Clean, friendly, great selection! I came in with a return to mail out but I was advised that it was postal only. Jeremy went the extra mile and printed out my return slip smaller so that it could scan easier and even attached it to my package for me so that I can just drop it in outgoing!

If I could give less than one star, I would. Not only was I OVERCHARGED based on a conversation I had with another FedEx, but I also received the worst service I have ever received. I get to the front of the line, and there is a bald bodybuilder gentleman whose clothing is way too tight; he is insulting. This is the second time he’s been rude to me immediately. In the middle of helping me, he turns to his coworker to start talking about his upcoming break, stops helping me entirely. Then they begin to argue over who will use the microwave in front of the building line of customers. Then mid-transaction, the bald gentleman walks away to help other customers. Is this what you call customer service?The gentleman who took over had NO clue what he was doing. They told me it would cost me $60 for the cheapest shipping when FedEx quoted me 27.50. I paid the fee, then spent the next 15 minutes waiting for these employees to finish my simple transaction. I had my wife and toddler waiting in the car, and my wife called to ask what was taking so long.I was overcharged, dealt with rude employees and shameful service. This FedEx deserves to be bulldozed, and all the employees fired. I will never give them a dime ever again.

Mason took great care of our sons first birthday invites and outdoor banners. He was prompt on phone calls and pleasant to work with. He went thru all the options and help us find a solid choice that met our needs and budget. Very happy and will return for all our other needs :)

Excellent! I took some thick, school books here to be spiral bound (after unsuccessfully trying to them done at UPS, Staples & OfficeMax). Jules and Mason immediately helped me and did an excellent job for cheap (less than $10 per book). Would highly recommend!

Theyre always great at this shop. Last time I was there, I wasnt super sure what I needed, and the clerk was dry patient and helpful, talking through all the options and more importantly, the prices. Easy to work with, both online and in person.

Its in a great location and it has good hours of operation. Plenty of copy machines, just walk in insert it credit card and then ur thumb drive and print what you need. Then walk out. Doesnt get any easier then that. Employes are helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of their business and yours.

Said package would be delivered within 6 days. On the 6th day, FedEx tracking STILL showed that the package was in Portland. I filed a complaint and promptly received a call from the manager who said that the package was actually in Chicago and might be delivered that day and wasnt sure why the tracking was incorrectly saying it was in Portland with an ETA 3-days late. The manager said that he would open a claim for me and follow up on Monday if it didnt arrive by Saturday. Its now Thursday and I *never heard back from him*.I cant really blame this location for the delays after it left, but the lack of follow up from the manager,150% delivery time, and significantly higher prices than its competitors earns this place 1/5. If you want your packages delivered on time, Id recommend using a different carrier.

I like this location for office needs - fax, copy, scan and print. They have all the gadgets I need and are open til 8pm. It was quiet when I got there and was greeted right away. I let the guy know what I needed, he walked me over to a printer, explained the process, gave me tips on how to pay and end the session. Quick and easy! Thanks for being kind!

I got a package in at 2 on Thursday, purchased overnight at 4:30 pm next day. Now is Saturday and automate system said arrived Monday feb15. I thought fedex always quality service and delivery on time. I could purchased cheaper at USPS for the same result....Now I called local office and phone keep ringing with no one answer and no voicemail service...

Jeremy at this location was so helpful & knowledgeable. I would go out of my way to use this location again. They have a cart you can use to bring in large boxes, nice perk for the customer.

Most unfriendly. I came today for one page print there were only one person ahead and two were with two Fedex staff. One was busy and it looks he does all the time ignored me for 25 mins. Then another person came after me he was attended before me on the pretext that he has some shipping consignment. When finally I was attended I asked the gentleman the reason why I was ignored he was giving me policy guidelines that this is the way fedex work. Instead of any kind of apologetic his voice was very loud that he felt offended why I asked him. Simply for one page of print out it took me more than 25 mins. Bad experience staff needs training and should be polite.

I had friendly service right before the last pick up time, but the stars are for the above & beyond service Jessica provided to me and my daughter tonight. After shipping my packages, I discovered my car wouldnt start. Not only did Jessica provide helpful tips for starting my car, but she also shared their staff holiday cookies with my daughter & brought out some cars for her to play with. Seriously HORRIBLE service. To be 100% accurate it was ZERO service! The manager was minimally training one other staff person on the one customer ahead of us. We were not greeted or even acknowledged, nothing. It was as if we did not exist. The “manager “ wouldn’t even make eye contact! We stood there 5-10 minutes and then left. I really hope someone tells this franchise owner what’s going on slow Sunday (4/7/19 at4:30pm). Our business will continue at another location for now.

Came in the evening before to get help with printing on special paper, the young lady that helped me was absolutely amazing and perfect. She was patient and willing to make my project turn out beautifully. Today I came in to make a few extra prints and the mature older lady was the opposite of pleasant and helpful. It seemed like she did not want to make the effort, even after I asked her to call the previous person who helped me to guide her on the printing machine. Instead of being polite about not being able to meet my requests, she audibly talked on the phone with the person that helped me before stating that I was being unreasonable and demanding that I wanted my printing done today and then after hanging up starting providing me next day print options in an exasperated tone that made me feel like she was rushing to pack up and close. I understand that it was a half hour before closing when I initially had asked for help and there was a line forming behind me slowly, but complaining about me on the phone in front of me and the other customers is not okay.

First of all, I try to avoid FedEx at all cost because they are all pretty bad. But this is the worst.The most unorganized FedEx I have been to. Elina (or Elida), assistance manager was distracted by something after told me that she was getting the printed label for my package. 2 employees were chatting away, but they didnt to seem to care why I was standing on the counter forever. I finally got the help but he wasnt even apologetic to my situation.

So maybe you can tell me if FedEx was lying to me or if you were? They are saying $1000....or $500....you are saying $100. The store in Bellevue allowed me to declare over $3,000 on a single card. Pretty much feel like the whole company has no idea what they are doing.Taz is still awesome though, alway has been the nicest to work with.

Mixed experiences, usually positive, one bad experience with rude employee but that was just one time. Hopefully that person is fired. We have come here dozens of times prior and it’s always quick and easy

When I used their location, it took serious troubleshooting to print some simple documents. Only after 20 min did they remember that I had to turn my WiFi off for it to work?I left my license there, and I reached out to have my sister pick it up, but they refused unless I drove up from Tacoma to pick it up. I asked if there was any other way, and they replied that they would have to destroy my card if I didn’t come drive up. I asked if they were open until 9 and they said yes.So I drove up in the snow, and they were closed at 7:00 due to the weather. I’ve just had a bad experience overall. Poor customer service.

Called at 12:43 PM, and emailed about 9 pages to print.Arrived at 2:00 pm to pick up printed documents and pay. There was not even an order put in for the simple print job.Left at 2:20pm with no printed files and told I would receive a phone call when ready.It is now 5:00 PM. And this store would be closing in an hour.After personally working at print shops, I am baffled for a simple print job on regular paper was not done on the spot as there are PRINT stations.Not to mention the extremely rude older lady working for 20 minutes on putting in my order and and bossing around the new hire.Thanks for nothing!Update to my review.. They still havent found a moment to call. Incompetent.

Bad people and Disrespectful I did an International shipment and they charge me $77 for peace of Paper and cd After a few days from my shipment I received an email saying the shipment is not completed because I didn’t payI called them and they said yeah there’s taxes and fees you have to pay them after I paid this amount on this shipment I went to the store to speak with the manager and he was so rude and he started to make fun of me and on the front of the customers so they have to tell the customers there is another taxes and fees they have to pay after a few days right now I have only two options pay money to get my stuff back or pay money to complete the shipment these guys are stealing the money from the people and I don’t recommend them at all.

I WORK AT RETAIL AND HONESTLY ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES DIDNT EVEN TRY TO LOOK FOR MY INFO. I CALL THAT BEING LAZY. IT DOESNT HURT TO GIVE A TRY OR TWO WHEN THE STORE IS DEAD. AVOID at all costs. Worst customer service ever. I had a prepaid label and an additional barcode that I had to paste on the FedEx envelop. The employee at the counter said he can help me get the label on the envelope but can’t help me with the barcode as that was MY thing. I pointed him to a roll of duct tape sitting right behind him and he said they have been told not to help by their boss. Excuse me! Is this boss living under a rock?

Friendly employees. I had 3 small copy jobs and he said he could do the first 2 and then needed to come back to me for the 3rd so he didnt have too much to remember. I guess they dont have post-its there to write instructions on. Everything came out great but I would have been pretty concerned had I needed several larger jobs done.

The worst customer service that I can recall! I went there to scan and email some documents. The manager was immediately rude and obnoxious! After she flat out refused to help me, she actually told a kind employee that was trying to help me that they where not allowed to help me in any way. Not only was she treating me like this, she treated her own employee absolutely terrible. And all this with the most obnoxious smirk on her face! Iwas so disgusted by this, I picked up my money and left this place to look for somewhere that knows how to treat people let alone customers! This experience was so bad that i will never go to the Everett mall way FedEx again. The manager is caucasian, in her mid 30s to early 40s, brown hair, slightly large gums. If you make the mistake of going here, I would very much recommend avoiding her, though she makes that pretty much impossible. She made the store as a whole very unpleasant, and I feel very bad for her employees. The ups store down the road has much better customer service! Its like night and day.Update- I went there agian because I was in a time crunch and figured everyone deserves a second chance. The same rude lady was there again and gave me the same attitude with no help again. I asked for assistance again and she again refused to give me any help. I actually had to walk out a second time. Some people just dont learn. Hopefully FedEx will learn, and get rid of this lady bebore she tanks anymore of there business. But probably not.

I call BULLCRAP FedEx Office! 45 cents a minute is pricey to use your scanner but okay, my printer/scanner is in storage, its only one time and Ive gotta get this paperwork in so Ill pay it.... but I start getting irritated when 30 seconds passes and Im staring at the mouse with its little circle whooshing around waiting.... You see there is a convenient link on the desktop with directions to use the scanner, but alas, the directions are ONLINE. And oh, did I mention.... I am paying 45 cents a minute for the slowest internet service in the freaking world!! I mean, did I time travel back to the 90s and boot up AOL? I know im talking about pennies here but its the point people. It wouldnt surprise me if they kept it slow on purpose just so they can charge more. I probably spent at least three bucks on bullcrap today.
