This is how a store is supposed to look, clean, well organized, stocked and pleasant store associates. People are craving establishments that are welcoming and inviting and this location hits the nail on the head. The cashier even knew the name of one of the customers, I was shocked! I will definitely be back again and again!!

Very friendly staff!! Clean, organized, and fully stocked. One of the biggest and best Dollar Trees Ive ever been to in the Chicagoland area.

This is one of my favorite stores to visit. It has excellent value for the price paid. I shop here regularly. The employees are friendly and helpful.

This is a popular dollar store in the area because of the location and decent parking. This also means that their merchandise flies off the shelf and can seem like they are messy and always out of stock.They arent. They have a lot of customers. If you have questions about certain items, I advise calling. When no one had hand sanitizer, we called to ask about when their next shipment would be in. They told us and we scored a couple of bottles.The staff is very nice. There are larger stores in the area but this one is close to home and almost always has what we need.

This location seems to be getting better. Couple of nice cashiers when they are around you will get good service.

So I have always loved Dollar Tree but lately they have been stepping up there up game especially in the craft department. They have great items for a birthday party. I made this from items bought at Dollar Tree and the total was $2. It’s a foam square and adhesive rhinestones. This will be a platform for balloons for a birthday party. Have fun and check out this store next time you’re having a party.

I work and live close to the store so I amalways at the store. At least a few times a week. I like the store a lot.

There is never enough help there. You always have to stand in line 10-15 minutes. Customer service is great and they are always stocked.

On 4/11/2020 between 9:00 a and 9:45 am, I had the very worse experience at the Dollar tree in Oak Lawn at 3401 W. 95th Street. The cashier who I later found to be named Frankie tried on two occasions to check me out with $61-68 on the screen claiming that I had pressed cash back. When I called his attention to this error he asked me to remove my card and try again, the register still claimed I requested money back. I became aggravated and decided to pay cash. Frankie quickly pressed no receipt. I do not believe I am the first person Frankie has ran the game on. I believe his register tape should be checked and Frankie should be discipline.

No matter where I am I always go to a Dollar Tree because you can never tell what you will find. When I was there I found believe it or not good quality t-shirts. I know it sounds crazy but I did. And I washed them and they still look good. Dollar Tree is always a gold mine. I could never leave without spending at least $10 possibly more. They called me the dollar tree queen and I wear that title proudly!

Very crowded not enough register open

I was looking for a soap dish but they didnt have what I wanted, I did of course get a couple of other items.

Sad. No more ribbon. Otherwise good deals.

An elderly woman would not give me change for a $20. She was very rude about it. I had to ask why. She said they arent allowed too. I did ask for change after making a purchase.A little more warmth in her time wouldve been nicer.

I purchased some plastic forks from this dollar tree and when I returned to work and opened the forks I realized they had a funny smell. I asked other co-workers around to make sure I wasnt tripping and they all agree they smelled funny. no way you could eat your food with them smelly folks. I wasnt going to return them but then I thought It was my money (yes a dollar) but I figured ill return them to at least get another pack because it wasnt my fault the forks smelled. So when I entered the store I informed a young lady and I explain to her the situation and first thing she said she couldnt return them because they were open, well ma am I only opened them because I brought them to USE and when I put the fork to my mouth I notice it smell. I just wanted another pack of unsmelly forks. She claim there was nothing she could do especially since I had no receipt and they had been opened. My whole point in this situation couldve been handle a better way dollar has way more money than me if they think Im trying to get over a dollar pack of forks then screw them. I will never spend another one of dollars here at Evergreen park location. Im sure they have opened stuff come back all the time and she couldnt give me a new pack of forks. Highly upset its the principle of things.

Floor Associate Tiffany was very helpful and pleasant. Although the store says they are under construction..its clean and can find alot things without going to another Dollar Tree. Convenience is a plus.

They have good merchandise. Unfortunately their customer service is very poor, they have a very rude cashier, an old lady that rarely greets you, and it is even worse it you are from a different ethnicity other then white.They forget that thanks to us the customer, they have a job, without our business there would be no job.

The staff is friendly and the price is just right. I am surprised to see such a large selection of items the store has to offer.

This is a fairly new store for EP. I enjoy walking through a Dollar Store and finding some of the expected and unexpected. They have a great assortment of seasonal items, food, party suppliesb & 🍬. I have taken my kids here and they never walk out empty handed. P.s. the health and beauty section is really great... dont let the off brands deter you.

Location on 95th street in Evergreen Park is worst one ever. Just went by at 7:40 and cashier had locked the door even though they are open until 8:00 p.m. Just shook her head and refused to open the door. Should be fired just disgusting customer service. Disgraceful behavior.
