I have been going to this location for years super clean super friendly. The new staff is much more nicer than the last LOL! I love this spot. I drive further to come here since I recently moved. Anyways! Great location great service and I will def recommend others to chose this location.

I visited EWC in Fair Lawn today and I can not say enough good things!! The girls there are all kind, professional and friendly. My esthetician was awesome: we talked the whole session like we’ve known each other for years. There was also a disabled customer in the lobby while I was there and the girls at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate her needs. Would definitely recommend this location to a friend :)

I think you pay for what you get - services here are expensive but great quality compared to other places Ive been to. I had Stephany this visit and she was super friendly and made it a fast and relatively painless experience. I did wait 10-15 minutes past my appointment time, which made an otherwise quick, in-and-out wax take three times as long.

Natalia is excellent! She does a thorough job and is always friendly and easy to talk to. She always makes sure everything is clean and sanitized. She Makes the experience much more comfortable. Highly highly recommend her!

This is my second time getting a wax. My first time I did outside the country with the fabric strips/hot wax. I came here because I wanted to try their comfort wax, which requires no fabric. Im not sure if the wax or the person (Tracy) was the issue because I felt her wax over the same places various times, making me think shes being thorough, yet I still had long hairs here n there.. It was equally as painful as the other wax, except my leg & thigh hairs grew in after one week, when the other wax lasted 3 weeks.. Not to mention this one was way more expensive. Safe to say I wont return.

I love going to this EWC. I see Samantha and she is knowledgeable, professional, personable, and does an amazing job! I have been going to see her at this location for five years. She is excellent! I recommend her to everyone I know.

I had struggled finding the right eyebrow specialist for years, but no more! I was very pleased with the job that Stephanie did. I got a bikini full wax here at European Wax Center in the Fair Lawn Promenade. I’ve been here before for a wax and they were super nice and knew how to make their clients calm. When I went to book my second appointment here, I didn’t see on the list who originally waxed me. I was a little apprehensive on choosing a new waxer, but after my appointment, I was glad I hit the “any” button to choose my waxer. Johanna was super nice and talkative during the whole wax. She listened to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. Definitely will be using her again!!

It’s never a bad experience with Elena, she’s amazing and makes a painful experience enjoyable as her demeanor is so calm and sweet. Definitely recommend her if you’re visiting the Fair Lawn location!
