Im not really sure what the mans name is that work that day. But this man was an angel on Earth to a few perfectly blessed strangers. A woman was driving nearby and she kind of got lost. So she pulled in next door to the empty ice cream shop parking lot. As we were driving by we noticed her car was on fire by her tires and underneath her car. So as she began to pull out we thought that the car was free of fire only to look back to see that it was still on fire. I turned around very quickly and we notified the lady that her car was on fire. We got her and her dog to safety. And the owner or worker whomever he is ran to our safety to make sure that the fire was put out with his fire extinguisher. He didnt have to do that he could have ignored the situation because he was busy. But his actions saved her life her dogs life and her car from being engulfed in flames and totaled that day. So I thank you to whomever you were for helping that elderly lady and her dog as well. In this life it takes acts of negativity and more energy to be angry. But its effortless when youre kind and genuine just as that man was that day. Were all angels on Earth and we can all be kind if we would just take our time out instead of being mean and hateful and disrespectful to one another.

I went in during my lunch break hoping for a quick oil change. The woman who assisted me was so friendly and answered any concerns I had. I waited 20 minutes and was out the door. Good quality small business! Would recommend to anyone.

I had to tow my car in to find out what was the problem with it not starting. I got in contact with Kelsey to let her know that my car was being towed there. I let her know that I will call to see if it had arrived. Once my car arrived, she called me and let me know that it did arrived before I was able to call her back. From then on, she was in communication with me, letting me know the status and what the diagnostic was saying the problem could be. After, further assessment the experts notified me to let know that it was just a fuse. They did what they had to do and I went in to pick up my car.This business demonstrated to me pure professionalism, great integrity, and excellent communication. I just moved here from Texas and they have certainly earned my continued business.Seeing that the shop is small, I will definitely call in advance to schedule service to be done! That’s no biggie!Totally recommend Echelon!

That snap finance thing is good but bad. The financing loan only pays for the parts not the labor and taxes afterwards. If you can pay for labor and taxes, just do it separately. My car completely broke down and I got approved for the loan up to $5,000. However my total was 3,800 and the site wont accept no more than 3,000. Now granted that there were issues with the representative over the phone, they made it to where now, I owe 7,700 total!! So, this is just a fair warning that depending on the damages on the car and how much one can qualify for the loan; it will make you or break you. Im luck my job pays well enough for the biweekly payments (2 payments a month and it follows your paydays). Now, my car had LOTS of issues that had to be done and so I had to bite the bullet. This review is ONLY for the Snap finance loan that they offer, not the mechanics that work there. They did a fantastic job as usual.

I got a wheel bearing replaced for only 200$. Every other place I got a quote from was 350$ or more. The service was SUPER quick (Dropped my car off at 9am and got it back by 2pm). I would recommend this shop to everyone.

I had new brakes put on and my air conditioning fixed by Echelon. They worked very fast and very thorough. They kept me up-to-date and in the loop every step of the way. The pricing was good and everyone was really friendly. I will be using Echelon Automotive again.

Good, reliable mechanics are a rare breed, and its good to have someone local. I had extensive work done on several parts including brakes, waterpump, alternator, thermostat and calipers, and they got my work done quickly, and were very friendly. They followed through with integrity, and quality and Ill be taking all my automotive needs here. Thanks for such a good experience Echelon, Ill definitely be back.

This place is good for an oil change and some repairs.

I am from out of town and had problems with my truck. Brought it to be repaired and they replaced ignition coil, after which they said spark plugs were bad as well. So I paid for ignition coil which came to $178, the labor charge was fair at only $30 but the rest was for part. After research part shouldve only ran $50. So I took my truck somewhere else in town to find out spark plugs were ok and real problem was fuel ignition was overheating and shorting out. Makes me wonder if the ignition coil was bad either. But I am not pleased with pricing or service.
