A very lovely 55+ community. Well kept yards and homes. Everyone seems nice and friendly, but there are a few that gossip excessively, and try to boss people around. The manager and owners are aware of goings on, and are very responsive to residents complaints. Its a quiet residential area, in the middle of a bustling urban area. My wife and I were married in the clubhouse. Never thought wed be living here. We are not retired yet. If it werent for the gossip, I wouldnt mind living here. Im a very private person really.

Its a beautiful mobile home park with creek, trees and paved sidewalks. Lots of wildlife including deer.

Hey just drive through. Immaculate grounds, quiet, people observe 10 mi. Hr speed. Super neat and tidy. Well managed

Quiet place and nice to have neighbors that are living close but not to close and they keep riff raff out of their area. Its a nice little community. Close to shops and food places but sits a bit back to feel the comfort of not being woke by the loud traffic . Nice place and people are respectful and also helpful when needing to find a lot number when I went to visit. Yards kept nice and clean. Just kind of the way it was in my neighborhood many moons ago. Wish I was living there but at least I got to enjoy visits with my granny who lived there many years.

I have a close friend who lives here and I always enjoy the peace and quiet of visiting there

We have lived here 23 years. Its wonderful. Clean, and pretty. Park pays water, garbage and pay basic cable. Its BEAUTIFUL and friendly.

Quiet and pretty neighborhood residence take care of landscape nicely.

So nice and quiet for the most part..only thing thats irritating is some cars and UPS/FedEx trucks flying thru here at 30mph..
