I got my first Covid 19 vaccine here in that Walgreens definitely one of the best and great Walgreens I can say. The staff the cashier, the photographer and pharmacy departments health care personnel are great. They are very welcoming and warm people. I felt very comfortable. Highly recommended.

Staff were really rude by rushing me out of the store 10 minutes before they closed. Didnt even ask for my rewards card or let me put in my phone# in until I said something. I know I have rewards points and they didnt even ask if I wanted to use them. I will never go back to this store. I will stick with CVS from now on.

Went here to print photos twice.The consultant is very attentive and tries to help as much as he can.Photo quality is good enough, was able to print instantly even though it was supposed to be ready tomorrow morning.Loved the photo service here.

My Walgreens is Thee Best!! ALWAYS has what Im looking for!! The manager and store staff, pharmacy staff are FANTASTIC!! Ive been a customer, friend and part of the staff for 30 years......its like going to see my family every time I visit this location.Good Going Walgreens!!!!😉👏👏👏

The Pharmacy at this place it’s really bad! The pharmacy called me to inform me that my mother’s prescription was ready (I was a little confused since I haven’t taken her to the Doctor but I informed her that I would be there to pick it up and she replied that the medicine would be there until tomorrow and for me to pick it before that, again.... it was odd but I hung up). I called my daughter and asked her to please pick up the medicine for my Mother and she did. I looked at the medicine and she was given 3 bottles of 90 pills of the same medicine (Olmesartan Medoxomil) and one of 90 pills of Hydrochlorothiazide. I decided to call Walgreens and Arianna answered the phone (she was rude and trying to move me along; she was probably so busy that didn’t wanted to answer my questions) I politely asked her if I could speak to the pharmacist and she said that they were busy so I would have to speak to her. I explained the situation to her ( that we did not ordered any pills and my mother had not gone to the Doctor so it wasn’t either of them) and I wanted to know who had filled the prescription since you would need customer approval. Arianna proceeded to inform me that she needed to see it on the computer so I gave her all of my Mother’s information, then she said that they did not have a prescription ready for my Mother.....??????? (I’m guessing that she pays close attention to the customers needs, sarcasm) I informed her of the issue again and now she wanted to know the names of the medicines (she has the computer in front of her with all of my Mother’s information) so I patiently gave her the names of the medicines, she came back to say that my mother received 3 bottles of the same medication because the quantity was 30 per bottle and the prescription was for 90......... I informed her that the pharmacy gave us 3 bottles of 90 pills each!!!! But we have not ordered the pills! At this point I asked to speak to the manager again and she informed me that the manager left for the day.I do not understand why the pharmacy would fill a prescription that was not authorized by the patient??? Stay away from the pharmacy!!!!!

Made an appointment for flu vaccine at 8:30 online and they refused saying to come earlier, I don’t understand if I have an appointment confirmation also they can’t service kids as per the pharmacist.

Terrible customer service. Went there and had to wait on line a long time while the clerk allowed a customer to disappear while checking out just for a minute. I ended up checking out on the other line. When I left the customer was still not back.

On the Plus side:The store is kept clean (but definitely not the mens room. who knows the last time not only was the mens room cleaned but disinfected!)Usually the shelves are well stocked.If they have a staff working, and recently they seem to have less and less staff, they are helpful and know where items are in the store.On the Con side: Where do I begin?I have been there when there are people, 4 or 5 deep, waiting by the pharmacist, and the pharmacist is the only one working back there. She has to answer the phones, call doctors, get peoples medications, etc. What has happened to their pharmacy techs?In the past 2 months I have been there too many times when their phone lines are down. Meaning they cannot do returns, or take credit cards.Yesterday (06/11/2018) I was there two different times during the day (around 11 am & 4 pm) and both times the computers and credit card machines were down. The Pharmacist was frozen out of looking something up, and trying to help people.Sometimes the workers looked so stressed. Even though they try to be nice to the customers, well you can tell.I called the corporate office up yesterday to put in a complaint about their phone systems. It seems as if the Walgreens on River Road in Fair lawn has to do their own thing as far as the computer/phone line is concerned. No one from corporate had the guts to call me back. They had one of the store managers call me this morning. What was he going to say to me? Ill tell you. Im sorry for your inconvenience. We have put in a ticket to get it corrected. We have a problem when it rains. (06/11/2018 was a beautiful sunny day) Can I offer you 2000 points? NO, JUST GET THE SYSTEM FIXED.I think it is time for me to go to another pharmacy. No one will miss me, even though I get so many meds filled at the pharmacy, that they will lose over 10K of business. Im sure that the store manager will call me about this review and offer me 4000 points. Like that will fix all the problems.

Terrible service, long lines and everytime I come to the pharmacy for a prescription they never have it. They always have to order it. I took my prescription back and went right over to CVS where they had it then and there ready in 15 mins.

If you have questions go to another walgreens. I called with a simple yes or no answer to the photo department and was put on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on. Clearly the photo department does not know their job.

Unprofessional staff and pharmacist (pharmacy dept) no one knows how to do their job and thats including the pharmacist who always seems stressed out. Perhaps she needs medication herself. It doesnt take rocket science to call your insurance to verify eligibility, its your their job. They all pass the buck just not to deal with customers....go elsewhere!!!!
