We are first time boat owners and this place is awesome. A wide selection of parts and supplies at competitive prices to online stores. And the employees are really friendly, knowledgeable and treat us with respect. Being first time boat owners it’s nice to be helped by knowledgeable people that don’t treat us like we are dumb. Highly recommend.

Recently remodeled store, with a wide selection of products. There products are priced very competitive with online shopping prices. I would give a higher rating but sadly they no longer have the ice cream stand in the store that we frequently enjoyed visiting in the summer months.

Great place for parts and Dog fish head 90 minute ipa

My experience with the service department has been downright terrible! I felt like I overpaid and then at the end even got personally insulted after I asked the service manager to explain the hours.I took in my boat to get a kicker and down-rigger mounted. As time went on, I suspected the service manager was taking me on for a ride partly because the hours started to balloon such that he was quoting me over 4000 bucks towards the end. I decided to call another shop (that came highly recommended) and they quoted substantially less hours for the same jobs.I called him and said I didnt want any more work done on my boat. At this point, I just wanted to get my boat out of his shop and into the hands of someone I trusted.I expected to pay for 5 hours for mounting the kicker and the down-rigger (without the wiring) based on our conversations. Then over text he says it would be 7 hours, which then became 6 hours at the shop.When I asked him to explain why he was charging me 6 hours, he got angry and started to personally insult me at his office. He told me to just go and pay, and was very disrespectful. He also told me that you people dont know how to do anything with your hands, which did not sit right with me and a part of why Im writing this review.I go home and realize that he actually charged me 130/hr on my bill, which is strange because he made it clear to me on multiple occasions that it was 120/hr. I have proof. I have attached a clipping of the quote where labor was quoted at 120/hr and clips of the receipt where I paid labor at 130/hr. Was this his last way of getting money out of me?Complaint with the BBB coming.EDIT: I found leaks! The hatch-door they installed was leaking water (picture attached). Fortunately, I fixed it up with marine silicon and hatch foam, but I wasnt too happy about it. The positive in all of this is that these guys have pushed me to learn all about my boat and outboards so I hopefully never have to see a boat shop again.

Surprisingly good inventory and outrageously helpful employees, some with decades of experience in the marine industry. Jeff helped me solve a tricky problem and had the parts in my hand the next day.

Pretty much come here for all my boating needs seem to always have pretty much what I need. Is although currently with covid shortages not as much as usual I hope that stock improves

Very helpful, prices were much lower than other stores for a tarp.

They really stand by their workmanship. I had a transmission rebuilt and there was an issue after a short while. Harbor Marine was on it and totally backed up their work and got us on our way. Best customer service ever!

Worst experience possible!!!I ordered a set of trim tabs that needed to be shipped in from a supplier.I called after 7 days and they said the tabs would arrive on monday the 10th so I scheduled to drop my boat off and have the install done. I went to harbor marine at 11.30 on the 10th and asked for my tabs they told me they did not show up. I was a bit upset but things happen and I figured next day they would arrive. I went home and on a hunch decided to check with the company to make sure they had shipped and they informed me no such order had been put in. I cant Imagine how someone could track my order and tell me its coming and be so unorganized or uncaring. Needless to say I missed my install appointment and spent several hours dealing with something as simple as placing an order for parts. I had paid a deposit and called to get that refunded and got put on hold for 10 minutes. They blamed the order not showing up on shipping and how difficult it is to get things shipped, give me a break, I was able to place my order with ease through the company and am willing to bet it will show up. Harbor marine you suck!

Harbor Marine is probably one of the better stores around. Great personal and nice stock. Does quality work on supplies needing assembly. Their marine repair shop now has some pretty good quality workers there. Had some work done recently and am totally happy. This is one all around good place to deal with.

Giving this 5 stars because exceeded my expectations for a little cafe/restaurant next to a hardware store near the marina. There is espresso and ice cream, a convenience store and a restaraunts in back. Had a hot dog and fries. They were good. My aunt and uncle had the fish and chips and it was good and kinda larger portions for the price. Will be back would like to try the burgers and omelets.

A superb marine supply store. The people there are friendly, knowledgeable, and they always seem to have exactly what I need. My go-to place for everything marine-related. Fair prices too!

Its hard to give a store higher than one star when they set their clocks ahead and close 10 minutes early despite a small group of people gathered outside with phones indicating the correct time. I called ahead, confirmed their closing time and was delighted after sitting in traffic to be there with ten minutes to spare. I could understand a few minutes, but ten full minutes is a little bit nuts. West Marine down the street on the other hand let me walk in and buy the part I needed, even though they were locking the door as I drove up. Now that is customer service. And an accurate clock.

The most reliable and comprehensive marine chandlers in all of the Everett Marina area. This should always be the first stop when looking for any boat parts fishing supplies or other Marine items. Competitive prices and experienced staff.

If you need something for your boat, they probably have it here. Sometimes a bit pricey, but show me anything to do with a boat that isnt. They are very helpful, and if they say they will get back to you with something, they do. I needed to update some software for electronic equipment that they distribute, but that I did not purchase from them, and they took care of me, no charge & no problem. They have been very helpful over the years that I have owned my boat.

Always have everything in stock and their prices are very competitive with the Marine Superstores. Their customer service is excellent and their sales staff either know their product or they will find the answer from someone who does and they will never lead you astray like some of the other Marine Superstores. West Marine in Everett lost my business because of their incapable staff.

This place is a major disappointment, one of their guys gave me a part for a jet boat, the part failed miserably and the boat ended up bobbing down the upper Skagit with no power.

Great hardware selection, good prices, almost always has what i need

Think of this as a great source for boating needs, but also for RVs, and thinking outside of the box type hardware items. Some cool electrical, and communications items too. If your lucky the food side made pizza the day you are there.

We have had GOOD breakfasts there. My husband shops there lots for our boat.

Staff is Excellent, Knowledgeable, Prices are Good, Stock is on hand and available now. It is a candy store for Boat Owners. If they dont have today they will try to deliver it for the next Morning. Great Store that is open on the Weekends too.

Bought a transmission from mike who was super knowledgeable about my engine and its compatibility with the damper plate and transmission, he also asked what the lowest price I had seen on the transmission and beat that price. Definitely the place to go for a transmission, excellent service every step of that way!!!!

They have plenty of supplies, but 300% mark up on anything you can buy online. The real issue I have is Ive called to ask about parts Ive needed sooner than ordering online, parts department says yep we got that like its a pain to answer a phone. Drive there to get part, parts counter says nope dont have it, we can order though. Numerous times they have wasted my time and not even offered a simplesorry about that, meanwhile website based part stores have messed up and just said sorry we will send you the right part, keep the wrong one. They are close to the marina so I guess they dont care about the individual customers because they get plenty of business just walking in from the marina.

I was having issues with my Talon Powerpole and called in to see if I could get it serviced. Russ was the Minn Kota Talon Tech that assisted me. Experience with him was great. He gave me email updates on what was completed, let me know what part had to be order and when they’d be expected in, he also installed three additional parts that were updated by Minn Kota, and let me know when to expect everything would be completed. He had great customer service and communication. I highly recommend them to anyone I know that needs service with the boats/parts.Tha Khun

We stop here for bait and anything we forgot before we go out on the sound, on the other side you can even get espresso. I usually wander around while my husband gets things he needs for our boat, and they almost always have it. I think one time we needed a holder for a battery they didnt carry our size but I think they offered to order it, pretty sure. and they have tons of people there to ask questions and are friendly to approach. Even if your a girl :).

If you have a boat, this is the place to be! They have stuff that you wouldnt even think of! Friendly and knowledgeable staff too.

Both times I went into the marine side of the store I was greeted with attitude from the two bald guys at the counter. I tried asking for help on a trailer hitch and they treated me like I just killed their dog. I will never shop at this store again and I will let all my fishing buddies at work and in my club know how rude the employees treat the customer. Spend your money elsewhere folks!

Bought at $1600 rebuilt marine transmission which failed after ~40 hours. Mike Baum(?) offered to replace it with another, which took 4 months to receive. The second rebuilt failed after less than 40 hours. Mike supposedly rebuilt this one himself. Im out $1600 for the transmissions and an equal amount for haul-outs and lay-days in the yard and no help from Harbor Marine.

The best recreation marine store ever. They make a big effort to stock everything you need at very competitive prices. After I move my boat to Anacortes Ill drive back down to shop there. All of Anacortes doesnt have half of what they have.Coffee and lunch with ice cream, next door. Open late and on Sunday.
