Store is pretty self explanatory. They will most likely have what you need or can order it. Staff is always friendly and make shopping comfortable. You can buy single trial sizes of various items if needed. Store is easy to spot from Everett Mall Way.

Kammi is the best part of visiting the store.

Friendly customer service reps. One sales person was knowledge in the products and was able to suggest products instead of the ones I had in mind. Many projects to choose from. I think they are a little pricey, but its still a fun experience. You wont leave empty handed!

The two ladies, sorry I didnt catch their names, were great at helping me pick the right item. Because it was curbside they talked to me on the phone and held up the item so I could see through the window. In the end I was happy with the knowledge and help I received and once again will be happy to come back.

Went here to buy a Gift Card for a brides Bachelorette party. A very helpful redhead quickly took care of everything, and made some great recommendations as well. I also grabbed a black Mystery Bag for First Time Couples from the front counter. I didnt really have time to look around the store, but everything seemed clean and well organized, with a large variety of products. I was informed that they also have a promotional night on a different topic each month.

Costumer service was polite and respectful, however they only had small sizes on the floor. Its not very plus-friendly. Other than that they do have a great toy and bondage set ups.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Very respectful about any and all questions.

Very helpful staff, great location and good sized selection. When they were out of an item I was looking for, they checked a sister store and put it on hold for me! One downside, and this is not against this specific location, but they are unable to match their websites deals / prices, and can only price match certain items to retail prices. Otherwise, great store and plan on returning again!

Clean and very well organized. The staff helped me right away and they even have fitting rooms. I didnt end up buying anything but the staff also recommended a couple more places to look for the item I needed.

They dont know how to do split-tender transactions, I wanted to use the rest of a gift card, they couldnt figure out how to use the card machine to do this. Slightly important if you work in sales/retail anywhere.*The Broadway store was able to do it less than 20 minutes later.

Ebert since the chain was sold and now inst new management its simply not the same experience. Go in and by your item(s). Its a lack luster experience these days.

Been to this store several times and Ive been impressed by their customer service every-time. My last trip however is what impressed me enough to leave a review. I bought a gift set online to surprise my wife for valentines day and it got here the day before with one of the products being defective. I took it to this location and was told that they couldnt do anything until customer service started the process since is was bought online. I told them the situation so they pointed me where to call and gave me a pen in case they needed to write anything down. I called and hit voice-mail twice. When I was about to go in and return their pen, one of their workers came out and told me that they got in touch with customer service and got the issue resolved so they could replace my defective product. I didnt get their names, but thank you to this stores employees for doing that for me. You went above and beyond and I will keep returning to this location in the future because of it.

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE! If I could I would give them negative stars. After stopping in and buying 5 items we left and realized they charged us for 6. We then turned around and arrived at 9:01PM Tyler and another girl I never got the name for told us they had already closed the register when we had literally went down one street. They told us they could fix the problem the next day. I said fine. Even though that was the only day we were able to stop in. My friend and I cane in the next day to get the refund. Tyler so called her manager and said she would be putting a charge back onto the credit card. She did, as so we thought. The next day we called the bank to make sure the money was refunded and the bank informed us that the same amount had been processed. So now they charged us twice the amount for something we never bought. We went back as soon as we heard that. We talked to Tyler who “helped” us the past couple days. I demanded to talk to her manager. She gave me two phone numbers to call. I called both and surprisingly the same person picked up both phones and said they were an IT for Lovers. After she realized we were not leaving she called her manager herself. So not only did she overcharge us, she lied to us about the number. She stated that the manger would be here in 10 minutes. At 9:28 she told us this. The manager did not arrive until 20 minutes later. Jamilla, the manager, was very cooperative. She was very understanding. She helped us out. It would have not have been such a big deal if the refund was given the first time and their employee did not lie multiple times. Again her name was Tyler, I do not know if that is her real name sense she continued to lie, she has purple hair . Thank you again Jamilla.

I was looking to branch out my experience abit. I was nervous like you wouldnt believe to go in, much less ask for help bout a world I had not yet learned about beyond the most basic basics.Let me tell you, the staff was exceptional last night! This store was clean, looked respectable, and the staff was super knowledgeable in helping to guide me. Not to mention they made what I was expecting to be an awkward experience into a casual, convenient, and beneficial shopping experience.Had a wide selection, tasteful arrangement of inventory.They have earned my business and can expect repeat business as my go-to!

I bought a couple of items totaling over $150 with Tyler (has purple hair atm) ringing up my total. I leave the store & notice she double charged me on item. I’m down the street when I notice the mistake and immediately head back. Tyler and other worker name unknown told me the registered was closed and come back tomorrow. I showed up the next day and Tyler was there to “help” with the mistake. Instead of getting the money back, she charged me again. So instead of being charged 2x it’s 3x. I go back a 3rd time to get my refund back and ask for the manger. Tyler is here again and gives me a number to call. My friend calls the “manger” for me while I’m talking to Tyler about the charges. She lied about the number being her mangers giving us the ITs number that work there. Miraculously she remembered the mangers number 10 mins later & called after she realized we weren’t gonna leave. Thank God for Jamilla (actual manger) who drove to the store to fix Tyler’s mistake. Jamilla was very professional and apologized for Tyler’s mistake.P.s the store itself is fine, the workers are a different issue

The store itself is nice. Nice quality of products..... But one of the woman who work there is SO PUSHY!!!!!!! Couldnt walk around or look at anything without her popping up and babbling on about it and being super pushy. Then she wanted to tell us what do and dont like... Didnt get to enjoy my time shopping there.

This place is truly amazing. They have done everything to take the sleezyness out of the typical adult store experience. I personally dont mind one way or another, but the place and its staff are very classy. They will walk you through the store and explain the products in away that doesnt make you feel awkward. They also are not out to sell you the most expensive stuff, and instead are patient and knowledgeable to find the right toy that would be best for the customer. They have some great prices too. Some adult stores charge a premium for certain items, even though you could get them online for half the price. Lovers on the other hand is very competitive and you will be satisfied with the purchase prices upon check out. I took my friend here which was super nevous and had high anxiety about going to an adult store. However the staff again was so sweet and made her feel comfortable being there.
