Best shop in town Josh and crew are respectful of your time and very polite. work was done in a timely manor and correct the first time. pricing was competitive with the warranty they offer (nationwide) unlike local businesses
They are always honest here. I don’t know much about cars, but it’s good to know that I can trust what they are telling me here. They could’ve charged me multiple times for things that I have thought were wrong with my care and they always tell me it’s something small and cheap to fix. If I can get a piece cheaper somewhere else, they’re always honest about that as well. I’ve taken my car here for years and will continue to do so.
The respect thats given to the customer has caught my attention with this place. Came in for some minor work on my car and this visit wasnt too bad.
MacKenzie and Charlie did an outstanding job taking car of us on a Saturday - July 3rd - as we were traveling across country! They resolved the tire issue (screw in sidewall), and discovered an oil plug that was not put in properly causing the oil to leak on the underside of the car! Both issues could have been avoided if the place (Firestone) where I took my car prior to the trip would have done their job! Thank you Charlie for your help cleaning off oil under the car and your concern and care for our safety!! An inconvenient situation could have been a lot worse! The new tires are great!! They are very busy, so plan ahead. Its better to drop off your car. The guys are nice. They quickly diagnosed my cars problem, but they didnt have the tool to fix it, so they didnt charge me.
Went here for a oil change. Then the next day my car had to go back into the shop because there was a issue with my back tire. Come to find out someone unscrewed some bolts. In i find it funny due to the fact the dude even told me i needed new tires for my car. Fyi i just got new tires on my vehicle a month before taking it in there. In anyways when i took it in ajs auto repair they told me that they have had lots of people come from firestone and this isnt the first case they have had with them. Fyi they didnt even fix my engine light. Ive went to auto zone and they had to fix it. Plus they told me all my fluids were filled. Come to find out i have no windshield washer fluid. So that was a lie because in my eyes thats a type of fluid. Js.

200 dollars for repairs and over $700 for labor? are you joking? They charge way too much. Got an estimate from Napa, they gave me a free diagnostic, and with all the same repairs needed I am only paying $454.82 total. Im saving so much money at NAPA. Dont go here.
Great experience all around! They were able to fit me in next day. Arrived, checked me in and it wasnt long before they had my vehicle on the rack ready to put the tires on. They were fast, courteous and fair. Didnt try to get over on me and tell me I needed things that I didnt need. Preformed the service I came for and did a free inspection of my vehicle. Will certainly return for all my vehicle service needs.
Had me make an appointment to get my tire plugged ...was not seen for over an hour. However, they may have been short staffed. But just like....tell me that??
They service all my vehicles and do a great job.
I recently visited a different shop for an oil change, and they heavily insisted on a bunch of services. Only one sounded legit. So I came here to have it inspected knowing they would also inspect everything else. That issue was legit. They took care of it and kept it straight with me. There were no other issues. Every one of them, was very friendly and professional.

Excellent, honest shop. Zach gave me an initial phone quote for brakes. After the inspection it was determined that brakes were not due at this time. He also gave me a good price for tires too. I highly recommend this shop for honest, fair repair work and new tires.
This store is much better than the one in Springfield! I live in Springfield but I think Ill be going to this one from now on! The stay was friendly and worked diligently to get me in today. What they didnt know was that I had an appointment scheduled in Springfield today at that Firestone, and they called to reschedule for a week from now! I already waited a week to get in the first time! Thank you guys for getting me in so quickly!

Called and received a quote from Zack to replace water pump for $310 out the door. He understood that I did not want or require any other service such as a coolant flush or a thermostat. I brought the vehicle in and he indicated he would not due it without a coolant flush or thermostat. Thermostat is fine and had a coolant flush done 3 months ago. This place does not stand by its phone quotes.
Staff was wonderful. Greeted me when I came in the door. Explained the service I would be getting and offered suggestions for better performance on my van. Great job and keep up the excellent service.

People beware we have all been warned about sleazy car repair shops! Frankly when I think of this company shyster comes to mind!!!We had an appointment for an Alignment and height adjustment. So we thought...Visiting from Fla. had a little work done on the truck wanted an alignment and height adjustment before heading out. So we get there for our appointment (our Niece dropped off her car it was sitting out front simple oil change) We go in talk to the guy at the front desk tell him were here for our appt he said yes the lifetime alignment we said yes and height adjustment. (fyi a height adjustment is standard done during an alignment if needed)Thats what the appointment was for then he says hold on goes out into the Garage talks to some big tall guy and walks back in and says we can do the alignment but not the height adjustment.You can take it down the road and make another appoint for realignment. I thought thats just crazy. We got in the truck and found C&C Body Shop down the road in Enon best thing we did they were great did the height adjustment and alignment. People pass on by firestone and go on down to the guys at C& C Body shop they do the job right.Let me get back to my niece Oh and one other person who dealt with these sleazyshysters.So my niece has there credit card goes to pick up her car they said oh you need at least $3000 work your cars not safe dont go on the highway the tires held on by will power she was understandably upset. Conveniently the amount to fix her car $3000 almost the limit on the card. She wisely thought about it and got a second opinion her car was fixed by a reputable mechanic for $200 a savings of$ 2800 plus interest her car is running great and the scare tactics were pathetically just that. They lost a loyal customer!Then just when we thought they couldnt get any worse another person in for an oil change with an Firestone credit card hears your car needs at least two new tires! What? she says to the slimy rep. her tires are 6 months old in fact purchased from that store they had done a tire rotation the month prior. They lost another loyal customer!Think about it folks we were there less than five minutes and they showed there true colors.The State should investigate and frankly so should Firestone those guys are tarnishing a good name unless its the companys standard procedure to scam card holders..As far as Im concerned three strikes and your out. I would strongly encourage everybody get a second opinion

They did a good job. Cant complain. However i had a 12:30 apointment and got in at 12:45. There till 1:30 for oil change. But Jim is a nice guy and they did replace a stripped out oil plug for free. Thanks guys. I just wont schedule during lunch time hours. Probably when you guys are fresh in the morning!

I had 2 tiers that were leaking air. So I took my car here and they fixed them for a very resonable price. Next day one of the tiers they fixed was flat. So i took it back and they fixed it again and didnt charge me for it. I respect that.I would come here again happily. Good job.

They went out of their way to get my car done in 15 minutes (start to finish) when I had an emergency and needed to leave. They showed genuine care. They do take longer than they should sometimes but they do offer to make up for it by doing another service for free.

Beware! This is my first time giving a review on Google, but I wanted to make other car owners aware. I have been going to Firestone, since I first purchased my Cruze. I have never had an issue with the company, until taking my car to the Firestone located in Fairborn, Ohio. About an hour after dropping my car off for an oil change they called me and said that they hated to give me bad news, but my car needed $2,500 in repairs, which I thought was odd, since I had my car at my normal Firestone location a month ago and they inspected my car. On the phone they told me that my car had zero to no coolant and my water pump needed to be replaced immediately along with a few other things. I asked them to not do anything and I would be back to look at my car. As soon as I returned to Firestone, I popped my hood and checked my coolant level and it was perfect. Just to be safe, I took my car to a Chevy dealership to confirm that Firestone was trying to scam me. Turns out they were and my car is in near perfect condition. Please do not waste your time or money going to this Firestone.

Overall, I am a very satisfied customer. I had an issue with my A/C Compressor and called to get the best quote on my car. Not only was Firestone very helpful along the way, but they offered me a quote $200 less than anyone else. THEN, when I went to pay for my service, they had found another issue with my car, where they replaced a belt for free, and they knocked an additional $250 off the overall price, because of unforeseen original circumstances. A very honorable group of men work here, and I would recommend them very highly.
Didn’t have a good experience. Went there for an oil change. They came up with lots of problems, lied about alignment issues because I had just done the alignment a week prior to going there.When I told them I don’t need the alignment done, they over aired my tires to make it seem like there is an alignment issue. After driving for a little while, I figured my car wasn’t going straight in the highway. I pulled over and measured the psi, found out the left tires were over aired. I took it back to them, told them to fix the tires and fix any other issues they created on purpose. They fixed it, never had issues after that.

Dropped my car off because it died on the highway yesterday morning. Was told that the technician that is qualified to do engine diagnosis was off, so they wouldnt be looking at my car until tomorrow (today). I get a phone call this morning that I needed new spark plugs and valve cover gasket, which brought my total to over 300 dollars. I asked the man who called me if this was a tuneup, to which he started stammering and got quiet. Then told me it was. I asked him if they seriously charged over 300 dollars for a tuneup, which is when he started telling me that the park plugs need changed and blah blah blah. Im mad but cannot afford to go without my car for another day so I told them to go ahead and fix it, and said to change my oil while they already had it on the lift. Few hours later they call me back and say that now I need a distributor cap. Little bit later its them saying that the distributor cap is completely swollen and I need a whole new distributor. New price? 728.99. Im mad. Seriously mad. Did I yell? Yeah.My uncle who is a mechanic (unfortunately was unable to work on my car this time) calls them and asks them what theyve done and what they checked. Guy cant tell him. So he asks again. Guy says hell ask the tech. Tech tested one cylinder on the car. When my uncle then starts to ask about something else he is informed that there is no manager (from assistant to district) that he can speak with and is hung up on.Going over invoice with my service advisor and hes telling me he discounted the price because they told me one thing but had to do another. Ok? But the funny thing is, the new price and the one they told me before I got down there are the same. Then tells me that hes going to get in trouble for discounting my invoice, when he explained every line to me. Funny thing about the discounts I was given is that they were for things I didnt get, like new ignition wires and the labor for it. Only legit discount I can find is 100 off for a customer promotion, but Im not sure I believe that one either because their sign out front reads 19.99 oil changes, but my invoice says 25 and is discounted to 19.99 with customer promotion.Needless to say Ill never be going back here. Complete rip off. And how exactly does a company that works on cars not have the qualified people working? Seriously disappointed and vowing to never return.
Needed a flat tire fixed an hour before closing or I would be stranded, missing work. (Which happened) No hesitation, was refused service, to busy to plug a tire. Was told I could get a hotel and come back in the morning, lol. Thanks for nothing!!! #neveragain

I was traveling to Dayton for the Wright State graduation ceremony and my car starting making loud grinding noises. Thank goodness that they were open on Sundays. Jim was extremely friendly and accommodating. They were able to find and fix the problem and also brought other issues up that I may want to fix in the future but were not pushy to have it done then. I sincerely felt they were concerned with my safety and had me back on the road back home in less than 6 hours.
I bought the Lifetime Wheel alignment last year for 2 of my cars. Scheduled this year for the 2nd alighment, no problem getting an appoinment. Very friendly staff specially the guy on the front desk. It only took them 30 minutes each car to do it which includes wait time. A+ experience. Highly recommended.
The manager and the rest of the Firestone team helped us right away when we found a nail in our tire right as we were starting our 9 hour car ride. Glad to have found a dependable shop that doesnt cost an arm and a leg.

I’ve been taking my vehicles here for close to 20 years. Within the past year, the service has declined drastically! I’ve been quoted prices for items that are close to triple the actual cost! The individual at the front desk is often rude. Twice I’ve went in to just get air in my tires (that I purchased there) and was told they couldn’t do it because they were too busy and didn’t have enough technicians working. They’ve lost my business.
Went in and asked a simple question I guess to john at the front desk. Ive really never been spoke to in such rudeness before. I asked how long it would be for an oil change. He said probably a couple hours even though there was only two cars in the garages. I said okay let me call my husband and see if he wants to wait and this john guy says yea thats why its better to have an appointment in a condescending voice. First off Im not stupid and I didnt need to be talked to like I am stupid. I realize its better to have an appointment. Then in the same voice he says he ten people scheduled for their on time appointments which in the hour Ive been close to there Ive seen no one show up and you couldve gotten my money and made a new ongoing client if I wasnt treated so rudely. Might want to teach that john guy how to do customer service

Refered my 78 year old mother to this place for issues she was having with her ford. Her car didnt want to stay running. She was charged for diagnostic that didnt reveal anything they said. But she was told that she needed two new front tires and new wiper blades. Not satisfied because the car still wasnt safe to drive. She took it to another service center in town. Again the car was ran through a computer diagnostic check. The car computer needed to updates not found by Firestone. Those updates were addressed. Car is running fine. She also had a recent oil change at the service center where she had purchased 4 new tires not even two years earlier. Tires barely had any ware on them. It really pisses me off that Firestone would take advantage of the senior population like that. I trusted them once.Never again. We will not be back.My mother may be old. Shes not stupid.Im so proud of her.
THIEVES RIP OFF SLOOOoW. Will never go here again. Every time has been a nightmare. The first to get an oil change took 3 1/2 hours and put the wrong oil in the car. Second time to get just two tires put on the back no rotation no alignment just slapping tires on (supposed to put on that was still good only 3 months old from the back to the front) took almost four hours, third and las time to get the front tires and alignment took 5 hours. The third time for the front tires is when I noticed the tire they were supposed to put on the front from the back never happens. They took a brand new perfectly good tire and threw it away and put a completely bald tire on the front. Which now the manager being hell bent on me getting two new tires on the front and going ahead and ordering two instead of one makes sense. They stole the tire I wanted put on the front traded it with a bad one to force me to get two tires instead of one. They are THEIVES and move at a glacial pace don’t plan on getting out of there in less than four hours no matter what they quote. Oh and a rip off. Quoted me 808.33 for 4 breaks (350.00 in labor) Took it to another certified mechanic at another garage and paid 150.00 in labor and cost of break pads which was next to nothing.

I cannot speak for the auto repair, however their tire service is outstanding. Technician went out of his way to find new center cap screws for my wheel on his lunch break. There is a lot riding on your tires and this is one of the few places I trust.
After going to this Firestone for over a decade with multiple vehicles and multiple services, I will no longer be doing any business with this company. I also plan on calling corporate about my experience with today as well. I called at 7am to schedule an appointment for a leak in my tire and since I was going to be in, I added an oil change. The guy could not get me in until 6pm. I asked him if I could get in any earlier and he said no. I show up at 5:50pm with Bob refusing honor my appointment because they close at 7pm. I told him that I called at 7am and he would not schedule me any earlier. I felt unsafe driving around with my tire leaking, and at 7am this is what I was told was available. Bob basically said that I did not call at 7am and the guy who scheduled my appointment didnt work today and he doesnt understand why he did that why it was even scheduled, and I shouldnt be upset with him for him refusing to honor my appointment. I told him to plug a tire takes 10 minutes and an oil change takes up to 20. That they had plenty of time to do those things before they close. I knew what tire was leaking, so they didnt have to search. He said that they close in an hour and it takes 45 minutes to plug a tire. I said okay who is open that can fix my tire since you cant. Bob told me Walmart. He said they have had 20 appointments and were busy today. He then scheduled me for 7am the next day. Thinking that he would get a reaction out of me. I get up for work at 4am every other day, so he got no reaction out of me. He was shocked when I said ok. Keep in mind this is now about 6:05. I go to leave and I think to myself, Bob just refused my appointment, tried to belittle me, and then tried to get a reaction out of me. Firestone just lost an over decade long loyal customer. I looked up who was open and National Tire and Battery was and I took my business over to them and now after the phenomenal customer service they gave me will continue to have my business. I left Firestone at 6:15, showed up at NT&B at 6:35 and they plunged my nail hole, checked my car, rotated my tires, and provided my oil change. I left there to meet my husband for dinner at 7:10. Thats right it took them 35 minutes to do all of that, while providing me with A+ customer service. Maybe Bob needs to be reminded that its the customers who keep their money coming. I did nothing wrong, I called at 7am, was scheduled at 6pm, questioned if I could get something earlier was refused, come in to my appointment to be refused again. My money was spent elsewhere, where they didnt refuse a customer. Fairborn Firestone you need corporate to come down and retrain you on customer service, you should never refuse a customer, especially one who set up an appointment at 7am. I was treated poorly and because of that you lost an over decade loyal customer. I also included in the photos where I called at 7:20 am to schedule my appointment and where I called NT&B at 6:10 to give them a heads up that I was coming to have my car serviced.
This was my first visit to the Fairborn Firestone facility and, based upon the excellent service that I received, Im inclined to return in the future. Bob Timmons and his crew were professional, courteous, and customer-focused.

I purchased 2 tires from the Fairborn location. All my life i have ask for and paid for Lifetime rotation and road hazard and balancing when I developed a vibration I called for an appointment they told me I had lifetime rotation but I would have to pay $20 to have my tires rebalanced this is their way of robbing people of their hard earned money by the little sneaky tricks that they do. I have used Firestone most of my life they were trying to blame it on the Firestone Colorado even though it said that we had lifetime balance and rotation on his car prior to purchasing these two tires never again will I go to the store and Im going to see about purchasing my items and repair for my car elsewhere completely. While I was explaining to the employee that he could see where we had lifetime balancing on the car prior to purchasing those two tires the gentleman just hung up on me how rude and disrespectful.

This was the worst place I have ever taken my car. Went in for just an oil change and ended up spending $40 when I talked to the guy he said it would be $19.99 which is what I normally pay but it was $19.99 for the service and it was $19.99 for the labor. Then when I got into my car he said he fixed my air pressure but it was still not fixed. And on top of everything the guy who checked me out was rude. I dont recommend going here at all.
I am a 20 year Discount Tire customer. These guys have single handedly pulled me away from there. When they stripped some studs/nuts on my tires, they replaced 8 sets for FREE. They only stripped sets on 1 tire, and went above and beyond to ensure that ALL the wheels were properly installed. Being a woman, I am often treated like I know nothing, they have YET to do that. They always listen and acknowledge what I have to say and never make me feel stupid or undervaluled. I appreciate them. Josh and Mike are phenomenal! Thanks so much guys! You have repeat customers in me!
STAY FAR AWAY from this Firestone! Worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Bob, the service manager, is one of the rudest persons Ive ever encountered. He was extremely demeaning to me, my husband, and our 19 year old granddaughter. We will NEVER have any services performed by a Firestone store again. If I could have given a zero star rating, I would have.

I brought my vehicle and to be looked at they told me I needed to fix all the stuff in it was going to cost over $500 when they couldnt get the part if they needed all the sudden like oh well you dont need that right now. We been Firestone customers for over a decade and this is tragic that is going to end this way and we probably won’t trust for FIRESTONE to do any work on any vehicles we have three vehicles that get tires, breaks replace and much more. The only thing left on is a life time wheels alignment, lifetime tires rotation, lifetime wheels balancing. Bob Service Manager claim that he been doing this for a long time and just look up for simple appointment and Bob didn’t listen to a word I said on the phone and instead he arguing with me on the phone over 15 mins and he finally found the appointment. I make appointment for my mother who not very good at speaking English and we move here from Thailand back in 1999 and both of my parent are factory worker and they work very hard to have nice things. We drop the vehicle off and I pick the key up around noon and the vehicle wasn’t lock. Few days later found out the left back wheel ONLY ONE LUG NUT ARE TIGHT and OTHER FOUR I CAN TURN IT WITH MY FINGERS. EVERYONE MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PRIMERSES SO THAT WAY YOU DON’T ANY SURPRISE. Luckily I drive her 2010 JEEP LIBERTY THAT BACK FROM GETTING A DETAIL DONE ON I75 heading south bound and feel a vibration from the rear and to off the exit pull in the gas station in piqua on 10/12/18 the services Manager Bob shouldn’t of be their after this and I’m going to tell everyone I know in Fairborn and everyone socail media I can think of from Facebook to LinkedIn every socail media I have to make Bob and his team won’t be able to take advantage or take any other jobs or career at any other FIRESTONE or any other place similar to this. I remember his word that he said he been doing his for a long time. I have all the papers and record that the services been done. I really be surprise if Bob still employed their after this and I can see that Firestone doesn’t care about hire customers or customer services and I can tolerate if this were happen to me but not to my mother and when she the only one I have left. Hope everyone see this before going there that way you don’t get this type of experience. I really prayers🙏 for everyone who show up and work hard there and have to get drag in to this.
Beware of this Fairborn Firestone, they have incompetent mechanics that cant do a simple oil change, which 2 qts too much oil was put in and the transmission fluid was drained on my sons car, which ruined the transmission and engine, car had to be junked... John the mgr is a liar and well as the stupid idiot district mgr. Jeff Hackett, both would not admit or take responsibility for the shoddy work done to ruin the car and the fraud and cover up that both John and Jeff were in on ...this place will ripped you off ...do not take your car here, it will come out ruined ...Firestone has no morals at this store, shoddy work by mechanics that arent qualified to work on cars and idiots and liars at management with John and district mgr. I called firestone at 4:55 and explained i have a flat and need a new tire and they said they could do it tonight.I told the guy on the phone when I called my name and info as I have been there before, so they have my number in the system. My husband was having trouble getting the tire off but we finally got it and I arrive there at the latest 5:45(not exactly sure but it was around then) absolutley no later than 6. I walk in, the manager ask how he can help and I explain Im the one who called. He says Oh the one suppose to be here at 5 I never once gave a time and if I did, it wouldnt have been the current time I was speaking with them. He then tells me that he sent that guy home and there is only one person there becuase they close at 7. Mind you its 5:45, so they cant help. So upset as i called and they had my number and assumed I wasnt coming so too bad so sad.....

This place has the most unfriendly person I talked to! I was at the shop 8-2- 2017 around 1540 (3:40) went in this guy asked what do you want Not how can I help you. I told him I had called Bridgestone and they told me to go here and see what the warranty covered. He stepped back and looked at me like I was DUMB I had Bridgestone Tires on my truck 28 thousand miles on them 2014 Tundra No warranty is what he said as soon as he looked at first tire. So needless to say I will not go there or I would NOT recommend them to anyone Or will I buy another Vehicle that has Bridgestone tires on it
Expensive, communication between the mechanics and management is poor. But they are clean and offer coffee while you wait.
Went in to get some minor things fixed on my car. Needed a new motor for my power window and a new windshield wiper. Firestone told me it would cost $1,000 just to fix these minor problems. After I told them I couldnt afford it they still charged me $90 just for diagnosing the problem (I already knew what the problem was without them telling me). Left the store being basically robbed of $90 and they didnt fix a single thing on my car. I will never go back.

Never trust these guys. I have a certification in brakes from ASE. Took my truck in to have a busted brake line fixed and they quoted me the worst case price before they could determine the actual amount of damage. Told me it would take 2 hours to replace everything and bleed the lines etc. They called me an hour later to pick it up. I got there and was still charged 2 hours of labor and noticed puddles under my truck. I pressed the pedal a few times looked underneath and it was squirting brake fluid from a new part of the brake line. I made them fix that section which took another 1.5 hours, which was even longer than the main repair took the first time. They didnt even offer to reduce the initial price that I paid an extra hour for anyways. I saved them from a potentially nasty lawsuit had I been less knowledgeable about cars and hit the highway unable to brake from their mistakes. I refused their free oil change offer...I predict it wouldve left my oil pan empty and seized my engine up.

Bought 2 new tires (reasonable price ) but the tech peeled two studs off and charged me $55 dollars for doing so. Lesson learned

Theyre getting too expensive. My oil change charge jumped significantly the last time I was there.
Came in to just get my battery checked, tried to sell me a service I didnt need for 25 dollars.That included a starter and alternator test.Then tried to Upgrade a lady to synthetic oil instead of regular without telling her. Then tried to argue with her about switching it back when she argued about the price.
