Excellent customer service! Very professional, friendly, patient and they take security very seriously at this location. The place is CLEAN... I remember multiple times witnessing staff pushing a broom around, even in the hallways. I highly recommend this facility and would use them again!!! They even recommended a moving company which was also a 5 star experience.

The one-star reviews are by irresponsible, deadbeat tenants. EDS is five-star awesome. Theyre friendly and reasonable and keep a close eye on things. My belongings are safe in the secure and climate controlled building.Their truck came in handy when I moved in. Costs were clear and reasonable.

This is the cleanest and most secure place Ive ever used. I reserved my unit online and Pamela called to confirm. When I came in, I was fortunate enough to have her show me around and give me options. She is very friendly and courteous. My transaction was flawless and I love the storage unit. The McDougall location has hours I can work with and is close to home. Access isnt 24 hours, but that also means its secure late at night and early morning hours. I came with my own renters insurance, so I didnt need theirs, but I did get a free lock for reserving online. Im very happy with my unit and the staff at this location.

Would give zero stars if I could. This is a horrible place that is going to take an advantage of you. Take this advice and go somewhere else. There are plenty of places that will treat you better.

I have done business with Everett Downtown Storage for the last decade or so. In my dealings the past 10 years the management has been nothing short of Awesome!!! Sunny at the McDougall facility is a excellent manager that has showed me nothing but respect and professionalism from day one. If you are looking for a safe and secure place to store your goods then I would highly recommend any one of the three Everett Downtown Storage facilities. These people are not good, they are GREAT!

Everett Downtown Storage is an excellent facility. Clean, secure, and the most excellent customer service Ive found by far. Sunny goes out of her way to make you feel like friends instead of customers. She is funny, knowledgeable, honest and works hard to make sure you have everything you need. The units are clean and well maintained. The security is top notch and I have no qualms with leaving my most precious and valued possessions in its care. I would not hesitate to recommend this facility as one of the best around.

This is the worst storage facility ever. Although its clean and feels mostly secure especially considering the location the manager is awful. She is on a constant power trip and abuses whatever powers she believes she has way too often. Over the course of less than a 2 month period we were locked out of our unit on 3 occasions even tho our rent was paid. In the end we were about to give notice but we were given an eviction notice! Who has ever even heard of anyone being evicted from a storage unit that is paid up??? The reason is even more ludacris!!! For using the bathroom too often!!! Seriously! There is no limit of restroom use written into the lease, not to mention that only 1 of the 2 restrooms actually works. Even funnier thing, we didnt even use our access code to use it! When we first chose our code they said it was taken, so we picked another. We were able to access the building and our unit with our personal code, but never the restroom. On a whim we tried the other code we were told we couldnt use and it granted us access to the restroom and is the only code we used for that!!! This place is awful. If you dont need access to your stuff, have an unbreakable bladder and dont mind some time wasted hanging out downtown by the mission then this is the place for you.

Sunny ROCKS! Shes the best. Downtown Storage has been so good to us. Theyve been great at switching us to different sized units depending on how much stuff we have. And they practically did couples counseling with us while we were moving! We love you guys!!!

Wish this place was 24hrs, I work swing shift so it makes it fairly difficult to access my storage unit within the hours that Im not working. Other than that, this place has been great. They even helped me downsize to save money. The elevator on the south end used to be kinda sketchy but theyve since fixed it.

Moving my stuff from San Diego into my new unit was very easy and convenient. I recommend this place to everyone in the military who needs some extra space.

The employees at the McDougall location, Sunny & Amy are really friendly and helpful going out of their way to make me feel welcome each time I visit.The facility is the cleanest and most secure storage facility I have ever experienced. The availability of a moving truck, covered & secure load / unload areas, numerous loading carts, security cameras, alarmed units, convenient hours of operation, easy access off and on I-5 and competitive pricing are only a few reasons I chose Everett Downtown Storage.

From day one the staff was more than unpleasant and unwelcoming. They were judgmental and very rude. I needed a storage unit in a hurry so I got one there against my better judgement and now Pamela harrasses me Everytime I go there....

I just got a great storage unit there about a week ago and it was a terrific experience! The employees were really friendly and helpful when I arrived, very welcoming with genuine smiles. For their facility, it was the best! I was also amazed with their 24 hour kiosk. They have an animated kiosk manager that will assist you during the payment.

This has been a amazing place to have stored our things at the woman who usually works the front desk is such a great woman shes very understanding and is very kind and always makes us feel like were taken care of and treated with the utmost respect shes just so nice to deal with always a pleasure to talk to.

Having just moved to the Everett area and needing to store my personal goods and treasures was a stressful event. I found the storage units and office to be both very secure and clean. Great experience, genuinely. Very clean facilities, the double-security access is easy to use yet gives a sense of security, and the manager, Sunny, remembered me by name even though it had been two weeks since our first encounter. This really is the best storage experience I have had.

I love this place! I have used them twice, during moves. Using them for only one or two months wasnt a problem, and the second time they waived the (only!) $10 administrative fee. The best part is the free truck for move-in. The only drawback is that theyre only open til 10pm (Im such a night owl).

The staff at Everett Downtown Storage are very friendly, personable, and professional. When I told them what kind of storage unit I was going for they had no problem showing me what I was paying for before any papers were signed. If youre military, be sure to let them know, you get a free lock, and they wave a buyers fee. They have automatic payments, and will send the receipts via e-mail. Yes, they are a bit more expensive then other storage places, but its very much worth the extra money. Also they have various sized units, along with units that are both indoor (climate controlled), and outdoor.

My family and I were moving from Wisconsin and had all our belongings moved out to Everett while we were still in the Midwest. Everett Downtown Storage was incredible from the beginning to the end. The communication was up front with costs and they went above and beyond coming in early to accommodate the moving company. We had more stuff than anticipated so they acted quickly to find the right size unit for the remaining stuff. Everyone followed through to make sure we were happy and even our moving company said they were one of the best. If you have to trust someone to take care of your belongings locally or from a distance these guys deliver. Thank You!

Excellent customer services from friendly, helpful and, as far as I can tell, very honest staff. Exceptionally clean, new facility. Great security, with units that are easily accessible and well-laid out. Best rates Ive found for secure, climate-controlled storage, not only in Everett, but also compared to storage units in Seattle and Lynnwood. Was able to use their 14 moving truck to move in for free (up to 30 miles free, with nominal charge per mile over 30 miles, and a small charge for damage waiver). I couldnt be more pleased. I know it sounds like Im gushing over-the-top, but having had a few negative and costly experiences, its a real treasure to have found such a great place to store my stuff.

The customer service representative was very accomodating in giving me only what I needed. She was very friendly. The rates were very competitive. The facility is what sold me. The building is very clean and the units are all alarmed as well as the building. Best stoarge unit I have used so far.Thanks

Most of the reviews here are overwhelmingly positive, and thats because of the manager, Sunny. Sunny is a wonderful lady who works the front desk at this facility most of the time. Words cannot describe how friendly, kind, and helpful she is. She bends over backwards for her customers.I had previously published a negative review based on an extremely unpleasant and unprofessional encounter with another employee. Sunny had been on vacation at the time, but when she found out about the incident she called me immediately to apologize. She also assured me that the problem had been corrected. I absolutely trust her at her word, and so now would unhesitatingly recommend Everett Downtown Storage to anyone.

The staff at this storage unit is vary respectiful kind caring this storage unitis the only storage unit that I will trust my stuff alone at there is no other storage unit that can make you fill like A family like the storage unit on McDougall Ave does. If any of my family or friends or anyone one I know for that matter wants to rent A safeplace for there belongings and A secure place not to have any worries about there stuff at all. Convenient, safe, clean and well organized in the layout of the storage units with security and easy access to my unit was great.I took advantage of using their truck for a day to move into my unit which was very helpful.
