Every time I walk in the staff is eager to help. If I cant find something they assist and point me in the right direction. Very warm atmosphere.

I freaking love this location. The staff is welcoming, awesome, funny, knowledgeable, and professional. Every employee I bump into is very kind and dont mind helping me when I need assistance. This is the ONLY Bath & Body Works location I go to! Great Job! Keep up the good work! :)

I went to buy a couple of candles 🕯️🕯️....and to my surprise 😯...they were on sale (3 wick are my favorite).... The customer service was excellent..... So excellent, that one of the sales reps that was helping me.... Showed me some more candles once I expressed I love clean fresh scents... Which made me end up spending over $100 on just candles.... 😬😒🙄.....but overall the experience was superb.... And I am enjoying the scent of eucalyptus rain while I am typing..... 😉😊😊😊😊😊😊🥰😍

The sale was good the products are ok I bought 5 lotions the value is just not there even for a sale. Lotions and bath washes like Dove and Nivea seem to have a better efficacy, more lasting effect and lower price point.The point of sales person was rude but I hold that as a moral deficit not a store problem.

Many varieties of scented candles, bath and shower gels. I like their candles holders. Everything there to make you feel very very special.

I love me some Bath and Body Works sell or no sale I go When I Get Low thats when I go smells so good and last long on your body cant get enough of the candles so this my store👍✌️🥰

They stopped selling my favorite scent in the store. before you waste your time going to the store to stand in a long line, call ahead to see if your scent is still in the store. Now, they have much more mens products in the store, which p!$$ed me off more.

Well of course during this holiday season everything was just about sold out of the wall plugs (that I liked) lol. However they did have the candles I wanted. Ill only show one because Im selfish with my smells. One of my favorites. Enjoy

This particular location has very friendly and helpful employees. Not just one but all of them.

The ladies was super helpful and patient with me. They were so sweet and nice. Theg helped me find the body sprays I wanted, suggested some candles and hand soaps. They really know their stuff. This will be our BBW because I just love the ladies thats here.

The staff was really friendly & SUPER helpful. When I saw they were sold out of an item I wanted, I asked them to call THREE of their other stores to see if they had it. They called for me without a problem or an attitude! They were all smiles & said they were happy to help. No one had what I was looking for, but Ill never forget the GREAT customer service I got here!!

If I were the store manager at this location, I would be embarrassed to say I was 😳Lines were out the door which is to be expected with good sales and around the holidays but, when I was ready to check out... not one employee was at the register. Two ladies stood there at the door area leading to the back and saw a line of people and just stood there. Then a new employee walked up and was super nice and tried to help me, she was confused with my coupons and return and asked for help. The ladies who helped her were just rude. I never go in this store for this reason. Horrible customer service. Anyone who sees this, go to the Crestwood location. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Awful customer service. The manager Felicia if that’s even her real name. Told me I could not do an exchange and refused to give me proper customer service. She proceeded to tell me to get my products and get out of the store. The managers are very rude and need to be fired and employees are terrible.

Giving it a three because the only allow 3 to 5 people at a time, so you wait outside forever.

Good products, subpar management professionalism. I was in line and over heard one of the managers speaking very rudely and degrading one of the older employees. I was appalled to the point that I left and went to another store. Serious ethics training needs to take place.

As soon as you step inside you are hooked! Give me one of everything! I had a gift card burning my pockets, I couldnt wait to get here. Trying to stay calm, I focused on getting some candles today. The sales person was very nice and informed me of a current sale on candles which was so helpful. I managed to stick with my original plan and just buy candles this time. As always customer service was the best!

Can you imagine a fragrance that speaks to you HELLO BEAUTIFUL😘And you say wow you smells good😊that was the first one i put in my bag working my way to the next wonderful smell.

I spent money that I was not going to spend🙂

The first associate I encountered was extremely rude and unprofessional. In addition to talking nonstop to a coworker; me having to repeat myself to her several times; after I handed her my phone to scan my rewards card she thought it was appropriate to go through my phone for the 20% off coupon without asking my permission. Unfortunately, she didnt have on a name tag but she had blonde hair and a nose ring. Another associate offered to assist me as I was leaving out because I had to get some additional items that I had paid for. I told Wendy she was as helpful as the other person was not helpful. She apologized for the first associates behavior.

I had a great experience at this location. Nadia provided excellent customer service. I will definitely be back to shop at this location.

This is a some what of a new location in Evergreen Park. Today the store was out of almost everything. The store had items on display only to be told that they couldnt be sold??? Didnt quite get that one but anywho whomever is in charge of getting merchandise and keeping the store stock dropped the ball on this one😒😣

The store itself was fine, albeit small. BUT Lydia, the sales person that rung me up was rude and nasty. If my sister wasnt so tired I would have had her put her purchases back and driven her to Crestwood to purchase her items. Very nasty attitude. BEWARE.

Wished they tried harder to get the other candle scents like unicorn sprinkles and the one that smell like the cerealother than that nice atmosphere always kind and courteousAlso, start marking down the holiday 3 wick candles to 75 percent off

I need these doors are always beautiful aromatic and inviting. I always enjoy my Bath & Body Works experience the store is quite beautiful. Its always a great shopping experience I love their seasonal items I always look forward to going in the store every season.

Clean store, friendly floor staff but need better or more cashiers. I was in line longer then my entire experience there and the girl and guy at the register definitely took there time.
