PICTURES SAY A 1000 WORDS!!! Here are the before and after pictures of our familys monuments! A friend of ours and a professional engraver, highly recommended Priceless Granite (in Granite Falls, WA) and Pacific Coast Memorials & Premier Monuments (in Everett, WA) and we cant say enough about how well we were taken care of EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!! First, we met the owner, Chris Green in their Everett, WA location, who kindly listened to our needs, concerns and worked with our budget. Then, following up with Esther, who was extremely patient in helping us find JUST THE RIGHT STONE for what we wanted up at their Granite Falls, WA location, where they have a ton of stock and a great selection to choose from and where we also met Noah, pleasant, professional and a hard worker! Both Chris and Esther went above and beyond responding to my multiple emails throughout this entire process, text messages and even phone calls! Wed also like to mention that we were present for the installation by the companys employee, John, who was not only considerate and caring, but he did a flawless, even meticulous job! Thank you to all and to all those behind the scenes as well. A family business like this one is rare these days, who treated us not only professionally, but as family and we cant express enough of our satisfaction and gratitude! Highest of recommendations!!

Communication, like everyone else, was terrible. After 2 months of working on a headstone for our sons and putting a down payment, communication went cold for 4 months (apparently the employee working with us left and no one picked up the slack). After, we finally got a hold of them to ask for a refund and the manager wasnt really listening. Only way we got a refund back was by submitting a dispute with the credit card company. Waste of effort and time. Dont go here.

I had an excellent experience with Pacific Coat Memorials. When my brother passed unexpectedly I had no existing with this. I was looking to expedite a grave marker to be ready on his birthday. Ester communicated with me every step of the way and ensured delivery by his birthday. I appreciated the service and the quality. When something terrible happens, having caring people to help you through the details is so important. Thank you!

Esther and the team was amazing to work with. After many failed attempts of trying to talk with other marker companies (either lack or long response times) I came across their website and was refreshed to be met with punctual replies and help to get the perfect marker ordered. We knew coming in what we were looking for and ordering was an ease, Esther and team was on top of things and had our marker made perfectly to the T and quickly! In addition to their excellent customer service, prices were also very affordable for my family and it was a wonderful experience to help honor my father in laws memory.

My experience with Pacific Coast Memorials has been wonderful. Everyone Ive dealt with from the front office, to sales, to accounting has been kind and patient and understanding and caring. Plus the quality of work they do is top notch. When your family is going through a tough time from the loss of a loved one, this is who you want to be working with. I highly recommend them.

Sorry Excuse for a Company, Went in yesterday 2-5-21 about 9 am. spoke sales person. I ordered a marker for my mom and put a down payment down. Sales person told me her printer was not working after 20 mins or longer waiting for it. She stated she was going to Email me the receipt that day.I checked my email several times throughout the day and nothing from her at all. I called and left a message and email to her and nothing in return. Today about 9 am I called and spoked to the receptionist and she stated she would email sales and have her resend my receipt.Still not a thing at 2 pm today 2-6-21, I called again and no one answered the phone. I had to leave a message and stated I wanted to cancel my order and want my money back.I would never recommend this company for anyone to purchase a marker for a love one. TERRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .

They do an awesome work! We got our marker in like 4 months and it turned out beautiful.

Business is not transparent or reliable with their communications and availability, employees have turned over and forget trying to make an appointment to talk by phone. They appear not to care about their customers or incoming $$. Owner Chris Green at his 1-800 number takes you right back to the empty reception desk listed as open for business. Unable to perform.

(Posting on behalf of my mother-in-law) The stone that we eventually received is beautiful and just as we ordered. However, the communication throughout was nonexistent. Most frustrating and distressing to a family in mourning was the lack of communication. This included rescheduling the headstone unveiling when we were assured that the stone would be ready by the end of November. Because we called to verify a week in advance, we discovered that the wrong stone had been ordered causing a 2 month delay. No communication from the company at all. Months later I am still waiting for the promised call from the owner to discuss our situation.

Worked with these guys for a few years through my place of employment and found them to be THE BEST. First class work, dependable and compassionate.

Choosing your company was the best decision I could have made! It is so comforting to have his pictures on the monument to look at when I visit his grave.
