Hit or Miss in the Customer Service Dept. I have been doing online orders and they are working great. Fast and Easy, when I find what I am looking for on the web. Sometimes I get a really knowledgeable person to help me in the store, other times its not their department. Love Chris in the paint department, others not as helpful. Good service lately in the kitchen department. Very helpful ladies. Still prefer HD to Lowes. Price is better than the Silverlake Ace, but not as quick or friendly service. Been a customer since they opened 20 plus years, probably will be until I cant garden or work on my house anymore.

1 cashier and the guy in front of me was taking his sweet time, I left, and left them with putting my cart full of merchandise to put back

Better selection on parts for plumbing and customer service verses the Lowes down the street.

Didnt have azailias, no white perianials, no daffoldils. I did find substitutes but the are substitutes!.

Went to look for some drainage hose the other day and not 1 of the 5 people, working in the garden area asked if I needed help. I went to ask someone myself and had to chase people it seemed, even being ignored by one associate. I decided if I couldnt find what I needed and if I had to chase people down, Id go to another store where i knew where the pipe was and got what I needed instead.

Kirk and Robyn are the folks to see with your garden and landscaping questions, lots of choices with dirt cheap prices if you catch the sales.Make sure to be inquisitive about ripped bags for soil and bark as there are discounts to be had.

Good selection, healthy plants, fair prices

We do allot of shopping here, wished their hours would be more extended, but this store has everything we need on our day to day projects, except we do not buy plants here.
