Terrible customer service from the blonde lady that just screams at all her customers and doesnt help at all. Why does she even work there? The other workers are pretty cool.
Go somewhere else the staff seems like they rather be hit by a bus than help anyone out ... they will create some sort of elaborate excuse rather than help with making it possible to rent any sort of equipment ... good luck trying to rent anything if only there was a competitor locally.
Had an excellent experience here! Kaine (I hope I spelled that right) was so helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly. Made everything so easy for me. Also this location always seems to have a truck when I need it. Ill go out of my way to go here next time I need a uhaul truck.
Insurance is high pressure even though only $14... and the quality and integrity of the product is far past poor and compromised. They say that decals are hundreds of dollars if you choose not to get insurance and after charging for large claims they only place a tiny x marker over so existing damage so they can continue to keep charging and falsify insurance claims. also gas did not measure what the lady at the counter marked on my paper it had in it. and vehicle had many issues with it and only good experience I endured was returning it the man was nice and did his best to let my child and I feel as comfortable with their shady practices as possible.
They fill propane here! Easy place to stop by and fill up, even top off partial tanks. Much better value than swapping a tank out at the store. Abdul was very helpful knowledgeable!
I reserved online to have a trailer hitch installed. I booked the date for 1.5 weeks out. When I showed up, the trailer hitch wasnt in stock and they had no idea when it was going to be in stock. I couldnt believe they didnt even call me or send me an email letting me know.I talked with a woman at the front desk and she said she would call around to get it overnighted and call me back. She never called me back so I called back the following day. I talked to somebody who said he sent two messages to people at the store to follow up with me and Im still waiting. The lack of communication has been atrocious.
This place is horrible the lady in the office is extremely rude they over charged us and trying to return it after hours was a nightmare. The app that you take pictures with didnt work it was just a big mess . I will not go with them again....the lady that claims shes a general manager is the most rudest unprofessional person I have ever met she needs to not work with the public if she cant talk nicely to customers .
Personal service by the representatives was excellent and the trailer I rented was in great shape, however the lot was packed with trucks and that made my experience really bad. The lot had so many trucks and not enough staff to take them in and move them. I had to wait for them to clear trucks until I got the idea to call the office to tell them that I was waiting for a while to be able to pull up to pick up my trailer. On returning the trailer again there were trucks blocking the way to drop off the trailer making me wait again until they cleared the way by moving three trucks. Be aware that if their lot is packed youll have to wait a while.
Watch out. They will charge your for things its not possible to use. One day tuck rental with dolly. On the bill, 1 day rental but 2 days safe move and 2 utility dollies.Only one dolly on a truck with the seal that you break to use. 2 days of safe move (insurance) on a one day rental?They wouldnt even fix that.The truck shouldnt even have been rented. Exhaust leak and bad transmission, ugh
Be prepared to wait a rediculous amount of time for anything. These people are to chatty and understaffed or even care about getting you in and out.
Accessing Ubox is impossible. I give 24 notice and show up, but it’s not out and there’s nobody at the warehouse to bring it out. Try again. Give 48hrs notice. Call again on my way to make sure I’m not fighting through rush hour traffic for nothing. “No problem” I am told. Get here and it’s still not out! The warehouse guy is cool, but waiting over 30mins sucks when I gave so much notice and called again 45mins before arriving, to hear “yeah, nobody told me. I’ll have to dig it out”

Made an appointment to have a trailer hitch installed ten days out, only to find out when I showed up for my scheduled appointment the hitch had not been delivered.Not one phone call or text to let me know the part (Hitch) did not arrive.Not to mention when you call to make a appointment, your transfered to a call station and put on hold 20 minutes.
Firstly, dont expect to rent a truck for $19.99. Though plastered on every truck, its a dishonest marketing ploy. It costs about $120 to rent a van or truck for a 4-8 hr local move, after taxes, fees, insurance & gas.Second, you cannot leave your car at this location. Parking is only for customers. Oh, you thought you were a customer since you rented a truck? Nope! Only for customers buying boxes n packing materials. Sorry! Even w/an empty lot theyll tow your car if you leave it. There is some off-property parking up on a precarious, steep, dirt hillside... if you wanna leave your car teetering on the edge of a cliff.Last time I went they charged me extra for gas, even tho I replaced what I used. And theres no way to stop them since you must put your card on file in order to rent. Theyre not pleasant to deal with, and its not worth arguing over 10 bucks.Get the insurance. Its worth the $14.99 to not have them try and charge you for scrapes n dents you didnt cause. And if theres an accident you have zero liability. The truck is 100% covered, even if its totalled.The GM of this place is pretty awful. He is painfully slow and incredibly dismissive of customers. And many employees follow his regrettable example. Not all of them though, thankfully. Fingers crossed you get lucky! This place has a ton of one star reviews and after visiting myself a few times I understand why.Check in early online. Be prepared to leave the rental purchase on the card you booked it on. Otherwise youll have to wait in a long, very slow moving line on pickup and drop-off.You can drop the truck off at another location to save gas and time if you want. And you can drop it off after hours as well, using the app or online check-in and key drop boxes.Uhaul does offer 24 hr roadside assistance, so if something goes wrong, the truck fails, or gets stuck, just call their 800# in your rental paperwork.
I am not writing this review for their customer service or product. I am writing it to warn others not to trust their car in their back dirt lot if you plan to leave your car overnight. Our car was stolen and they allowed it to be broken down there for three weeks. It is a dark lot with no security what so ever. There is tons of trash from thieves bringing stolen cars there and living in them or gutting them out. I called and suggested they get lighting or fencing and she basically told me it was above her and couldn’t provide names or corporate info. BEWARE!
If I could leave a negative stars, I would. We were renting a car hauler to take our daughters car to college. We entered into the facility and all was well UNTIL their employee Sienna had to do her job. We gave her all of our information at the counter, and were immediately taken back by her very abrupt behavior towards us. When asked what location we were taking the hauler to, we were informed that we were wrong. (wait what? LOL, Im pretty sure we know where were going) as just 3 hours prior to that, the reservation center called us to verify we were picking up the hauler and confirmed what Uhaul wed be dropping it back off at in Phoenix. I asked her what address was entered, she replied very sarcastically with a too late, I deleted it. After Sienna had deleted it, she told us we needed to get the address for her, all while rolling her eyes, and huffing 2-3 times. After taking 10 min to find the exact address that wed already entered and had uhaul confirm, we found it and started to present the information to her, she said too late, I looked it up already (why thank for sharing that with us while we continued looking for an additional 8 minutes) I literally couldnt believe we were greeted with this behavior. From the beginning she was condescending, short, sarcastic and very unpleasant to deal with. We even got an eye roll or two thrown in there. It wasnt until I asked the gentleman next to her working on a computer where to find the managers name, did she change her tune. My husband said she was sweet as pie after I called and spoke with Eddie, the president as well as the general manager. Both listened to what I had to say and both were surprised to hear this behavior and both apologized. After reading the reviews below, I cant imagine how theyre surprised to hear of this what seems to be typical behavior of their employees. Sounds like they have a lot of personnel clean up or training to do. If this were my business and I saw the reviews below, Id be mortified to my core. *Edit to note that the outside staff was amazing, they did a fantastic job getting us set up and on the road*.

Rude employees. I spoke to 3 employees in the last two days. All were rude. I felt like they could care less what I needed. They really just don’t want to work, answer questions or assist in anyway. Especially the girl with very short blue hair. Sadly I believe she is the manager. She was down right mean. She makes sure that you shut up and go away by making it clear that she has nothing kind or even normal to say. She is full of sighs, eye rolls, and dirty looks. I need to find another place to do business. I would be willing to drive a ways to not have to come here again. It’s too bad though because I have always liked doing business with Uhaul. They are one of those old American companies like Sears, Montgomery Wards or something like that. I can’t deal with being treated like this though. And forget about calling. They don’t answer. I have tried so many times. I ended up calling corporate and they said they would have the manager call. I’m still waiting on that call. It’s been a week.
Id probably give five stars if this review was just about the friendliness of the people here. Sadly, that just ended up dragging the overall rating up enough to not be dismal. This place is perpetually understaffed. Any trip here means at least a half an hour of standing in line and a wait for services like adding a trailer hitch to your vehicle that could run over by hours or possibly days. I appreciate that they take the time to hire such great people but they need to hire a lot ore of them ASAP.
This location in particular is extremely easy to deal with. The staff at the store, phone reps, warehouse staff are all helpful and friendly and offer to help during what is often a stressful process.
I had some good experiences at this location but today the wait time was absurd!!!! Need to hire more staff. Calling uhaul is also difficult.
1st of all I made reservations a week prior to pick up in Lake Stevens. I was doing in town trip to my Old house and back to my apartment and return, easy. But I got a call 2 days before saying the location changed to Arlington 30 miles away. I thought nothing of it I need to move I also added a moving Dolly and furniture pads neither showed up when I picked up the truckSo I ultimately got charged $25 extra for the equipment that I never received and an additional $60 for the added trip Mileage because they cant move their trucks. I email them because you can never get a hold of a person when you call demanding a refund. Still no reply, customer service SUCKS!
Reserved truck IN PERSON. Went to get it, they did not have it & had cancelled my reservation. They sent me to a little store 6 mi away where truck was NOT, & clerk did not speak English, just said truck coming. Finally another person arrived & said truck was parked 2 blocks away. He gave me key & I had to have someone drive me there. Took over an hour to finally get truck.REALLY MESSED UP SYSTEM. Find somewhere else to get a truck

I accidentally left my $200 pair of sunglasses in the truck and they called me to have me come get it. I came the next day and they had already lost my glasses, I asked if an employee stole them and they got mad and their solution was to make a police report. I called corporate to handle the situation as I was treated very poorly with terrible customer service and its now a week later and I havent received a response from anyone. So if you want your property stolen I suppose this might be your spot

Restore my faith in good people she did. The best costumer service Ive seen in a long time by the owner no less. She was very polite and respectful to her subordinates. She had a wonderful attitude and will keep this Uhaul as my go to store for all my packing and moving needs. Thanks so much.

Had some issues returning the truck after hours, so I was charged extra fees. When we called to explain and contest these fees Danielle was extremely rude and unprofessional, saying I wont give you a refund because that would cut into my profit. Had us on hold multiple times and had to escalate to corporate. 3 stars because the manager Crystal called and made it right, apologizing for her employees rude behavior and granting me my refund. It seems like they may need some new cust service reps, because the manager is wonderful.

I had a pretty bad experience with my last transaction with Uhual. But this particular store, and Crystal the GM, followed up on my issues. She was very kind, asked specific details, I could tell she wanted to address the issue with her team. She then refunded me the cost of the additional time I had to pay for my movers because I received the truck so late.Im super appreciative of the quick action she took! Will go back.
Previous reviews seem to have disappeared. The old average was approximately 2.5. For my experience: wait times were a bit long (10-20 minutes to get to the counter). Seems like it was a bit understaffed.
I usually have a good to great experiences with U-Hauls but not at this location. They are extremely unprofessional and seem to be very disorganized. I was told to drive around the building to pick up the trailer but when I did I was told by the lot attendant that they were too busy and now I had to back my RV up. It was a giant mess. The lot attendant was basically being real jerk and I was not treated well. Its a shame they have to act like this but I guess they dont really care about their customers.
This is a fraudulent U-haul.Booked via the website for ~$3,300 - they charged me over $5,000 and were late on delivery. I sent them a screen shot of what I was quoted online, they didnt care.I contested with my credit card company, they produced an unsigned contract as the method by which they could charge my card.Classic fraud.Avoid them at all costs, otherwise the costs could be quite high. Happy to update this review when this gets credited.
Amazing guys a car accident happened in front of their store today and everybody ran out and was helping everybody out that were involved.They instantly brought out spill cleanup stuff to clean up the gas and the oils that were on the street they swept everything up and assisted in any way they can that says a lot about that employees of the company great people I will only come there from now on
Wack. Employees chose to have a meeting at 2pm on a Friday. Then still after only 1 employee available, Waited in line for 45 minutes just to fill a propane tank.
Both folks who helped us today were great! I just wish they would have more people working at the front desk.. each time Ive been here theres a line to the door and only 1 person working at the desk.
Satisfied with my overall experience. It was a major pain though to try to get any uhaul nearby to hardwire my suv to a 7 prong for my new trailer with brakes. I havent in the past had much issues at all with any uhaul experience. I can imagine with the pandemic and everything it can be more challenging on businesses. I could rarely get any of the 3 stores to answer I called. I tried Lynnwood first who I drove to because of not answering the phone. They told me to go to Kenmore. Kenmore had me come in to verify what I needed but did answer the phone. Then preceded to tell me to go to Everett. I went in to schedule due to not answering the phone. They were training a new person so it was a little long of a wait and then I had to switch to the guy who knew what he was doing. Then I got scheduled. The hitch guy was very helpful when I dropped off my car because it wasnt put in the system correctly on what I needed. He explained what I needed and how much it would be so I was aware of the cost since its not a cheap install.. He did install my brake control in a weird position but because of my inexperience I didnt know I could adjust it out of my way with the one I bought. So I ended up having to go back in but he gladly helped me change how it was so I wasnt kneeing it when driving. I believe his name was Jessie. And he told me if I needed anything to feel free to come back and he would help me. So while not all a pleasant experience from start to finish I am happy with my end result. They probably could use more staffing but no store is going to be able to have exactly how many people they need to prevent you from waiting a bit. If it wasnt for them finally installing my brake control and Jessies help in the end Id probably be a bit annoyed as it seems most people are with Uhaul in general. I think at this point we all need a little benefit of the doubt. Im happy to have a uhaul finally hardwire my hitch I already had done by them in years past.
We rented a 20 foot truck tomorrow July 30th and had confirmation. We are moving four hours away and needed this size to carry all of our items. Just received a call from Uhaul and was informed the 20 foot truck is not available, only a 15 foot. Good business practice is not at this truck rental location. Do not trust this company in honoring your reservations.
Worst customer service. Heard stories about location, should have known.Resie 11am Sun 10/25. On time. Van not back. Andrew says I usually give them about 10 minutes. 10 later I ask how much for overtime/late. Nothing, so we pay as customer with resie, no svc. ?With other smaller vehicles in the lot more important reservations than mine?), Andrew has a 20 ft truck I cannot use, or a trip 6 miles south.Then he disappears outside to help fill two other customers propane tanks after another customer inside. Then comes over after my ride is back.Thanks but no thanks Andrew..Staff and customers without masks on correctly...still a pandemic guys.Avoid this place!!

Associates at this location didnt seem to know what they were doing when they couldnt pull up my contact when returning the truck. There didnt seem to be any communication between employees either. The manager has no accountability or regard for his customers. I mentioned I wanted to call corporate to soak about the service and all he had to say was go ahead-the call will just be routed back to me. No accountability. Very disappointed about the service they provided and would not recommend this location and will go out of my way to make sure this is widely known since there isnt any accountability for the people who operate these franchisees.
I understand precaution, but the staff here refuse to interact beyond pointing at a sign with vague instructions. After following them and calling uhaul, a rep is telling me theres no way to complete the process without the physical person. What a colossal mishandling of business during a crisis. Terrible staff, zero management presence, and no alignment with their corporate office. Even after things get back to normal, BEWARE: DO NOT COME HERE

Just awful. Slow and confrontational service. I thought it would get better when going outside to get the trailer but it didn’t. The guys are all messing around like kids. They expect customers to try to turn around to pick up trailers in a very small area or back out into traffic on the highway.Convenient location not worth the trouble.
No parking for customers
Seriously the worst customer service I have experienced. The clerks up front are lack hint of professionalism. I arrived 10 minutes early to my appointment and waited 25 minutes for help. With one customer being attended to, the second clerk stocked the store and provided no indication she would check us in. The hitch installer was nice but now my car smells like an ashtray and I will probably have to reinstall my rear bumper because it’s already falling off after leaving the parking lot.
Really friendly staff! I found out about a rental return problem on a weekend after closing. They opened back up for me and took care of it. Really appreciated it!
It wasnt busy when I visited U-Haul on Wednesday around 6pm. Two associates working there were very helpful in finding electrical harness for trailer that would fit my car as well as towing ball. They have lots of moving supplies available too. So as far as the store operations go - no issues at all.
Have rented trucks twice from Uhaul. One way, first truck,I had to go to another town to pick up truck. Reserved year a year later to be told the same, reservation was set to be picked up Saturday, in mean time Im trying to find out if I am going to have to pick truck up some where else, the place they said was 35 miles away. I told them I set the pick up place at their Everett store, said they couldnt do anything till order came through sometime Saturday. How can a business do that to their customers, I put reservation in over a month in advance. If the truck is at a different store, have it brought to said store that the request was put in for
Very good customer service! But they say on there pickup trucks $19.95 a day but where they get you is its $1.00 a mile. When you purchase the insurance Its $10.00 which isnt bad but they dont disclose its $10.00 per day. You also have to make sure the gas full. Good place but way more expensive then advertise.

Every U-Hual just has the worst service. Go look at all the google reviews lol. But come on, came in 5 people behind the counter on their phones & chatting never bothered to check on what customers needed. Needed a truck rental & tons of stuff that day, changed my mind.
This place is a shitshow. They are screwed up in every possible way that you can imagine. Extremely long wait times, poor customer service, trucks that are supposed to be reserved are not there, and the employees are incompetent. They do not take anything other than credit card either, so of you dont have one your sol.
Poor Service. Was told to wait in line, (30 minutes goes by) to be told to actually wait in the vehicle. Workers are all very rude, if you’re in hurry, or have any common sense do not come here. Literally waiting in the rain as we type because the OWNER told us to go inside when he should’ve been checking the truck, we just had a drop off and took more than an hour. FOR A DROP OFF.

There were only 3 customers in front of me, but I waited in line for 40 minutes to buy my boxes... and theres almost no parking available, so they told me to park in a gravel parking lot up a hill a little ways away which meant carrying my 15 large size boxes and other supplies awkwardly up a gravel hill to get to my car. They also were really short on available larger size uhaul trucks apparently. Thankfully I didnt need one today, otherwise my 40 min wait wouldve been a waste. Call ahead.
This place is an absolute joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!The employees are slow and crooked. They nickle and dime you for everything and the phone app doesnt work. Even with photos as proof. Use another company, there are plenty in Everett.
The last three times I have reserved a truck or trailer at this place, I have arrived there to be informed that it is not available or that we have to travel who knows how many miles to go get the what we originally reserved or not even what we reserved. I think the service there is extremely lacking to put it lightly. We will not be using their services anymore. Reserving something a week in advance is supposed to mean that you have it there whenever we need it because we reserve it a week in advance not theyre chasing it all over Western Washington to get a truck that we its too big for what we need. Where to go to Lake Stevens to pick up our truck and we had to go to Lynnwood to pick up our trailer. Both were supposed to be at the Everett site.
The lady who helped me was assume but unfortunately for the 3rd time in a row that location screwed up badly. The first time the truck wasnt there it was taken to the wrong location and wanted me to use a small truck and then still tried charging me. The second time a year later they gave the truck to someone else right in front of me, that time I they had nothing anywhere close to pick up at another location. So I had to use my pickup and couldnt get my stuff out in time and cost me another month of rent. Finally the 3rs time, I had to rent a cargo trailer to haul a motorcycle and when I get there its full of garbage, so grabbed a motorcycle trailer and returned it on time and even pressure washed it and the charged me for 3 days for one day. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY CANNOT DO THERE JOB
These guys are shockingly incompetent. Someone accepted a rental reservation and didnt do it correctly, and what should have taken a solid 5 minutes to execute is not only taking closer to 45, but they insist on not making a one way rental, which basically negates the convenience benefit of using a giant chain like this, which is the ability to drop off the rental at any of their locations rather than organizing the logistics for two drivers to retrieve and return the rental, or like, taking a lengthy bus ride. Way to be lame, Everett uhaul.
Ordered a hitch online two days ago, to be installed today, was told they would call me to set up a time for the instal (no call). I called yesterday morning to see if I could get it installed early and was told they were busy but someone would call me back (no call); I called in the afternoon and again was told I would get a call back (no call); and, this morning I went into the store when they opened, to see if I could get it in first thing and was told the installer isnt in until later in the day. I replied if you are so busy, why does the installer come in late? and the manager/owner said were not busy. (Then why isnt anyone calling me?!)
Garrett was especially helpful and very kind to his staff. I bought all of my moving supplies and they even helped me get them in the car. I will definitely come back! -Lana
I came to this U-Haul at about 1:50 and left at 3:10. Cody (or Jody) an employee at this U-Haul did a terrible job and wasted more than one hour of our time. He did not know anything and kept asking people for help. He even messed up and I almost payed double of what I should have because of him. I do not recommend this U-Haul at all!
The trucks were OK but I was told that I would get credits for having to drive 30 more miles round trip here from the UHaul that I reserved 2 trucks plus I turned a truck in a day early and didnt get a credit after multiple emails, phone calls and promises that I would get it. Ill never rent from UHaul again!Update: a few months later, someone told me the exact same story that this site offers credits for early returns but never does it. Im renting a car hauler today and the UHaul web site is sending back to this site so Im going to Ace rental in Snohomish.
The U haul center is good. Their service is good but the UBox center associated to this location is not very good. Its situated at the far back from the U Haul center and there is no sign board. The reception is inside a godown like building and not very pleasing. U Box center can be improved.
Its a bit of miss and hit, but more of hits. If you are unlucky and this is entirely the fault of corporate, you may get more than you need. And like all uhaul locations, the mileage charge is not really explained well intentionally to cost you more money. Would still recommend because of great staff
Parking lot set up is TERRIBLE. I was refilling a propane tank, and when I pulled into the lot, I ended up leaving half of my truck in the street because there was no space.Found it was due to a lazy employee deciding to leave a returned truck in the drive because he was going on break.Helpful employee at the propane tank was helpful, and apologetic for his lesser counterpart
5 stars at a uhaul joint? Yes!! These guys were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Id send my friends and family to them.
I just had a trailer hitch installed at this location. An initial call to corporate for a quote was a bit screwy, but the crew in Everett were fantastic in making it right.When I showed up for my appointment the reservation did not have all of the necessary information required to do the job. To make matters worse, Jesse, the hitch tech, was by himself doing front desk duty due to staff shortage due to others out sick. People in line were absolute jerks yet he remained composed and polite. He resxheduled my appointment and mngmt waived express delivery fees for the required parts. The job, when finished was perfect and the install saved me 50% of the quote from my car dealer price.I would highly recommend the staff at this location for their competence and courtesy. Ian

Good spot to get boxes. The guy offered to bring the bundle of 20 medium boxes out to my car. I wasnt going to ask because I am super tough and can do everything all by myself. But I didnt want to make him feel bad, so I totally said yes. There were 3 people in front of me when I arrived and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes. Parking is weird but they have to deal with super big trucks and trailers on Evergreen, so its understandable. Plus, its right down the street from the best Taco Bell ever.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I called to make an appointment to get a hitch installed last Wednesday for next week on Thursday. The lady on the phone set up the appointment and told me I was scheduled for 10am next Thursday. Calling back the day before Im supposed to have the hitch installed Im told that there was no appointment made and that the hitch was never ordered in the first place. No recourse to correct the issue was provided. I will not use this Uhaul location again for any of my needs.
Had a really uneducated woman working with us, she did not know what she was doing, boss was right next to her and didnt bother to step in to help. Didnt give me a receipt and couldnt tell me what i was getting charged for, got a receipt printed out and realized she lied about the 5 dollar fee for taking it to the wrong destination. Basically if i was just some dumb person they would have taken 260 bucks from me. Steven made it right so thats why Im giving them 2 stars. Ask for a print out guys, always.
I understand that there are people here complaining about poor customer service. While that has been my experience at other U-Hauls, the Everett location has had nothing but friendly and helpful service. Much love to the good people working there.
Worst place to rent anything. Made a reservation for a truck in the morning only to have them change the reservation without notifying me. Went to pick up truck and found out they didnt have any available.
Two week long issue. Came in to the Everett store and then I had to drive to Kirkland to pick up trailer hitch. Came back could not install even after when they said they could if I picked up the hitch. So then I had to wait over a week for a scheduled apt. On day of scheduled apt I have been here 3 hrs and still not started. Dont make apt if you cant deliver on service. Worst service I have ever gotten. No apology no break in price nothing. Left after 3 1/2 hrs still not installed. Do not go to here for anything. Worst service ever. A sorry would have been nice. The manger should be fired he could not manage a card board box let alone a store with employees.
We have done business with this U-Haul location for years, either for transporting band equipment or moving and they have always taken good care of us.
The truck that I rented was not the greatest. The ABS light would come on and off. when coming to a stop the truck would shift really hard, not normal! The Gas gauge was all over the place. I had to put gas in it right away because I did not feel safe driving it not knowing the real amount of gas in it. and to TOP it off when I went to return it I went to use the headlights as it was getting dark, and the dash lights would flicker as I was driving. So I dont even know if the head lights were working. I have called U-Haul twice to report these issue/concerns and have not heard a word back from them. This is truly crappy customer service. TOTAL DISAPPOINTED and will not use them again.
Only one customer service person at desk. I waited for about 45 min in a line with 20+ people. I never received my reservation of a van, because 1. The reservation people sent me to the wrong U-Haul store and 2. The correct store was closed that day anyway. The person working chased after me as I was leaving explaining that they might have a van afterall...so I go back inside only to wait in line again. I wasted 2 hours of my time driving around and waiting in line for nothing. It would benefit this u-Haul location to have at least 3 people working the front when the month is ending/beginning.
How tf do you give somebody reservation away and then claim they put pm instead of am when receipt and reservation Cleary states am and then try to give you another van later that day that isnt even the one you need..Customer service was excellent, guy was very calm but the actual business and unprofessionalism about there website messing up was horrible
They knew what they were doing and loaded our car on the carrier. It was quick and we were on our way in a jiffy.
We rented u-haul trailer and when we got home and switched the trailer from our truck to our RV, we noticed the brake lights werent working. We didnt know if it was our Rv our the trailer so we took it back. Well it end up being our Rv wiring broke. The young man helped us fixed it and didnt even charge us & we were able to go on our family vacation because of the young man. Everybody there are very nice..
Super friendly and helpful. Parked my car there while using one of their rental vans. The van was clean and new.
Went in to try and rent a moving truck this evening. My fiance and i are on a limited budget, and became homeless or in between residences as of the 1st of February. We were approved for our new place and picked up the keys yesterday and now we are just needing a truck to move our things from storage. Long story short, my finances father was willing to pay for the truck rental, but only with a credit card and over the phone. He doesnt trust giving money out even to his children. We went into the uhaul store on 64th and evergreen way and were told that they dont take payment over the phone or online. I politely asked the guy behind the counter if he could just call my fiancee father and explain their payment options, and that he would trust the info coming from an employees rather than her or myself trying to get help from him any other way such as sending cash western union or whatnot. They guy laughed at me and with a shrug told me I dont know what to tell you but no I wont do that.
Absolutely terrible service they had to people helping one person while a line was growing. Shadan Leggett is a terrible person to have in the front. We had someone helping us and he took them away from us to help another person... just disgraceful.
They are clean, brightly lit, have a great inventory of trucks and moving supplies, and have a great system for renting and returnng trucks - very smooth. They are busy, but handle the volume well!
30 minute wait with one person at the counter on a weekend. I made reservations ahead, but doesnt seem to make a difference in wait time.
The customer service is horrible.....! Some guy name Anthony is such an ass for no reason whats so ever gave us attitude from the start please dont go there unless you want to be treated like crap!
Don’t ever take your car for a tow hitch install they took all day to install tow hitch and wiring on my 2016 Mercedes sprinter 2500 and did the worst job that any one has ever see the wiring was wrapped around my spair tire frame so if I was to lower spare tire to use it would have ripped all the wiring and bring up the wiring they drilled 2 larg wholes in my vans floor the on each side of the door openings the wiring is all open I had a pallet put in my car and it cut the wiring this is unacceptable.I went back to the uhaul on 9/19/2018 the manager Shaden refused to give me a refund after saying to me that the guy who installed it got fired for screwing up a bunch of cars do not ever come here and I will get my money back.
Ive never received fast or friendly service here. Always poor customer service.
Worst customer service that I have ever experienced. The scum of a man pictured here on Google (Garret) spoke so awfully about my mother to other customers, right in front of her! It brang her to tears. He ruined three, yes three, reservations, and will never receive any business from anyone I know, ever again. Being a small business owner myself, I would never employ a man like this, let alone have him operate one of my stores. Shame on you U-Haul for giving employment to individuals like Garret!
