! The owner (at least he claims to be but he is probably just the manager) is a real jerk!!!!!!! I understand this store is in an undesirable neighborhood but please dont judge every customer by the bad seeds! If I run in for an item and dont want to leave my backpack RIGHT NEXT TO THE DOOR then I should either be allowed to shop for my items OR offer to put it behind the counter! Just as you dont want someone stealing from you sir I do not want someone running off with my backpack filled with HUNDREDS of dollars in textbooks that I can not afford to replace!!! Instead he asked why he should be responsible for my bag and refused to put it behind the counter. I was respectful but stern. I told him I understand his position but asked that he please understand mine and he sloughed me off as if my concerns were inconsequential to him. Unbelievable! I will never shop her again!

They have small things of milk unsealed...I was bringing them up to the counter and the manager said I was opening them...The first 3 had milk on the foil top...The next 6 you could just slide up the foil...I left leaving my purchaseWent down the street to Chevron and had to peel back the foil...Thanks for that $5

Beware of their coffee cups!! I bought coffee this afternoon & when I went to pick up the cup (not by the top) I grabbed the cup from my cup holder & the cup basically folded in on itself & the lid popped off spilling coffee all over my car!!! I thought maybe it was the way I grabbed it...nope!!! Every time I pick it up the lid pops off!!! The only way it doesnt is if I grab the cup from the very bottom. 🤬

JC is the most rude person ive ever dealt with here. Nornally everyone is very nive but he completely made me feel unwelcomed, and not respected.. all i wanted to do was take one item off what I was purchasing but he refused to and kept saying This is what u want to buy, And this is what ur paying As though I didnt have choice in the matter and I admit i took while to decide what I had wanted for snack, but for good reason i needed a certain amount of fuel in my tank so therefore I needed one of the snack choices removed to be able to afford what it was i originally wanted in the first place. once I told him i didnt want to purchased the item and was refusing to pay for something that I didnt want he got even more angry and mad he then said fine here is all your money, you are not aloud to buy anything at all. Once i asked him why he was being so hostile towards me then told me i needed to get out shouting at me. Keep in mind 100% honesty never raised my voice or spoke out of line. Im from a military family so i would never disrespect anyone under any circumstances. Just never felt so unwelcomed in my life.. Nice to know that shell hired a real NICE! guy..... NOT!!!

The manager and the big guy named Jason that usually works the night shift treat people horrible and are very judgemental! The rest of the crew are great! I usually stop here on a daily basis and am to the point that Id rather go anywhere else when either of the two guys I mentioned are working. The manager accused me of stealing once and even though I proved to him that I didnt and told him that I do not steal. Ever, he has made it clear that he just doesnt like me and is very rude to me. And tonight because I happened to stop twice (over several hours) to use restroom Jason was so rude to me he was very unprofessional. He humiliated me and hurt my feelings so much I actually left there in tears! I cant believe these guys work in customer service! I will

10 people in line. One girl behind counter, other wiping down things. The girl that was wiping down things, glanced at the line, rolled her eyes, and just ignored it. Horrible staff who dont care about their job. With limited jobs in this day and age, they could easily employ somebody who would want to work.

I stopped at this station to get gasoline. Service attendant was rude very disrespectful, i will be canceling my Shell card as well as let all my customers in the Auto business to not bother waisting there time or money on a business that has no respect for its customers. I would rather wait in the side of the road for AAA and pay premium prices for gasoline then give my hard earned money to a place that speaks disrespectful too women. The attendant was rude to my significant other and has no respect for women, i would be ashamed of myself if i was the proprietor of this station.
