Wow!! The man that claimed he was the owner of this establishment just informed me that he is not an f$&@#+$ coinstar when I tried to pay him with a whopping $2 in quarters and the rest bills. That was my first and last visit. Good job, you will be Washingtons top grossing smoke shop in no time!!!
