Go somewhere else. In theory this store has a decent small selection, but the service is absolutely awful. Owner is rude and clearly obsessed with the Soviet Union.After he tried to sell me things I didnt want at the till, he refused to let me enter my pin for my card, so I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. I am honestly not sure what his goal is, but its certainly not making sales. Cant believe I wasted so much time there.

Couple of days ago I visited this store and all I can say: if you want to get offended - go there :)The owner (Vladimir) is the rudest person Ive ever met in my life!!!I dont want to take too much of your time listing insults I got from this man because .... everything bad with service you have ever experience this man does....I was so disappointed with this man that if someone pay me to go to this store I will never come back.Also, I am very surprised of some good reviews he got and all I can say I very doubt them - maybe they are friends of this man, maybe he paid them for reviews but it is extremely hard to believe that this man can actually treat customers with respect.Very disappointed customer.

I liked the store and products they sell but didn’t like the rudeness displayed by the clerk. Not friendly. Left a bad taste.They are a smaller store and the variety is a bit limited and parking can be a challenge.

I have done business with the owner a lot I find him very pleasant and always helpful he keeps a well stocked clean store he is very friendly I always look forward to seeing him he has also ordered things I ask for.

Every time Ive went into this store, the owner has been really rude and unpleasant. He is attention seeking. after not hearing me say hello, he will confront me and question my manners. If you want your mood emensly ruined, you are welcome here. Not only me, but many of my friends have told me this also. I recommend you stay away and go to a different European deli.

Wonderful store! Go see for yourself! :) Lots of European candy, including Russian and Ukrainian. Russian imported sodas. Canned goods, frozen pelmeni/Russian dumplings, tea. The guy working here is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended!

This store serves well. The only issue the falls in the situation is that this owner hardly speaks English, and if you encounter him being a mad bulldog-Russian, you are wrong and dont judge too quickly. My father speaks russian vaguely, and whenever a Slavic guy tries to process the English language in there head, they usually become serious in appearance. When you talk to him in the Native Language, he can talk to you for more than 5 minutes...

Went in bought kvas and left best place on earth

Unfortunate that they sell expired shelf foods. Ended up not using what I bought. Also bought fridge ready pastries that tasted stale and not fresh. Will not be returning.

If you want to experience the rudeness of USSR-style customer service its the place to go...

Good place to find something different

Small store with not a lot of options.

The place is mostly stocked with overpriced European snack food.I stopped in for some chocolate and was charged an additional $.75 because my bill wasnt big enough. The guy working their wasnt very friendly and I definitely got the impression that he was annoyed at having to put his newspaper down to serve me. Basically this place has NO customer service.
